Had a great experience purchasing a new side-by-side from this company. All of their staff was super helpful and made the purchasing process very easy. I m extremely pleased with my new side-by-side and just wanted to let people know if they re considering an outdoor recreational vehicle to definitely check this place out. I just purchased a Kawasaki Z900 RS Cafe from this location and can highly recommend everyone here. Especially Kurt, Tanya and the financing guru. They really went out of there way to put up with all out craziness and helped when we didn t even ask for help. Kurt and Tanya kept us up to date daily on everything and how to handle picking up the bike before Christmas. It was so seamless and perfect. I would definitely buy from here again. I will tell all my family and friends to buy from here there is no better employees or location in Atlanta and believe me I have visited them all. If you are in the market for a new or used bike , do yourself a favor and just go to this location it will save your money, time and aggravation. Thanks to you all for this unbelievably amazing bike. I am one happy customer!!

I m very happy to have had such a great experience purchasing my very first motorcycle with Matt at Mountain Motorsports in Conyers! He called to check in with me several times and made sure that everything was transparent and laid out on the table. Matt even went above and beyond to introduce me to some of the other staff members in parts and in service to make sure that we were welcomed and that I was ready to ride my Yamaha R3!Thank you Matt for all your help and how easy you made the process! I would recommend all to consider stopping by if you re in the market to purchase a motorcycle!

My husband called and spoke with Tanya Ledbetter and she was personable, direct and honest up front. We knew what we wanted when we showed up and she did a great job from start to finish. She was also great with our son by letting him play with a toy while we completed the process. Within 3 hours of speaking to her and seeing the Ranger we wanted. We brought it home. Overall great experience! Highly recommend her.

Went in to purchase a 2024 Yamaha YFZ 450R, and did just that. Tanya had me in and out in less than 2 hours. That s with paperwork and having my ATV assembled brand new out the crate.

Looking to purchase a can am for my wife found a listing at mountain Motorsport made a verbal agreementSense I was coming from out of town I had to set a pick up date and complete all the paperwork offered to over night a large payment to secure the bike for a week to get off work and make the 6 hour driveCalled the next morning to set it all up Conner said he would get back with me later in the day after he got approval from management talked with him that afternoon everything was goodI was able to get off work earlier than we decided onI was leaving mobile Alabama and called and talked with another person and they told me they sold the bikes listed on the website to come on in a find something suitable for me and my wifeThis almost stinks of a bait and switchOne thing that is for sure are the sales personnel are scrupulous and have no integrity to honor their own commitments

We came in on Saturday to purchase a 2024 Kawasaki KLX140RF after seeing it on their website $3,699. Upon arriving, Dustin told us they had one but it wasn't put together but if we went under contract on the bike they would put it together and have it done that day. We went ahead and went under contract and paid for the bike. About an hour and a half later the bike was almost ready and Dustin asked if we wanted to check it out. Immediately I noticed it was the wrong bike and told him. It was the KLX140R, not the RF model. After some back and forth he said someone had put the bike in the system wrong and they could have one in stock and ready to go the following Tuesday. He also explained that the bike we bought actually had an msrp of $4,299 but they wouldn't be charging us the difference because it was their mess up. So we wait the two extra days and on Tuesday I call them to see when the bike will be ready and Dustin says he has to talk to me. He says the price for the bike is $600 more and his sales manager won't allow him to honor the price they advertised or his word. So I tell him I will come get my money back and leave this review. He got a little upset and we ended the call. About 2 minutes later I get a phone call from Chris, if I remember his name correctly, and he says he basically wants to make the sale happen and the best they can do is split the difference and we pay another $318. At this point I'm frustrated because we've wasted 2 hours at the location Saturday, then waited 2 days for them to go back on their word. So we end up paying the difference and getting the bike that day. This is the 4th bike my family has purchased from Mountain Motorsports Conyers location in the last two years and we won't be returning for business. A company should honor their word especially when a loyal customer is inconvenienced by their mess up. I will say, I don't blame Dustin. He was easy to work with and it seemed like his hands were tied. Management told him they would honor the price advertised and then went back on their word. Hopefully management at this location will care more about integrity and their word in the future.

Great experience today! Nick, Josh, Willis, and Lauren all made the process easy and fun. They helped us pick out the best ride in our budget, plus the parts we wanted, and financing was way quicker than I expected. We would 100% do business here again.

If you decide to do business here, do yourself a favor and ask for Matt Watkins. He went above and beyond when helping me buy my first bike. The level of incredible customer service this guy is capable of is unprecedented and there is no way he s getting paid what he s worth. I ll definitely purchase my next bike from here and you best believe I ll be looking for Matt as my sales associate.

I had many questions and everyone of them were spot on from the financial to the equipment I was buying. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and handled everything perfectly. My exceptional experience was with Matt Watkins. I first me Matt a few months back and he showed me some bikes he was very attentive answering every question I asked in detail. I decided not to purchase a bike because in my head I was thinking that I had just purchased a 2023 Telluride and that I could not afford two car notes that high. I told him that I would come back later, he did not try to put any pressure, instead he said when your ready let me know as he gave me and my husband a business card. In the middle of March I was speaking with my husband telling him that I really wanted a Can Am Ryker but I really can't afford two $800.00 payments and he told me that it would not be even half of that. I could not wait till the weekend to go back to MMS Conyers. I went in looking for Matt remember our names and asked me if I ready, he said he was finishing up with a customer and he would be right with me and said look around and see what you like. I found the one I wanted which had not back seat and no windshield. I inquired with Matt to see what the add ones would cost and he promptly got someone from Service to speak with me. When we were done, he said to me to look at this other bike that had the addon's that I wanted for not much more, again no pressure as he stepped back and let me and my husband check it out. I decided to get it a 2022 Can Am Ryker 900 with 4 miles on it. After I purchased my bike, Matt went over ever detail of the bike and safety precautions and told me about the classes. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a bike or any of the other items they sell. He is a good calm person and he knows what he is talking about.

My friend Daniel Owens purchased a bike from MM just a few days ago. I was with him to pick up the bike. From the time you walk in where you are greeted kindly, to all of the courteous sales staff it made the whole process an enjoyable experience. As we waited for final paperwork we were taken around and introduced to almost all the staff in every facet from accessories to service. We finalized papers with another person who walked us through different plans and options with a most friendly and no pushy feeling. As we were picking up the bike we even hung out with the nice sales lady and talked experiences. This was an easy , fun, enjoyable place to be in and purchase a new or used bike. I would give it 10 stars if I could!! I can t thank them enough for helping my buddy get on a new ride that he s so proud of.A++

Super amazing experience! It was my first time buying a brand new vehicle Matt my sales person was a huge help and made the entire process extremely easy between walking into the dealership choosing the bike I want and riding off into the sunset it was about 3 hours! Which, as someone who has worked in sales before it s almost unheard of!

I recently visited your store while looking for a youth ATV as a Christmas gift, and I had a fantastic experience with Kevin. His knowledge about the equipment impressed me, and when I did my own research later, I found that he was absolutely spot on!As both a salesperson myself and a potential customer at your location, I truly appreciate Kevin's conversational sales approach. My experience with Mountain Motorsports was awesome! We drove down with our trailer from SC. James Settles met us upon arrival. He was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. My CanAm was just as he had stated during the phone conversation. James stayed with us until it was loaded on our trailer. We are loving our purchase and would definitely buy here again.

First, they worked for and earned our business; second, everyone there was so friendly and helpful; and third, the customer support afterwards was fantastic.
