Most people know Walmart is not known for good customer service. However, the Conyers Auto Care Center takes unprofessionalism, horrible customer service, poor management, and disorganization to a new level. If I could give less than one star I would!

Unsatisfied with the customer service you have some white workers in there that only want to work with white customers, waited 3hr for a oil change and this guy go out his way to help her can't make this up.

Kenson, one of the technicians, did an amazing job with informing me about the batteries and their warranties. He was very professional and honest in his dealings. Great experience overall!

We went here about 15 minutes ago and was told they weren t changing tires anymore for the day. When did Walmart start this. The one in Covington was changing tires. Are they just so lazy here that they pick and choose what they do and when they do it? Walmart needs to do better. My vehicle really needed a tire as some of the inside is showing. Hire people that are passionate about their job and not there just to receive a paycheck.Service: Tires

It should go without saying but don t use Walmart for anything other than groceries! I ordered 4 tires that were supposed to arrive today and only received 3 of them like what am I going to do with 3 tires! Then they have a lady working there that s clueless and the other day is rude which prompted me to handle the situation the way I did with the same attitude I received when I called them! If you thinking bout buying servicing or doing anything else at this care center just don t! Use Walmart for the basic necessitiesService: Tires

I was there as a walk-in for an oil change. It took about 1.5 hours so I shopped in the store while I waited. They texted me updates along the way and let me know when my car was ready. The staff was also very friendly. I'll have my oil changed there more often.

Broke my tire sensor been trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, which impossible. I drove here, got here at 4 and I was told that they re closed . Every time I tried to speak, the associate kept cutting me off . Once I get them to fix my sensor, I can t come back to this place . The Walmart auto center on Industrial Blvd in Covington is way nicer .Service: Auto tire replacement

Awesome service! I've been coming here since 1999 and always made to feel comfortable. The department has worked in the interest of the customer by providing honesty.

Got to them around 6:10. The place was closed already. Despite the website saying 7. Turns out they actually close @5 according to another Walmart associate. I brought my child out in the freezing cold for a new battery just to find out it s closed. UPDATE THE WEBSITE HOURS. It truly isn t hard. I even called at 4:45 to be sure and no one answered of course.

Family from Ohio had tire blowout. They went to local Walmart who changed and install new tires. Family safely back home! Great and timely service!

Worst walmart auto care center ever , they took 3 hours to plug 1 tire , I needed 2 tires inspected for leaks they only did one forgot about the other . Every other walmart I have ever been to they do it in order from when you arrive . I have watched so many people come in after me and leave before me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not advise going here .

The place was crowded, and they were short-handed. They were still fast, friendly, and done a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tires or an oil change.

Stopped here because I thought I needed a new car battery. Mike was very kind and helpful. Comes to find out, the battery in my key fob was going bad. However, Walmart doesn't have the batteries for these. My local Ace Hardware was able to assist. While my car was in the Auto Care center, I was able to go grocery shopping!All done in an hour!

I bought a tire there this morning and didn't have a problem. The tire was more expensive than the price I had been given over the phone and more than another tire center I had called earlier. The advantage was that the wait was much shorter than the other tire center.

I was having battery issues and came to this store. Although they were packed, the manager still sold me a battery and he even helped me install it personally after hours in the parking lot. Very helpful. Thank you!Was better than most Walmart auto services.

Super-Poor customer service...Today, I spoke with Dontae over the phone. When the conversation ended, I said "bye" and the next thing I heard was dial tone. I brought it to his attention when I picked up my car, and his response was "my bad"....no apology offered whatsoever.

They forget that part of their job is customer service. They only have one oil change garage open on a Saturday, and no one checking people in, or any signs for direction. In addition when these concerns were bought to the manager (Terry), he said that I should take it up with Walmart and that's not his problem. Very unprofessional and understaffed.

Came here for an oil change. Sat in my car to seee if anyone would instruct me like most tire and line locations. A young Caucasian guy with a beard came out and fixed a chain...and went back to doing what he was doing.So I parked and walked in.Another older heavy set Caucasian guy walked right past me at the register. Then went behind the register to do something.Not acknowledging customers at allllll. Pissed me off. Very rude. Only reason I came here is because they open at 7am. But never again. Ridiculous.

Automotive will not answer the phone. Each time I called someone would say automotive please hold. I held the phone for 5 minuets before deciding to hang up. I called back and the associate did the same rude thing.

I specifically called & asked did they have my tire size in stock, they told me it was 6 in stock. I drove 1 hour on 2 spare tires for me to get there & say they dont have them in stock. I was furious wasted 2 hours & gas just frustrating!!!
