Great people, dropped my truck off to get the brakes checked out. They adjusted some clips that were scrubbing real bad and sent me on my way with no charge. Super honest people and I will definitely use them again !

We were traveling from South Carolina to Alabama. My daughter and I hit something in the road on I85. It knocked loose the plastic on the bottom of the car. Pritchett Tire had it fixed within 15 minutes. They were very busy but took the time to help us as we were traveling. They were very nice and courteous.

Some of the best service that I've ever had! I'd gotten a junk car that had new wheels and wanted to put them on my current car but the rims were different sizes. I took them to Prichett and within a hour they had changed the rims and I was on my merry way at a great price! Whenever I need help with my tires again, I'll definitely go back here.

Not a bad tire shop. Took my car there for a shake that was related to a rim/tire issue. They could not fix the issue but also did not charge me so that was kind of them. Wish they would of explained what they found more but they seemed busy. I would say they are a solid option for standard tire changing or balancing services.

Excellent customer service and an honest work ethic. I was in the area for work. I had gone to a dealership and they wouldn't fix my tire. He recommended Pritchett and I am so grateful I listened!!!I had two nails in my one tire and they fixed it in less than 40 minutes. The staff was very helpful, friendly and I would highly recommend it for all your auto care needs!

Horrible! Will never go back. My appointment was at 0800, I was there earlier and didn't leave until 1240. On the phone they said it would take about 1.5hrs. It took 5hrs to do a 2.5hr job. They said they didn't charge me for all the labor hours as if they were doing me a favor. Glad they had sense not to charge me for extra hours when the actual work hours were around 2.5-3hrs. When I asked why it took so long they said it was because they didn't finish a job from the previous night. Then they stated it took longer due to the emergency brakes. Absurd excuses these shops try to pull on you as if you're completely ignorant to anything mechanic related. The customers paying for their lack of efficiency isn't very professional.

I've never really had a problem here but them lying about the price and me showing up to find out it was $200 more than what they quoted me for the bad taste in my mouth and now I'll be looking elsewhere for future service.

Overall very pleasant experience here. They were able to help me fix the tire on my tractor without a problem. Very friendly and great communication! Would definitely recommend!

I had a flat near this store and I went in to get help . I was from out of town and they treated me like they knew me all of my life like I was family. If you are ever in this area and need car repair or tire help these folks defiantly were my angels . I would have never made it home safe without them. Thank you ,thank you, thank you . My dads made it a point to teach me how to do certain repairs to my car, myself, when needed. All while also stressing the importance of having a mechanic shop that I can trust and will treat me fairly. I can t remember a time when I used any shop other than the Pritchett Tire on Willingham Ave (well, also - Pritchett 123).Maybe it s the family-environment, where you re not a stranger and your best interest is the priority, the quality work, affordable prices, or all of it combined? But, growing up using them, I ll carry on. I trust Jeremy and as long as I know he s part of (any of) the shops, I ll stay a customer. Thanks for great service!

Took car in this morning and they had the problem fixed before noon. We didn't even have an appointment! We was sure it was going to be a major fix but they found the problem to be simple and the cost was very reasonable. ! know they love their community because they help out a local addiction program with their vehicles. They are honest and we are just over the moon with the work they did. Will not find more honest folks.

great group of guys here. came in on a busy Saturday morning to have 2 tires mounted on my 4 wheeler wheels and they had me done quickly and affordable!. great customer service and a good shop.

I buy all my tires here. Excellent and friendly service. I recently called them at 10:00 AM on a Saturday - they close at noon. They got me in on short notice to get tires on my truck!

Really nice shop. Staff were friendly and professional. The best part of all, they fixed the wobble in my Jeep!! Highly recommend this place. It was worth the drive from Atlanta! They know their Jeeps.

Bad experience from the beginning. I made an appointment only to sit for over an hour before they touched my vehicle (and once they finally had it, they only had it for less than 30 minutes) and many other people came in and out before mine was got to. Finally after asking about 3 times, my alignment I thought was done and I left. I noticed every now and then my steering wheel was still going to the right. Take my vehicle to Toyota for a service, and they tell me my alignment is off and my tires have choppy wear. This was sloppy work that was done obviously in a hurry. Never returning.

But I thought the price was too high for new upper and lower control arms because the labor was more than parts and total was $655.00 and I am disabled on fixed income. I told them to check out a power steering or serpentine belt loud,whining noise and it is still loud and not fixed

Amazing service! I had a flat tire at like 6 a.m., no spare on me, and had jury duty at 9 a.m., got towed to Pritchett and they had me fixed up and out the door by 8:20!

I've been going to Pritchett Tire for about 15 years. It started because I left out to go to work one morning and noticed one of my tires was almost flat. I lived in the middle of Baldwin back then and Pritchett was conveniently close so I limped up there on my almost flat tire. Even though they were crazy busy at that time of the morning, they took my car right in because I was running late for work. They repaired my tire with a plug and only charged me like $5 for that. I went back to them the next time I needed a set of tires and again, fast, courteous and reasonable. I never go anywhere else :)
