I just had to write a review. This is the second time that my company had to use thermo king of Cordell Georgia and I had the same technician twice his name was Justin very professional very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I d like to thank you guys for your service, work was done fast and in a timely fashion !

APU didn't have a/c, got there at about 1030-1100ish and was gone by 1500. Simple fix but in and out pretty quick vs what I was expecting to possibly be the case. Never did ask the mechanics name but humorous guy and willing to tell you what you broke with a good laugh. Ladies were nice to chat with as well ans have a good sense of humor. Sorry about the pup and the smell of dog. Overall, great place to get a fix, just be patient they might be a bit busy.

Was in need of an emergency refer repair. When my operations' manager contacted them they opened a bay and were waiting on my arrival. Repair done quickly and was on my way in short order. Service manager and repair tech both awesome to deal with.

I called in advance and set an appointment.I was low on antifreeze.Guy met me out front and checked out my refer, at which time required him to add some anti freeze to unit and him to climb a ladder to open compartment.Didnt take long before I was to be on my way after paying them,at which time they said,no charge!Yes this won't happen often anywhere but it happened.That told me these people care about what they do and how they do it..

I came here after my Thermo King unit got destroyed by a flat tire and these guys fixed me up real quick and got me out of here. Awesome bunch of people

Best Thermo King in the State of Georgia. If you pass through here on 75 I recommend you stop here if you need service. They got me in and out and took great care of me. Kathryn at the front desk was super nice, friendly, and sweet as a sweet potato pie. My service tech fixed my unit quickly and was a great help giving me information that could help in the future. The manager was cool as a ceiling fan, very helpful and friendly. It s hard to find this type of quality service and friendly staff these days. They deserve 10 stars. Going forward they will handle all of my service needs. Great job Cordele!

Great service. I had a coolant leak (engine, not the freon) and it was 2 hoses leaking, one of which had to be ordered. Took a day to get the parts, but once the parts came in, they got it fixed soon after that.

This is a great place!!! Needed an fuel filter and rolled in about 430pm. Took care of me in less than a hour. Will remember the great job!!! Thanks JT Refrigerated

Cool people. Smaller thermoking. Got chute fixed. Was quick & reliable. Watch where u turn in. Truck wash in front is decent. Park at stop sign and go check in. Thanks. Paid efs.

The best thermo king i ve been to in my 15 years of reefer experience. I called the service department @3:00pm and was told it will be a while once i show up. Arrived @4:15 and they started working on it @4:20. Brian, who has been there 20years was able to figure it in less than an hour. Unit said lost controller power and would not turn on, and my load was fresh wagyu and ribeye at a cargo value of $300,000. To say the least i was sweating bullets and Brian assured me he ll have it running in not time and he did just that. It was very pleasurable experience and the staff is most definitely outstanding!!! If you need good, fast and reliable service, Thermo King in Cordele Georgia( I75 exit 97) is the spot!!! Thank you guys and girls for the awesome service.

After reading the reviews I'm not stopping I will find the next Thermo king.. I am not about to waste my time... Well I went here anyway and they told me it would be a 1 hour wait... 1 and a half hour later at 3:50 they tell me they won't get to me until after hours which is after 5pm I will have to pay after hour fees so I just left forget that I can go buy my own coil cleaning solution and clean my reefer unit myself...

When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie(sp). She had me wrote up and out the door in less than an hour. I'm assuming by all the negative comments that either they have changed protocol or maybe these negative Nancys are just miserable folk and thrive on complaining. Either way I hope the next time my TK goes down I have the opportunity to be serviced by these guys and gal. Very efficient and professional compared to most venues I've been to.

Awsome customer service, friendly and very professional people. They found the problem to my APU on my truck and were very knowledgeable even gave me a free paid truck wash.....Ive had the proble for almost 3 weeks .until i took it to 400 rockhouse dr cordele GA .I recomend them and would trust thier expertise with out a daubt...They Rock!From a Marten transport driver....

Everytime I get work done there they are always nice there bathroom is very clean and have the parts to fix my Apu or trailer a hands down just a great experience everytime I have used there service

These people are AWESOME. If you have APU problems or for your refeer unit go see the folks. Great service. Treat you like family. Only place we wil go from now on.

I went in to get my unit a PM. And had a great experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. I will always bring my trailer here for now on.

Stopped by to buy some belts. Asked the guy to give me a quick reminder on how to tighten the belt. He just literally laughed in my face and told me there's no way he will give away his livelihood.I guess he can run his business however he wants but I won't be back. Ever. As for me, I didn't call my brother as I had told him. Instead it took me literally 5 seconds to find the instructions on YouTube.

Get have better customer service I'd be pissed if I owned the the trailer... Not allowed to know what there doing kinda like hey I'll charge for all this and claim insurance didn't allow customers in shop. But hey who am I..don't listen to me on what's wrong I know nothing . Just let your computer tell you.

Very expensive. $737.62 for an alternator swap on apu. Alternator cost was astronomical. $266.74 for a 65 amp alternator. $70 bucks at an auto parts store for the same item. A lesson learned!
