Horrible communication and service. I called in to schedule an oil change and was told to come right in, they could service me no problem. I get there in about 10 and so I ask if they knew how long the wait was? I was informed they dont give wait times because "it doesnt end well for them" and then I was asked to have a little bit of patience even though they cant communicate when they can start on my vehicle or how long it would take. When I tried to get info after waiting for 30 mins I was told "it doesn't work that way." So I informed them I was leaving and asked for my keys. As I was walking out the door I told the technician (whom I won't name) to have a good day and he ignored me.I'm not sure what company policy is but not attempting to communicate with customers is appalling.

My husband and I went to inquire about services for brakes because previously we came here and had such a great experience with Tiffany today Lynn older guy . was standing in as the front receptionist. We walked in at 9:00am he was on his phone he seem not interested to be at work nor in the mood to deal with anything or anybody. My husband ask him about brake services, he was rude nasty and dismissive with his answer I told my husband let s go to precision tunes. If Tiffany is there, expect attentiveness & details to your questions If Lynn is there don t waste your time!

I brought my vehicle in to get a tire rotation. There was one person there when I arrived who was picking up their vehicle. It took over three hours for them to rotate my tires. It was dead. Three staff members and my vehicle was the only job in the bays. It should NEVER take three hours to take 4 tires off and put them back on. This service was terrible. The guy working on it was on the computer in his bay the whole time. Never coming back to this location again. I learned my lesson.

Tiffany and her team were the best! Not only were they efficient, but they also executed great customer service! All while making suggestions to get my daughter the best set of tires for the price! I would definitely recommend!

They tried to rip me off on a brake job. I got the same job done at a reputable mechanic spot for half the price. They didn't even check the brakes before they started quoting me high prices for items I didn't need.

Booked online morning appo. for my car battery replacement ,they didn't try to sale me an expensive, actually I really appreciated on their advised to chose the right one, if i ever needed anything else I was welcome.to return and to have a.complete check on my car, they are best on quality and friendly customer.service

If i could give a negative i would. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and a front passenger tire on 10/19/2023. I just brought the car so i have a warranty on it. Took them two days to get the ok to fix my car. I was then told that my oil gasket needed repair. I am not sure why but the warranty said ok to fix on the claim. After being told my car would be returned to me the next day five different times. Today on 10/23/23, i was just told that my car now needed an airbox it got broken somehow and they have ordered the part but they no longer have an estimate about when my car would be repaired. did i mention that after the second day of having my new car that they reported an extra 150 miles on my vehicle to the warranty department. Who has been driving my car?? Is someone joy riding in my car? I literally had the car for two days. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

This review is overdue, I just wanted to thank this team for helping me get back home. I was on my way back from my Grandpas funeral in AL. With 5hrs to go, I was in an accident driving through GA, that left me stranded there in Conyers, GA for what ended up being days, including the weekend. The only downside is that the whole Sunday it sat there unable to be looked at because there was no mechanic in that day, but they were understanding of my situation and were helpful in getting my repairs done swiftly. Took a few days for parts and repairs but the woman at the counter along with the man I mostly spoke with, Drew(I hope Im remembering his name correctly), were patient and helpful. When there was a shipping mishap and my parts didn't get delivered, to no fault of Pep Boys, he personally went out of his way to retrieve the parts I needed, on a 2hr round trip, to get my car done that day, so I could get home that night! A selfless action that I'm still grateful for. Otherwise i would have been stuck there another night and missed more work. Thank you again!

We have utilized this business on many occasions; trusting them with our vehicles. A few weeks ago, we dropped our truck off for an oil change with no issues, but after picking it up and heading home, the passenger mirror fell off hanging and was hanging by the window. Well, when we went back to show them, one of their employees said; " I told them they need to be paying attention out there when driving these vehicles, but they don't listen." Then other guy came in and said "oh they here about the truck." Yet manager on duty says it "didn't happen here."Ummm, sir, it hasn't been anywhere else, but here; we turned around and came back to the store immediately. Even when pulling the video, the manager was doing too much maneuvering with the footage before he showed us the footage; so that made the footage he finally showed us VERY questionable.To our surprise, this location does not have good cameras, cameras are not in all areas (per manager on duty), and the locations that have cameras, the views/angles, are not of quality. Our mirror was NOT broken when we dropped it off, and we have yet to hear from corporate.With that being said, I suggest that no one trust them with their vehicles unless you are there to watch them!!! They are not to be trusted; they could have made this right and chose not to. I don't even believe that the manager on duty even contacted his corporate manager.I wish I could give them zero stars because that's what they deserve when you are blatantly nonchalant about damage incurred on your company's property to an avid customer's vehicle. We will never use this location again, and using any Pep Boys at this point is questionable.Side note: It was dropped off early in the AM that Saturday, and so sometime between 2 and 3 PM, I called because we had not been called about it being ready. The young lady precedes to say "oh it's been ready, and I called you." Absolutely a lie; NEITHER one of our phones received a call from them that day!

If zero stars was an option I would give it. I was the last customer of the day . They left oil on my rim and didn't put my stair tire back underneath the car. When told about the oil an employee said " you can wipe it yourself ". After paying 357.00 for one tire. I need great customer service, weather I am the first or the last customers.

Another great experience at my local Pep Boys! I ve been to this location several times and each time they have performed beyond my expectations. From the great conversations with friendly staff and the knowledge they share with me about my vehicle I couldn t ask for anything better. The additions of the occasional management special coupons are a huge bonus as well as the great price specials they already have regularly. When I needed to replace all four tires, they were even the cheapest in town after I had checked out several other businesses. The complimentary car diagnostic test send straight to my text messages is great for letting me know details about how my car is running and serviced. My only comment for YOUR consideration is to call ahead in order to find out service availabilities as well as part availabilities for your vehicle just in case they need to order in a part just for you. Spots fill up fast at this location and this is the way I make sure my wait time is not crazy long. And if I need to leave my car at the shop, the complimentary Lyft ride back home is an incredible addition. Thank y all for being a great help many times over. -Brian

I commend you for being honest and not trying to sell me something I didn't need at the time. I want to suggest if you do any modifications to the store that you expand it to reflect the growth of Salem road. I feel it needs to be a full service establishment that has a fully stocked parts area for customer convenience. Salem road has grown considerably and that growth should be reflected in Pep boys growth as well.

I recently moved here from LaGrange, Ga. Pep Boys took care of all my vehicles and did a fantastic job. When I moved to Covington I was glad to see there was a location here. They did an awesome job and I will definitely be back with my truck soon!!Thank you for taking such great care of me!!

Came in on Sunday on Memorial Day weekend needing two trailer tires mounted so I can make it to Florida after three days on the road. Trust drew they were booked but was able to take care of me. Thank you so much

Drew has the patience of a saint and a great sense of humor. I was very impressed at the professionalism and relentless drive in helping me get my rental with a blown tire back on the road. It was for sure a team effort to keep me from having to sleep stranded in their parking lot.all arou d a they made a bad day into a great memorable experience. Someone send these guys pizzas and beer. Give them all raises and company vehicles.

Very professional staff and mechanics. I had detailed many things to check in my appointment request. That would have been a license to steal, elsewhere. The mechanic reassured me that my car is in great working order and even the air filter is clean. Also, the time I was there was much shorter than I anticipated. I ll be Back!

Overall good but the AC wasn t working but luckily the temp at the time outside was only in the upper to lower 80s at the time so I stood out there and when I got tired came inside the sit and sweat. Didn t get all of my discounts, usually I get the senior citizen and veteran discount no matter what pep boys I have been to around the country. But the person at this one only gave me one of them but I didn t make a big deal about it even though I was disappointed.

I dropped my oil filler cap down the engines and it fell into the undercarriage of the car. I brought it here and they assisted me immediately without hesitation. Thank you guys so much .

Just bought my car 2 months ago and was very upset about my water pump being damaged. I had a lot of questions and I was worried about when I would have my car back. Pete Murray was the absolute best. He kept me updated, answered ALL of my questions and went above and beyond. Give that man a raise! The team at this location also got my vehicle in and out within 24 hours. Talk about amazing service! I will be back.

Tiffany did an outstanding job when I came in to get two additional tires which they didn't have in stock. She called another store had them delivered and called me have them the next day. I was in and out in no time. KUDOs Tiffany in Conyers.

This location had awesome customer service. I didn t have an appointment for an oil change however they were able to squeeze me in. They were done fairly quickly (within a hour and half)! They even used a coupon to lower the cost for my services. 5 star service!!!Russ, the store manager, was AMAZING! Stellar customer service, found a more affordable option for my brake & rotor replacement and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my service. I will definitely return to this store location for service and maintenance.

My first time ever visiting a pep boys and they have gained a lifetime customer. Both Jason and Matthew were very friendly and Corrie courteous. Jason went above and beyond to see that my vehicle received quality care. His welcoming presence put me at ease as I just had a blowout and was a nervous wreck. While keeping an eye on the mechanics and techs we chit chatted about various things and before I knew it my car was being pulled around. He is definitely an asset to your conyers location. I will be using pep boys for all my future car needs
