I was traveling back from vacation when my new to me 2016 F150 decided to malfunction and shut down. When I was able to get it to drive a short distance I made it to the O Reilly Auto Parts store located at 1010 East 16th Street in Cordele,GA. I requested for my truck to be hooked up to see what the deal was and I am pretty sure the guy s name was Brandon came straight out and attempted to assist me. When we realized what the code was and googled the issue we decided not to go any further. After calling my roadside service from both my insurance company and warranty company and getting nowhere, Brandon remained very friendly and helpful and sold me a battery just in case I had more issues with the PCM on my way home (5 hours away) so I wanted to take the time to acknowledge his dedication for taking care of a customer who was just simply a customer in a bad situation with a not so good attitude at the time. I really appreciate his dedication to serving and trying to assist my family and I in this difficult situation.

Jimmy is an outstanding, helpful individual. I am happy to report that Jimmy helped me by checking my starter, alternator and my battery to find the problem. The battery was the issue and Jimmy installed it with out charge and we were able to get back on the road again to Wisconsin.Thanks Jimmy!

We were 4.5 hrs into a trip to Florida with our two small children when our alternator went out. These incredible people helped us identify the problem and find a shop that was open late at night to help us solve the problem. They went above and beyond for my little family and I am so grateful.

Cordele Ga Oreillys employees are always friendly and helpful. I started working at a auto repair shop with no experience in ordering parts. They have been so patient while I learned how to order parts. I would also like to add that Brandon always goes above and beyond my expectations in making sure that we get what we need.

It was misting rain and I needed to replace my battery. The first auto parts store I entered said they couldn't check my battery bc it had a cover and if it broke they would be liable for it....obviously the guy didn't want my business. Stopped at O'Reily's and I'm so glad I did. They were super nice. Installed my new battery and I was on my way, even though by this time it was raining hard, Thanks for helping me. It made my day to be treated so kindly by strangers. Great customer service.

My wife and I Broke down in our Vw bus and Brandon and the staff were extremely helpful and handled my constantly coming in and out to buy parts with extreme patience. Engine is shot and I will have to rebuild it but just had to stop by and say they were great!

Staff went out of their way to find any means to get my car running again. I had been traveling from Kentucky to Florida and had car trouble on my way. When there was no chance of immediate repair they took care of me and my daughter for the 7 hours it took my family to get to us!! I would give 10 STARS if I could!!

Thank you for the group effort by the O'Reilly Guys who worked Sunday night November 6th and Nicholas C. who helped us this morning after our truck broke down on our way home to Florida. We spent a comfortable night in town after a stressful event and after being towed 10 miles into town. Thank you guys for directing us to safe locations in the dark, in a town with no taxi or bus service. Without their straight forward and honest attitudes we could have been in for a rough night. We are very glad they have later hours on Sunday night than anyone else! So thanks again for the help and getting our vehicle back on the road! You're the best!

This Oreilly's was very helpful! I needed a battery really quickly and they got me hooked up fast! I was back on the road in no time! Very helpful staff!

The people are great and know what they are selling. The store is clean an organized so u can easily find what you are looking for. They usually have in stock what you want or they can have it later that day or the next.

I love this store. Here in Cordele Ga. They have helped me with my 87 Jeep Wrangler YJ so much. Almost like build part by part lol

Too worried about answering the phone to wait on people in the store. And if you do call they pull the wrong part, forget to pull it at all, or order it from the wrong place and take a week to get there instead of a day.
