Stanley was extremely kind and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car and did not try to upsell or deceive me. Turns out, it only needed a new radiator cap! There are still good business people in the world. I will be referring Sims Radiator to all my friends & family!

My clutch on my AC compressor began to stick and the knowledgeable staff members here diagnosed my problem in a timely fashion prompting a less timely repair overall. Professional staff and straight forward with the proper needs of your vehicle. Equipped my new compressor and got me back on the road faster and not to mention, COOLER than all out. Good work.

Absolutely the most dreadful experience I've ever had. The customer service was terrible, the work that I got done was half-assed, not going to say any more, do not recommend at all...To add to it, looking over my gas tank, there's three dents in it now. I called Sims radiator so they would be aware of it and they said they would call me back. They have yet to do so. I'm very disappointed. I will consider editing my post if they make things right.

These guys are the best guys in the business. I don't go to anybody else. I have been using these guys since my dad told me there was nobody else to see, and let's just say that is as long as they have been open! LOL

This place can help you out tremendously by saving your radiator, so you do not have to buy a new one brand new at full O.E.M. Price. They are a solutions driven group who if they can t fix one due to plastic then they will find you a radiator that works made out of all brass and copper.

Sims radiator been around for a long time they do good work and fix most any road radiator and it needs to be repaired been there many times
