From first contact to walking out of the door, I was beyond impressed with Rob the Blonde Mechanic. First, it was fantastic that I could text the front desk person with questions after I'd booked an appointment. Next, she greeted me sweetly and showed me into a super comfortable waiting room with water, coffee, a corner that would actually keep small kids entertained, and most importantly for me: a comfortable couch with lots of pillows.I'm a disabled 35 year old with EDS, and sitting in an uncushioned seat for half an hour or more can ruin an entire day or even week with the pain it causes.I needed a simple oil change and I got in on the same day, no wait, and no attempts to up-sell me. The price was more than reasonable, and the experience didn't stress me out. The art on the walls made me feel welcome too. And to top it all off, they left a handwritten thank you note in my car, along with a little gift, as pictured. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was excellent from beginning to end, I made an appointment through a very personable secretary. Upon arrival there was absolutely no waiting and I met Robin the owner, who again was very personable. Via text I was kept me informed step-by-step what was going on with my vehicle. I got the vehicle back on the date and time promised . The price was very fair and reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I will be going back for all my needs because I love the idea of not wasting a day sitting in a mechanic shop.

The best thing that I ever did for my vehicle was finding Rob The Blonde Mechanic auto shop. Her and her staff are very professional, dependable, and honest when it comes to what you need to get down. She gives every customer the vip treatment no matter what maker, year, or model of your vehicle. Not only do I enjoy taking my car to her shop for total car care, the best part is feeling lime you are home while waiting for your car. The waiting area is the best that I have seen in my 42 years of life. I will and do recommend her shop to my family and friends.

I had an issue with my tail lights not coming on at night and it being a wiring issues. They were able to get me in same day to fix the issue for a great price. Robin is extremely sweet and professional. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Amazing work! Thank you!

This is the Mac Daddy of shops! The shop was very pretty, I did not want to leave! Staff was nice and professional and honored my appointment time. Rob explained everything in a very easy to understand way and did not try to up-sell me. I like that everything is done online. Best experience! I'm a customer for life!

I usually take my vehicles to the dealership for services because they should know their vehicle best?!??? I tried Rob The Blonde Mechanic's (RTBM) shop initially when I had an emergency situation with my work van...totally happy with all aspects of that encounter. I decided to take my main vehicle to them for service. I had been hearing a rattling noise while driving, I took it to the vehicle dealership for service on at least 3 separate occasions but they just changed the oil and told me that they could not replicate the issue that I mentioned. After each oil change the rattling would stop...for a while. I started hearing the rattling again and took my vehicle to RTBM, I was informed that I had very little oil in the vehicle and had I kept driving it...I could have blown the engine . The dealership never indicated that this could be the issue...the rattling would start when the oil pan was practically empty. My vehicle does not have a low oil indicator and I've never seen oil leaks on my driveway. My vehicle actually burns oil excessively, I would not have known this if not educated by RTBM!! Thank you for educating me and tell me what needs to be done between service appointments!! I'm bring all my automotive business to RTBM...I highly recommend this business.Long post but wanted to share details

Rob, the blonde mechanic is always a pleasure to work with. She s honest, reliable and above all funny going to the shop is the most unique experience and I encourage anyone in the Conyers area to stop bye it doesn t feel like your normal car shop. You sit back, relax, and the zero gravity massage chair and before you know it your car is done truly the best experience I ve ever had in a car shop.

I had to come check my girl rob the blonde mechanic after I heard she was the first black female mechanic shop owner in Georgia she did a great job on my 2017 Range Rover i got a timing job she was very professional and price was great she has a quick turnaround with accurate diagnosis and good prices she s the best in conyers
