Mr. Charles waited on us very patiently on helping us finding the cheap insurance i was just about to leave and said no be patient and with a matter of time i was having a call from one of his ppl saying they have the cheapest rate for me mr charles also waited on me after i told him i will arrive at 1pm got there at 3pm . Thank you so much raineys for having someone so nice and patient to work with you guys customers!
