All the staff were very kind and helpful and worked hard at getting me what I wanted, even though it s a little more than what I wanted to pay. The sales representative, Sonja, was just the sweetest person anyone good ask for. I know I gave her a run for her money and she got her workout for the day running back and forth trying to get me a better deal. I really like my Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 and hope to have it for many years to come. If I ever need another vehicle that s where I will go.Thanks so much for working with me.

Sonya the salesperson was very polite and helpful. All the personnel I talked to was very professional and friendly. They were very willing to help us reach our goal of acquiring what we wanted. I would suggest this business to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

Our experience there at Sunbelt Ford in Cordele, Georgia was fantastic. From the salesperson Sonya Daniel, to the Finance person Julie and a couple other people there were so helpful, patient and just very nice. They had us feeling welcomed and happy to see us. Sonya took care of us from the minute we walked on the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful people who worked there!!

My wife and I have a very good experience shopping for a new vehicle. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. I live in Valdosta, GA and the drive was pleasant, hope more people can visit and have the same experience I had.

The quality of work seems to be good however the service advisor is rude and it makes for an unpleasant experience in my opinion. For the cost of vehicle repairs in today's environment I would rather give my money to a business that is friendlier and smiles when they take your hard earned money.

I went to Sunbelt Ford just looking around either a new truck or a good used one but was just looking and didn't intend to really come away with anything that day. This was to replace a 19-year-old Ford truck that I bought new 19 years ago so therefore had not been to an auto dealership in a while! Everyone there was courteous and very helpful and went to extra links to get the deal that I was looking for. I came away with an excellent one owner pre-owned Ford truck that was absolutely perfect! So I went in not expecting to come out with anything but did with their help! There was not at any time any pushing from them at all. A big thank you goes out to all of their staff

Excellent experience, Mike was very responsive and helpful with all my questions regarding the vehicle. Russell was excellent to work with thru the transaction. Probably one of the best vehicle buying experience I've ever encountered. Highly recommend the dealership and both Mike & Russell.

We had a wonderful experience with them! Mike and Russell were both amazing at obtaining my dream vehicle! Everyone was friendly and they were priced competitively.Communication was AMAZING unlike Rivertown Ford in Columbus Ga. We couldn t get anyone to call us back.Thank you so much! We love our new Bronco and the Robin Egg Blue is to DIE FOR! So happy with her and she s so much fun to drive, luxurious and powerful on and off road. I didn t think i would love anything more than my Jeep wrangler until i got the 2023 Heritage limited edition Bronco! Now she s my most favorite vehicle I ve ever owned!

Stopped in Cordele overnight and woke up to a dead truck. Hard to pull a camper with no vehicle- got a jump from another friendly camper and found Sunbelt Ford just a little over 2 miles from us. They were kin, courteous and understanding -Took us in immediately and got us on our way in less than 1 hour!! Thank you for your kindness and consideration.

I ASKED SUNBELT TO GET MY CAR IN A SAFE CONDITION FOR ME TO TRAVEL ALONE WITH MY DOGS. I ASKED THEM TO INSTALL RUNNING BOARDS FOR MY SAFETY AND EASE OF USE AS I AM GETTING OLDER. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND FIXED MY VAN, REPLACED OLD TIRES AND EVEN WASHED IT TO HAVE IT READY TO GO.

Sales team worked and got the deal done a lot of back and forth but I bought the truck not the best deal around but we liked our sales rep Kevin and the shop manager made us feel like we were in goods hands when it comes to taking care of our investment

I stopped in on my long trip home from My snowbird months back to Michigan summer home 12,000 miles when I stopped in to have them check and fill my ford edgetires with air as tire pressure too low . Within 30 minutes at most they were done to get me back into the road that I drive straight through . Talk about a small home town atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and talked very polite , very !! Yes Ma m we would be glad to help you out etc . Thanks Bravo as you can t find people today like this much today!!! Appreciate and keep up this attitude and great friendly atmosphere!
