I came into this facility, and they let me know there was a 7-hour wait. I had a broken service airline on my trailer, and within four hours was up and rolling. Excellent service!!!! John and Bo and Danny treated me and my dog China really well!!!

Checked in at 7:40 to have a blown tire repair. One truck in the bay four guys standing around the truck and the driver of that truck said he had been there for 8 hours waiting to get a tire changed. I was finally put in the bay at about 9:10 p.m. the Tire Tech walk around until about a quarter to 11 he moves the jack up to the trailer and then says his shift ends at 11:00 the third shift guy will get it. Third shift guy gets there talk to the second shift guy for about 30 minutes then goes to the store gets a drink comes back about 45 minutes later and starts to work on the tire finally about 1:50 a.m. he finishes. I have used Love's and Speedco for years but over the last year or so it has gotten where it is taking them several hours to change a tire. There is no need to be there for 6 and 1/2 to 7 hours to get a tire change when there is no other trucks waiting.

Mechanic at this location is a BIG JOKE. Have no knowledge at all. Try to pass them if you want your machine keep running and stop at some other good mechanic.. lol had to edit this review because when mechanic done pm service after waiting 8 hours he s asking me if I know where prime is to prime oil.idiot

We have 300 combination units driving in 50 states and we regularly use only Love's and TA services, this is by far the worse place possible, rude and slow staff, please skip it if you have a different option in the area

I was going down 75 when my tire blew out. I called this shop since it was the closest. Cody was very nice over the phone and when I got there Reuben was there to help right away! Got the tire change no problem. Super quick and didn t even charge me. I was driving a car by the way. Extremely nice for a truck shop to help out!Service: TiresService: Tires

I wish I could understand how these companie stayed in business, I stop here to get a spare mount, they only have to take off the flat wheel and put on the spare i have, I've been waiting over one hour for this, it's ridiculous how slow these people operates.UpdateI left and went 22 miles south to Allen's tire service it cost me $50 to swap out the wheel, it takes 34 minutes in and out, and still no call from speedco.

The actual repairs were fine, However, the Manager Amanda is truly horrible to drivers and doesn t seem to care about it either, a complete lack of professionalism and empathy with customers! I would never go back there just because of her!

This is a warning to all drivers that's thinking of stopping here in cardale for an oil change. Don't do it you will be here for 2 days. The people here are polite but condescending. Everything is bad across the country, but there's no reason to be lazy. Two and three people stand around talking about how hard they're working but how hard are you really working when you're talking about it all the time. Yesterday there were eight trucks waiting to get oil changes two people working a day later there is still three trucks in front of me waiting to get oil changes and there's now three people working. Please do not waste your time stopping here. Unless you're just here to take your 34 hour break. Be safe out there drivers. Only good reviews are people that's never been here or friends of theirs. Coming here about 5:00 pm, Tell the guy that checks me in that I need to get a PM.Guy says it's going to be about 6 hours, I say no problem. I don't have to leave till about 3:00 a.m. (you know, because you guys are supposed to be open 24 hours). No biggie. I'll go to sleep, get my 10-hour break in and hopefully get out of here before that's over.Guy calls me about 10:55 pm, So I say awesome. I'm getting in early.He called me up to let me know that he "can't get me in tonight".Me, confused, is like " That's fine, The guy told me it may be early in the morning anyway. Like 2:00 or 3:00 a.m."Homeboy hits me back like " well we're about to close, we only do tires overnight".Now, at this point I'm heated. I specifically said to the guy and he gave me no indication that my oil cannot be changed overnight.Maybe they're having staffing issues, understandable. But if you're having staffing issues, the least you can do a set of realistic expectation of what type of service I can get.If I would have known that they wouldn't be able to change my oil overnight I would have just went to my receiver and been there for the morning appointment.This place is trash because of that idiot that worked the desk at 5:00 p.m. yesterday that was yelling at his techs like he was some type of boss.

1st visit I had a PM done. Woke up the next morning 3 gallons less oil due to looked like reused seal on filter. 2nd visit (I know what was I thinking) I waited 30 mins for check in due to most customer there at the moments with compliants. I discreetly left.

My housband is truck driver he and me have been in many places to repair the truck and this was the place for sure, excellent customer service, amazing and quickly work, we are really happy, 100 guaranteed satisfaction, our trailer was load and thanks to the efficiency of the people in this place we can drop uploading in the appointment time. Been here for 9 hours and still waiting to have a trailer rim replaced. Same vehicles in the bays since I arrived. I don't think they know how to fix things. Only one doing anything is the road guy. Maybe I should had called that service to repair me in the parking lot. Don't want to risk further damage, otherwise I would been gone

Jacob Mayne and his team 5 stars!! Excellent customer service and very organized. Explained to me everything .No grey area. Iam a trucking business owner of a small fleet of trucks ,That is growing by the minute I will deadhead 100 plus miles to come to this shop instead of the many rudeand non willing g to help a truckers needs Thank you again Jacob Hope corporate finds there way to my review and acknowledges your hard work.

In 3 hr they have only moved one truck out the bay I was next in line just to get a call, oh we MAY have to change more tires on this truck it will be tomorrow before we can get to you. Speedco you need to do better.

This place is staffed by idiots that have no clue about taking care ofcustomers. Been here for over 12 hrs to have an airleak looked at and nothing done. Pleanty of people in uniforms but no one working.... worst shop I have been to in quiet a while!!!!!!!!!

Needed a pm done checked with them at 830 pm . Said there s no one to do a pm till 7 am in the morning. I have always used loves or speedco . I will start taking my business and fuel elsewhere.
