My car was @Ford dealership for 3 months and they could not fix my AC. 1/2 a day at Pettis and AC is still blowing cold air everyday after 8 months.

Our radiator blew on our way home. At the recommendation of a friend, we left the vehicle with Pettis Tire. A week later, we drove back to pay & collect our car. I guess things are done differently in Cordele. There were three items that should have been addressed before saying the job was finished.1. Upon entering the vehicle, mud was founf to be tracked onto the carpet.2. After returning home, we found that the engine compartment and undercarriage was still covered in anti-freeze.3. My wife found that the A/C did not work.I finally found that the electrical plug to the compressor had not been reconnected. I shampood the parpet and pressurewashed the engine bay and undercarriage. It's the little things.

Took our Ford Expedition there in November 2020 to have exhaust repaired after someone stole the converters. George said it may be a few days. That was fine as I expected that. Well every Friday for 2 months I was told it would be ready next week. So in March of 2022 (year and a half later) I go to just get it and take it somewhere else but the battery was dead and had 2 flat tires. I asked George if he would send someone outside to pump up the tires and he said that they were too busy and it would be after lunch. Pathetic service!!! I eventually took a compressor and a new battery myself then loaded it back on my trailer. I ve waited on the owner to call me but he hasn t so here I am writing the review.

Unfortunately, I never made it to the location, because the guy on the phone was beyond rude to me. I was up early to try to take my vehicle to a shop to get brake work done and this location was open. I called and told the guy that I wanted to get the price for rear brake service on my vehicle and he replied to me, "I don't know what type of vehicle you got. I don't know you!" Appalled by his response, I replied, "Ok, never mind." Being someone who works closely with the public, I felt like the manager or owner of the shop needed to know how an employee in his business was answering the phone. So, I called back to speak with a manager/owner and to my surprise, the guy I had just spoken with informed me that he was the owner/manager. I preceded to tell him, respectfully, that I felt like he was very rude to me and explained that normally when you call a business of the sort the employee normally asks for the make and model when they are ready to enter it into the computer. Or like Firestone Tire or Goodyear Tire, I had called too, just gave me the price for their service being it's the same regardless of the vehicle. Instead of the "owner" taking my feelings into consideration as a "potential" customer, he totally disregarded them and continued to speak to me sarcastically by saying, "thank you for the instructional class."If this is the way the owner acts with unknown customers, it makes me wonder about how the business is ran. Being he has been in business "since 1959", I'm sure he should know that this is definitely not the way to treat any person let along a customer that is paying for their services. He lacked decent common courtesy and I would pay double somewhere else before I would spend a penny at this location. After my experience, I wouldn't even go there if someone else was paying for it!!!!! If it was not the owner I spoke with, please speak with your employees about how to further enhance your company instead of turning customers away. Quality and customer service goes a long way, especially for a business of this type.

On August 11, 2016 I was leaving Vienna, Ga & got a flat tire then I put the spare on & it blew as well. I thought I was out of options until I called Pettis Tire Co.. They were really reasonable in price .They showed great customer service .They made it to my location within 25 minutes with a another tire. Thank you so much Pettis Tire Co..

Reyna from Pettis tire is an amazing person! He saw my family and I stranded on the side of the highway and he approached us to see if we needed help! He really saved us! We were 5 hours from home with 3 small children. Even AAA said it would be 3 hours for service. Thank you Reyna for saving us! Reyna patched our tire right there on the side of the road! We then followed Reyna to Pettis Tire and it couldn't have been a more impressive shop with extremely skilled professionals. I wish we lived in Cordele to come again. THANK YOU!!!!

Took my car to this shop after the transmission went out on my car to get it looked at... A month ago. I've called several times about updates on my car but they haven't touched my car due to them loosing my only key. So therefore I'm still without a car and still have a torn transmission. Very displeased.
