Staff tried to be helpful. We just couldn't pinpoint with the computer analysis exactly what was wrong with our truck.

More often than not I end up getting what I need from here. I typically purchase online and pick up at the store simply due to the available discounts. Plus they take used oil for recycling. Overall it always a no hassle experience.

Stopped by to have my battery checked and decided to grab wiper blades while there. Tiffany, Miss Bernie and (literally) every associate in the store helped out! Very good natured people!

The guy behind the counter changed my headlight free of charge. I offered him a tip but he said it wasn't necessary. After watching how he did it. I don't believe I could've. He really bailed me out this weekend. Last time one changed my wipers on a rainy day. These folks always save my behind.

My car battery died Wednesday night at 8pm, Arthur and Russell were amazing. They worked hard to figure out a solution and get me on my way. I was a hot mess and they went above and beyond.

Brenda went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling from up north to Florida and our van broke down. She let our kids use the bathroom even called her husband in for backup! Words cannot express how thankful we were for her smiling face at Advance Auto Parts in Cordele, Georgia. She was knowledgable and compassionate! She deserves a raise and some recognition for her hard work and positive attitude!

If you dont have a receipt, dont even bother. Not the most helpful staff...management in particular. A few of the older guys try, but are just a little slow. I eill price compare and go to Auto zone from here on out.
