Great experience with Rich and his team. My Turo vehicle had a damaged cracked front bumper and key damage to the driver side of whole vehicle. I brought vehicle to Rich and he restored vehicle like new! Would definitely recommend and will be bringing all my vehicles here for repairs!

Awesome service and most professional business practices from a small business. You would think that it was a massive shop with lots of staff but no! It s a small business with big appreciation for quality work and service. Knocks out all these big money hungry businesses that to value customers and workmanship. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs services and want someone you can trust. Work on my car was promised to be completed in 7 days but it was done in 5 with no issues. The bodywork that was done to my wife s Hyundai Santa Fe you would think it came out of an auto show, crisp and clean with no imperfections! Support your small business owners in your area. Rick replaced my back window and performed body work and paint on my Genesis GV80. He did a better job than the dealership. Life savers! I highly recommend this body shop business to anyone. They are efficient and they get you done in a timely manner depending on severity of issue. Great customer service and very knowledgeable of the work needed to be done. Rick was a big help in helping my Chevy Traverse auto nightmare feel like it didn't even happen! I just wanted to give Rich and his team a huge shout out at RBS Auto works for doing a amazing job on my 2018 Toyota Rav 4. My car looks better now then when it was brand new! My front bumper had minor damages unrelated to my accident and he repaird and painted it at no extra cost! Rich definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be advising all of my friends, family and co-workers to bring their vehicles to him.

About a month ago I was greeted by a staff member at RBS Auto Works in Conyers who quickly assessed the damage and provided me with a clear overview of the repair process. Their attention to detail instilled confidence in me, and I felt reassured that my car was in capable hands and it was, so I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service! I went in because my front bumper was damaged from hitting a deer. It looked brand new when I got my car back! I was expecting it to take a while to get my car back, but I got it back within a week of dropping it off. Highly recommend using RBS Auto Works!!
