Car broke down off of I75 while on a road trip north. I was desperate for help to get back on the road ASAP. They got me in right away and Mike stopped in the waiting room several times to update me as work was done. Staff was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Recommend if you're not from the area but find yourself stuck there!

Great place and people.I broke down on I 75 early in the AMThey came, towed my truck to their shop, had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Very fair price as well.

Had a blown transmission hose on our way to Florida, Logan came out quick, towed us to the auto parts store, and even helped replace the hose in the parking lot. What could have been a nightmare turned into a very short inconvenience thanks to Logan. Hour and a half later we were back on the road to our vacation. Good thing, because there were no car rentals open on the weekend. Not sure what we would have done with out his help. Price was great also.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing

Mike and his team were so good to us! Helpful, patient, kind. Did everything they could, going above and beyond to assist us in our breakdown. Towing prices were reasonable, as was the fee to check out the problem. Their main concern was for our safety and comfort. After their receptionist working long hours with us, our vehicles were towed and we were delivered safely to the KOA campground. Within 24 hours we were back on the road! Thank you Mike and Co. for all you did for us, including to help find my husband who had gotten lost in the unfamiliar town of Cordele, Ga.

They literally gave an estimate and I even gave a budget, they went way over budget and didn't even repair all of what was agreed upon repairing. They also kept the truck for over month. Listen folks, save yourself some time, money, and allt of aggravation.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Very nice respectable lady on the phone who tries her best. Do not recommend this place though!!! My car broke down on a family vacation and had to use this place has an emergency. Waited a whole month just to get told they couldn t do anything because they re software is too old, now I m paying 500 dollars for a car that I don t even have a diagnosis on. Mind you I live in Illinois lol.Service: Transmission repair

Top Notch service!!!!!On our way fromSarasota Fl to Atlanta and our engine light came on. Dawn was amazing and had her guys fix our car problem in an hour! Wonderful customer service and such willingness to help us get back on the road for our vacation! If you are near Cordele GA definitely have them take care of you!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

On a family of six road trip, our transfer case went out. Mike Fraser's towed us off the highway, gave us phone numbers to resources like cabs, rentals, and sleeping arrangements. They replaced the transfer case in less than 24 hours and put us back on the road at a very reasonable rate. Trustworty, straightforward, fast and efficient. 10/10. Entire staff consists of good, friendly people.

Do you want to save your money/time/car ? then do not go here, this review is a little late but If I could give this a 0 star I would, I repeat do not go to them to fix your car at all, They made me wait forever and when it was finally time to fix my car they literally mess up the engine more. When I ask them to fix it properly they told me that nothing could be done and have the audacity to overcharge me with BARE MINIMUMS work.

Locked my keys in my car at work on Halloween! Michael Fraser showed up within 10 minutes and I was then on my way home. I will definitely use them again for all of my towing or lockout needs

Tow truck driver picked us up and dropped us at hotel as shop was closed when we called. After bringing my truck to the shop, he noticed I had left my cellphone inside. He brought the cellphone back to me at the hotel. That's literally "going the extra mile". Next day they repaired truck and we were back on the road. Traveling from Chicago to Ft Myers, Florida, we were lucky to have broken down in Cordele, Georgia where Mike Frazer is located. Great work and reasonable price.

I was driving a hummer southbound to Tampa when it overheated. Contacted them at 1245PM on the day before Thanksgiving and the tow truck was there at 1:30. they determine the belt needed to be replaced and air-conditioner device needed to be replaced too as it seezed - then my radiator was dropping coolant and found a loose clamp causing drops every second. I am very impressed with your operation outstanding service . And what impressed me the most was that the owner is hands-on . The price was very fair.

Thank you Charles and Mike Fraser's Auto Repair! My friends and I were broke down at the Plantation House Shell Gas Station and Charles came and towed us out in the dark on a Sunday night and was there promptly. He was extremely nice and made us feel comfortable after our stressful event while traveling back home to Florida from Tennessee. Thank you Charles for helping us! We were able to spend a safe night in the closest town with no bus or taxi service available and back on the road the next morning after getting the parts needed at the local parts store. We are very appreciative, best to you guys.

Ever break down within 50 miles of Cordele GA, and you better call Mike or Brian at Frazier Auto Repair & Towing....Our Water pump went out on Saturday afternoon (7/11/2020) & we were treated promptly with respect and good value by this group of men.As a small business owner (roofing) myself, I know how you look forward to Saturday afternoons off & I really appreciate Brian working late & getting us back on our journey!Thank you both!D. We were traveling from North Georgia when we discovered our air conditioning was not working, after being turned away from three dealerships I stumbled on to their site on google. The nice lady that answered told us to come by and they would jump right on it. The 2 techs that worked on the AC were extremely nice and had us back on the road in short order. This place is awesome, and the folks there are AWESOMER (yes, they deserve a new word).

I had mechanical trouble with my truck while traveling on I-75. I asked a local person, at a gas station, if there was a good local mechanic, without hesitation he recommended Mike Fraser. I could not be happier with their service, they took me in quickly, fixed the problem and had me on the road again. Great folks, they saved what could have been a really bad day for me.

Little did I know that BP uses Green hoses for gas and black for diesel! (Unlike the rest of the world that uses green for diesel!) so, Saturday afternoon my Sprinter started sputtering and I found Mike Fraser and Brian able and willing to help pump out my gas/diesel mixture and then go to a gas station and get me 5 gallons of Diesel to get me back on the road! Great guys and awesome service, in spite of being closed on Saturdays. Thank you guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was om the road traveling from Florida to South Dakota when I took my car in to get looked at and repaired because I noticed that the car would hesitate when I gave it gas to go up a hill or pass someone. I was told after they hooked it up to their computer that nothing was wrong with it execept for us having a brake light or turn signal out (which was totally untrue as we checked ievsrything before we even left the garage). At that point they told me that they could drive it after they ate their lunch and see if they could figure out the problem then. I told them no thank you as I had to get back on the road as soon as possible and we had already been sitting at their shop for about 2 hours with our pets. After I told them to just give me back the keys and I would pass on the further diagnosis they informed me that I owed $68 for the work they had done. I almost died when they told me that. $68?!???!? For what??? And as if this wasn t bad enough, the next day the car broke down in the middle of nowhere in South Dakota, just like I thought it eventually would because the problem got worse and worse. How on earth could a car be hooked up to a computer one day and be fine, and then the next day completely break down to the point where the engine wouldn t even turn over. I have my sting suspicion that it was never even hooked up to their computer, and if it was, their computer SUCKS!!

The owner charged $300 to pull a truck out of a ditch. He would only accept cash and left my friend and her two little daughters on the side of the road, so her husband could ride with the owner to an ATM. He refused anything but cash. He doesn t want to claim the charge on his taxes. He had no tools to help them with their flat tire, but said he did. He took their $300 and abandoned them.Services: Tires, Car towing

I want to give them 0 stars but it isn t available, made me waste my time , asked them if they could fix my car beforehand and they said yes , I took my car next day and they didn t look at it at the appointment time, and all they did was check it and said they don t have the materials to fix my car . seriously don t recommend.

My water pump went out on I-75 S on a Sunday afternoon on my way to FL from AL. I was stranded with not a clue where I was or what I needed to do. I googled tow service near me and mikes business popped up and I called, mike sent a tow truck driver named Charles, he was there within 30 minutes. Charles took me to a good hotel and then took my truck to their shop, mike had one his mechanics start on my truck 1st thing Monday morning and I was back on the road by lunch Monday. I am forever grateful for mike and Charles. if I ever break down again, I hope it's near cordel, GA so I can call them.

My daughter and I were broke down on I-75 S. Cameron s towing gave us a ride to Crisp Auto in Cordele (do not go to Crisp Auto)! However, we quickly figured that out and went to Fraser s. They were very helpful and professional in a stressful time. Thank you Mr. Charles for the tow to Warner Robins, GA. You guys are all great.

This shop helped me out in a pinch. Mr. Mike Fraser and everyone working there are some of the sweetest people I've ever come across. I was on my way to Florida from Gainesville GA and on the way there my transmission decided to blow up completely. I had no clue where I was and definitely didn't know anyone around. Luckily someone pointed me in the direction of Frasers shop and from there they proceeded to take me into their shop and diagnose my truck, all the while being completely considerate of where me and my girlfriend were traveling from, so they didn't try to rip us off, just did everything they could to help me out. A week later, I had a new tranny in my truck and it's running better than ever. Thanks to Frasers and everyone who works there!

Sent internet request to have towing service to their shop, no show. Next day went to their shop with us same request. Two days later I will be looking for service else where. As average response.

This man is total piece Got in a wreck wouldn t in hook from my car even though the tow truck I called was there waiting to hook. Didn t call this for his services then charged 800 to unhook or told me I would have to pay 2500 if he hauled it to his shop couple miles away a real crook. Don t use this man Was a semi I wrecked. Ridiculous

I had a great experience except for the driver Brian I asked him to put on a face mask for both of our safety but he told me he didn't have to but nothing on.other than that everything was great.

Water pump froze up and ripped the belt off going north on I75, They came and rescued my wife and I with a flatbed took us back to the shop and had us back on the road in less than four hours. Great people and great service!..art
