My family and I were traveling from out of town and got a flat tire while coming off the interstate. We pulled into the Walmart tire center as they were closing. The manager and an employee stayed to repair our tire. It was only $15. They were quick and got us back on the road. Thank y all again!Service: TiresService: Tires

The good: customer service staff were prompt and polite. We were out the door within one hour with 4 new tires and no appointment. Affordable (only 50% of the quote from a competitor in the same area)The bad: they did not change the valve stems or offer (invoice stated declined). My wheels were missing 3 lug bolt dust covers. 2 of my VW valve stem covers were replaced with plain black ones. Tire pressure was all over the place and needed immediate adjusting. We heard weights fall off the wheels three times within 15 minutes of leaving the parking lot, so will need to have them balanced again.

We showed up before closing to be told we can't be seen because they are short staffed. I explained we are 3 hours from home with kids in the car, no compassion or willingness to help even though they arent closed yet. After asking for the GM, they start a work order with attitude and/or dirty looks from EVERY employee except the manager of the department. 2nd flat tire within 2 hours of driving on hwy (brand new tires at that) and it took my husband everything not to lose his cool. This is not customer service. Its not our fault they are short staffed. They still need to see people until they close.

Stopped here for a tire that was going flat. Asked if we could get it repaired and was told that the machine was broken. We were 100 miles from home and asked if they could do anything .No offers to change the flat and put on the spare. Seems there was more interest in the 4 people behind the counter to sit and do nothing. Such a shame to see customer service is a rare commodity anymore . I changed my own tire in the parking lot. Guess I should have done that first instead of expecting that an auto care center to do work.

This place really came through for me. No one else is open on Sunday and I was on a emergency trip that I had 3 blowouts during. They got to me first thing and had me on the road quick.

The service once you reach these people is ok, but trying to get them on the phone or get information at the desk is awful. There are MUCH better places to buy tires with way less rude and incompetent employees. Walmart should be ashamed
