First this business was suggested to me by word of mouth. I busted and shattered my rear window at work. I requested a quote and they were prompt in response. They gave me the total with taxes and I paid not a penny more than quoted. They were able to work around my situation, they were so kind and informative throughout the process. My glass was shattered on the inside of my car , when I opened the back I couldn't believe how thoroughly they got it out! You would never know with the installation and clean up anything happened to my vehicle. This business was affordable, courteous, efficient, and I highly recommend and will recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. I am so thankful they do what they do.. After a local company in my town was looking at 2+ weeks to replace my broken windshield after the initial claim was filed Safelite Solutions got in touch with Josh from Anderson's Windshield Company and an appointment was made to replace my windshield for two days later. This company drove 45-minutes to replace my windshield, kept in touch with me on updating our meet time, was prompt, courteous, and had my windshield replaced within 35-40 minutes. I highly recommend this company (and Josh) for your auto glass replacement!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Was hoping to get a windshield replaced fairly quickly. I figured safelite would be my quickest option. It was going to be 2 days and 350.00 with them. I called these ppl at Anderson's, thinking it would be a long shot, but the guy said he could have my windshield in the morning, and that I could bring my truck at 9 am, and he would have me out by 10:15 for $285.00. They did exactly that. I gave it a hand wash the next day. No leaks. Can't get much better! Thanks guys

This is one of multiple times that I have used Anderson s and each experience is phenomenal. As soon as they received my information from the insurance company Josh reached out to me. He stayed in touch up until the date of my appointment.They finished in record time and even offered to give me a ride. When I picked my car up I was honored to be assisted by Jim, who is a very humble and professional representation of the company.This company had been in business since 1994 and I truly understand why they have remained in business this long.I would compare their customer service to Chick Fill A. They are amazing and it s refreshing to deal with individuals who truly care about you as a person as well as your overall experience. I recommend these guys above anyone and pray that God blesses them with 25 more years because they deserve it!

What can I say! A rock flew up and hit my car's windshield on the highway when I going back to work after my lunch break. I have never had to deal with this sort of accident before so I asked around on who I should request a quote from. I had many different businesses recommended to me, but Anderson's was the closest one so I figured I would give them a call. I am SO glad I did! I was able to get to the shop on the same day as the incident and Jim was so nice, helpful and explained everything that he was going to do to my windshield to ensure that I understood and was OK with the process. Did I mention that they were very reasonably priced as well?! I will never go to another business for any windshield needs. Jim and Anderson's Windshield just gained a loyal customer for life!

Every once in a while consumers find a business focused on customer service! Anderson's Windshield Co. of Cornelia, GA....is that business! Last week I had my 2019 Subaru Forester front window replaced....what a pleasant experience. The staff walked me through the entire replacement process including working with my insurance company. Totally....a user friendly experience. If I could give them more than five stars...I would have. Signed...a very happy customer!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am in the military stationed hundreds of miles away. My families RAV4 front windshield was shattered due to a deer. The vehicle was unable to be driven due to the windshield hanging down. I contacted Anderson Windshield and they order the parts, within a day it arrived. Understanding the vehicle was unable to be driven, they came out and installed it all within an hour or so. Thank you for all the help

We were out of town and busted out the back window in my car. I called and spoke to Jim. He not only got us in right away, but he kept me updated on the job, and took great care of us. I couldn't be more impressed or satisfied with my experience at Anderson's Windshield! You can tell they care a lot about their customers, and work very hard to give you the best service possible. Within a day they repaired my windshield glass, and were just so helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my glass repair needs!

I was quoted at a few different Window Installation companies, but Anderson s was not only the best quote around, but customer service was amazing and they really did a great job with the installation. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of service and attention that Jim and Josh gave me from the time I first called them to the time that they installed my windshield. They are true professionals that care about their customers and the quality of their work (that s getting harder and harder to find these days). I went to Anderson for a small chip in my windshield. It took maybe 20 minutes and I was on my way. They did a great job and I don't have to worry about the chip getting bigger. I highly recommend Anderson. They even had the sweetest dog there for me to love on while I waited.

They did a fabulous job! I was running late to the appointment, & they stayed a little longer to accommodate me! They replaced my windshield in a very short time, AND, they discovered the source of a small leak that I had from the previous windshield! The new windshield fixed that as well! I would not go anywhere else for windshield repairs or replacement! Their integrity is impeccable!

I had to have my windshield replaced recently due to a crack from a rock hitting it. Anderson's Windshield provided fast, friendly, and quality service. I'll definitely us them again if I need to have any more glass work done on my car. They're very fair in their pricing, too.

If you need your windshield or any glass fixed on your car go here! They replaced my windshield in an hour and a half and it looks great. they were professional and were able to see us the day after calling for an appointment. definitely worth the money and you get a lifetime warranty!

I had a rear glass replaced in a 97 f150 when I purchased the truck the rear glass had been leaking and the previous owner had tried to stop it with some silicone but it didn t help just looked bad so I took it to Anderson s windshield to have a new seal put in but when he took it out he realized it was broken so I had them order me a new glass at a decent price the only complaint I have is that he didn t take the time to clean off all the silicone around where the glass goes I have a nice new glass but it has globs of silicone all around it to me it was a corner cut and the truck was at the shop for 3 days waiting for the glass which is fine but I wish that he would have took a few minutes while the glass was out and cleaned it up it s the small touches like that that makes a big difference in the end product

It's not a good day when your windshield gets cracked. Knowing that Anderson's Windshield. Co. will be there for us, makes it alittle easier. Always have had fantastic service with them, they take care of everything, highly recommend Anderson's.

When another company left me high and dry the day of my appt. I called and explained my situation. The very next day they got me rushed in for an appointment for my windshield replacement (I had already been pulled over and was worried about it). Very professional, I was in and out, my windshield looks better than my original one. Highly recommend. Will be coming back in the future for any other glass needs. Thank you again for helping us on short notice.

Absolutely the best place to go to if you need it! They care about their customers so much and help them with anything that they may need. I was driving on 365 behind a truck and a rock flew and hit my windshield and they fixed it that day! I can not thank them enough! They are the sweetest and honest people! Highly recommend them for anyone!

We have had several different incidents with rocks hitting out Jeep windshield and Anderson's has been very helpful each time! Jim was very responsive, friendly, and informative. He came to my office here in Cornelia to inspect the windshield prior to fixing. He also went above and beyond by picking my vehicle up, repairing, and bringing it back in a timely manner! Very professional and easy experience.Will definitely use Anderson's Windshield again.I noticed immidately the improvement of the new windsheld installed by Anderson's.My old one that came with the car had issues with the lane assist, lane departure, & collision.Now the sensor works perfectly without having to have any collaboration.Great Job!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My appreciation for Anderson Windshield goes far beyond the words within this review. Jim and Josh do a wonderful job and operate with the highest level of integrity. My wife's Honda Accord developed a leak in the right front corner near the wind shield. I looked up Anderson Windshield on Google, because we we transitioning from FL to a new home here in Clarkesville, GA. Jim kept the vehicle at the shop to assess the leak himself. After the next rain, we agreed to replace the windshield. The next rain, the leak continued unrelated to the windshield. Jim and Josh kept the car and continued to investigate the source of the leak. Through their efforts, eventually, they identified the source of the leak and sealed it. They provided timely communications and did all of the additional work at no additional cost. This all occurred over Christmas Holidays and while my wife and I were dealing with the move and her brother's becoming seriously ill. THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PRAYERS FOR OUR FAMILY!!!!

This place was great! They worked around the weather and found a solution to replace my windshield on a rainy day. They were professional and kind and on time. We will definitely use them should we ever need repairs/replacements again.

Anderson windshield isBy far one of the most honest and fair businesses I ever works with . They went over and beyond what was expected! My daughters car got broken into the day after she moved to Cornelia. They worked around her schedule and even took her back to work. They communicated ever step of the way!!!

I was traveling along Highwayb365 and a transfer truck flung up a pebble and chipped my windshield so I called Anderson's to get it repaired and they not only done a fantastic job but also was able to do it the same day! Last year I was on vacation and a dump truck flung up a rock and busted my windshield asni was on my way home, I called Anderson's and this was on a Saturday and he didn't have to answer the phone BUT was kind enough to do so and I went ahead and set up replacement for that Tuesday. Always kind, always professional and always timely!!

Took my Mercedes in for a rear vent window that was loose. Jim came out and fixed it in the parking lot, he was so kind. Very honest and will not rip off anyone in my book. Thanks so much will definitely return for any glass needs and recommend to all!
