Quentin and his team definitely was a great help, at the right time. The hospitality was outstanding, & they made sure we were in great hands like Allstate. Again thank you Team for all your outstanding and hard work. It definitely didn't go unnoticed.

Alex, Quinton and Terrence did a wonderful job taking care of me. I broke down in their state they even offered to drive me to my hotel while I waited on a tire to get delivered and installed. They came through a pinch, got the tire sooner than expected, let me know immediately at my car was ready. Service was wonderful.

Today is rainy but the assistant manager and team at Mavis brought Sunshine like services. Positive attitudes and highly accommodating spirits. Thanks for getting me ready for the road again

My engine light started flashing while traveling on I-75. My son looked up auto shops opened on Sunday mornings and this place took car of us! They fixed us up and we were back on the road in 45 minutes. Super friendly.

We were driving on the highway in the middle of a road trip when the pressure in one of our tires started dropping. This tire shop was the nearest one and I m so glad we found it. They took a look and it turned out there was a screw in the tire and they patched it for us right away even though it was almost closing time. The workers were incredibly kind and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

So better late than never, I had the best experience here. My tire was leaking very fast. I pulled into a Walmart and they wouldn t even look at my truck. So I ran to Mavis. It was a bit of a wait but I didn t care, gave me time to decompress a little. They told me when I just recently had my tires replaced the Ford dealership did not replace my valve stems and one was cracked in half (great). They were so nice and even put on wipers I bought. Then they pulled the truck out and said good bye . No no no, they weren t trying toto charge me. As much as I appreciated the gesture. I had to pay something. They refused and said he couldn t consciously charge me being the situation I was in. Of course the tech got a nice big tip and I was happily on my way. I wish every one was as decent as these men here. Not because they didn t charge me but because they were decent and respectful.

Had nail in my tire. Stop by store for help. Guys where nice but when put my truck on lift the wire on lift broke. They explained to me what happened and could not fix my tire until lift was fixed. That was at 12 pm and was not fixed until around 6:30 pm.All that wait time and was never offered discount or told thank you for your patience. Not good customer service at all. I will not be going back to this store.

The store manager and assistant manager Kaseem are the best. The communication and interacting with my family and I was top notch service. Definitely recommend anyone to this shop you get customer service and great work.

We had a bad valve stem on our 5th wheel while driving through Cordele. Called Mavis Tires and they got us right in. They looked busy but were able to work us in. While there we discovered we needed a new tire. These guys were unphased and worked on our issues. They were quick and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team. They made a difficult time easier. Awesome place, awesome team !!

This is the worst tire shop I have ever been to. The customer service has been terrible. I was asked if I could be here by 1 pm for an appointment to change my tire and stated yes and arrived 30 minutes early and checked in with them. They already had a car in the bay which I didn t figure was a problem. I waited an hour and a half and they still had not pulled my car back and the owner of the vehicle in the bay even came in and asked what was taking so long and the mechanic stated oh sorry I was just eating. There were two other mechanic s one was standing watching videos on his phone and smoking a cigarette and the other standing by his personal vehicle smoking and playing on his phone. When one of the mechanic came in to use the bathroom he stated in the bathroom for 20 minutes and when he came out I attempted to ask him how much longer it would be and he ignored me completely like I didn t exist and walked back outside. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. When they finally came and got my keys 1h 1/2 later he was very rude and snatched the keys out of my hand really quickly and walked away with them. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I wish I could give zero stars. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

*updade* Changed to 1 star.We asked if it was possible the valve was causing the leak. He assured us it wasn't. We ended up at another tire shop down the road. The man wiggled the valve and we could hear the hiss of air leaking. Fortunately the 2nd shop we went to was able to fix it and get us back on the road.We had a tire issue while traveling. Nick was super helpful and got us back on the road quickly. Wonderful customer service.

Update:5hrs, no other customers... finally around the 5 hour mark after watching them like a hawk through the window and were done. Was very close to ordering them to release my vehicle...I called in for a quote then when I got there pricing was about $100 more. When I called them out on it, they said it was due to tax not being included but I was clear on my phone call that I wanted total pricing. Further, I have been here for 4 hours for two tires. I understand they have been training one new employee but there is plenty of other help here. During the time I have been here I have seen three small projects completed and they are still standing around. Breaks are important too, I acknowledge that but this is beyond a break. Further, they have told me that I cannot make it home safely due to $3778.42 of repairs needed immediately. I closely monitor maintenance and also acknowledge some if the parts are worn, but not to the degree quoted. I also found out that their credit products are good to $2500 which seems like a pushy credit sale to me. Buyer BEWARE. Get the inspection if you have all day, but do not get the work done here same day without third party verification of the quote and a second price elsewhere.

Great place. Very helpful. We were having issues with tire psi on our RV and they made sure we were safe before getting on the road. They immediately came out to help us. Customer service at its best!

wonderful place very nice took a a little longer then expected but got everything done right and got us back on the road and Quinnet the manger was super nice gave us a deal bc it took longer but definitely recommend this place

9 months pregnant, came by a 7:52 , 8 minutes before they open and asked one guy to fill my driver side tires because I couldn t physically do it. They have a free air pump outside the store but he refused to do it until they opened as if I had asked him to pull my car into a bay
