I went in to get a starter that was quoted to me at $90.00 and change. Then they charged me $130 and change. Said they thought I was business and I reied that I amTo which theanager reied and said I wasn't. After that it went down hill. I don't recommend that Amy o e shop there. They are rude and inconsiderate.

Good selection of parts but some staff is very rude. Won t go into detail on why, but let s just say you re gonna be better off to go next door to Advance or Autozone, or even make the extra 5 minute drive to Slack s or Bryson Auto Parts. At least you ll get treated with some common decency at those stores, because some of the workers at this store are downright rude. Also, don t order a part here and believe them when they say it ll be at the store by 3pm; I ve waited over an hour at this store twice now because their hub truck was running late , and my shop is too far out to justify the drive back down. Not necessarily the store s fault, but if they know the truck has a tendency to run late, they should state that to their customers instead of leading them to believe their part will show up by 3. Like I say, good products, but this store could really use some good management/new employees.

I always ask for Mark Smith, he is very knowledgeable and has helped me with engines and several other parts over the years

Much better experience than I had at the one in Clayton, GA. Employees seemed to actually want to help you - rather than simply mark time on the time clock....

Go see the short bald guy or the tall looking Amish guy in commercial! Odd fellas but great customer service! If I was a freak and had 3 hands they d get three thumbs up!

Very good. There were no baskets or carts and I was getting multiple items. But they helped with collecting all the things I needed. I'll be back.

They were able to diagnose my Jeep's "mystery symptom". Turns out it was an easy fix, and they don't ask you what size engine when you go in for wiper blades, unlike some other parts stores.

Just not good overall; they gave me mis-information based on their faulty mechanical equipment. Disregarded the fact that I spend money at their store. Oh well, I'll survive.

Came in for window paint traveling back to Florida and ended up having a broken master/slave clutch cylinder in the parking lot. One employee, Kayleigh was beyond friendly from initially coming in to helping us with her knowledge of car parts. An overall really wholesome, helpful person that s a gem in that O Reillys.

in and out with the part I needed and the prices were good too. biggest diff: unlike auto zone and advance..they acted like they realized I had things to do and I did not have to stand around waiting for service

As with most O'Reilly shops, wonderful and detailed service, great prices. Had a great time being helped by Marco who helped me find the right parts and had great customer service skills.

I shop online, and pick up in store in less than an hour. Employees are always very helpful & knowledgeable about parts.
