I had a great experience with everyone in the office and with service, you won t meet friendlier people. Robby and Leon got a last minute service in on my trailer for a very reasonable price before I went back over the road, I ll be coming back here for service and maintenance when I drive through Georgia! Stopped at the big Tex in Cordele on a "ride around" looking at trailers to make our decision on what to get. We were planning to go to several others including 1 or 2 in Alabama. Although we didn't buy that day they were so friendly and welcoming. Bill Sat down with us and answered several questions and taking the time to look up a price for us. Next time we want to buy we will definitely talk to Bill again.

Drove 3 hours to Cordele, great pricing and service on a Vanguard trailer. Bill was great to work with, very smooth experience- everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Big Tex here in Cordele,Ga really did a great job helping get me back rolling.. Thx to Leon and Robbie those guys were really nice to do business with. Waiting on trl everyone there was nice to hang out with while I waited.

We blew a tire and broke a spring on our enclosed trailer in the Cordele area. Big Tex Trailer World repaired the spring and put on 2 new tires - done quickly and at a very reasonable price. We were on our way to Florida with our motorhome. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

This place was an amazing experience and I recommend anyone with any type of 22 g big tex trailer this is the place to come for a reasonable service repair, the trailer world in McDonough ga dosent even answer the phone or return calls so don't waste you time go to Cordell ga and the big store manager will make sure you happy..

Bought a 14LX dump trailer 3 years ago mostly hauled construction debris wood , tile, no masonry much . The floor of the trailer is rusted out and decayed all around the hinges and back gate, it s bad metal and they won t stand behind the product because it out of the 90 day warranty well it s not going to rust in 90 days but 31 months it shouldn t be rusted out either, thanks big Tex scott white construction, thomasville ga

Fast unloading of the steel I delivered... No one in shipping ever picks up the phone and they haven't discovered the invention of signs. But they unloaded me super quick...

This place has apparently sold out to a couple of different companies, parts for your Big Tex trailer may need to be ordered at super top end retail, we were also told that a new trailer would need to be ordered and sent from another location.

I had a great experience today. I called to see if they could give me some info on their trailers. They told me about them. I drove 45min told them what I wanted and 30 min later I was out the door with a new trailer. These people are great to deal with. I even had a friendly conversation with the young girl sitting at the front desk while they were gathering the stuff to go on the trailer. I backed my husband truck up and they hooked it up. They made sure all the lights worked and off I went. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a good place to do business with. Top notch service. Great job y all!

Don't show up early. Youll sit for a few hours after your designated pickup time if its a live load. My opinion, based on experience, but I was 5hours early so... Great people great loaders that do their job good.

Poor customer service. I drove a great distance during normal business hours and when I arrived I was told they were not selling trailers today. On a Friday, a high production day?You re choosing not sell or show your product to a potential new customer. You re planning to turn around every customer that comes to the store today? Clearly, I m not the only person looking to buy a trailer today.It s a popular trailer but trash customer service. Will not be giving my business to them.Also, the review below from Rocky Moore is an employee, leaving fake a review as an customer.
