This business suppose to open for business at 0800 hours, I arrived about 0805 enter the business for a emissions test, I was told that I have to wait for 20-30 minutes, they haven t warmed up the test equipment yet and it also needs to be calibrated. The shop manager told me to leave and go somewhere else since I didn t want to give them my time, I ask them why they couldn t come in 30 minutes before 8 am opening so the customer didn t have to wait. She, the shop manager told to leave their shop. The ugly attitude In this business isn t a friendly place of business.. In addition to your reply, your exact words were, I DON T CARE IF YOU LEAVE, go. And I went to another shop less than a half mile from your shop, they were open, there system was already on and connected to the states database, and calibrated, this shop again is poorly managed, and the ugly attitude for a business in the conyers and Covington area I would hope that no one ever supports the business or get anything done.,,

MotoMax worked on my 2002 F150 I can say I was completely satified with their service. My bill came in much lower than was quoted. Very friendly and professional! Great Job Guys!!!!

Dropped car off here, put keys in the lockbox. They have been closed and have not answered any phones. So now I am unable to get my car fixed and can't work because of it. There was no sign or notification that they would be closed.

This place is horrible. They did a diagnosis needed head gasket replaced and oil pan plus we did a tune up of course a a oil change. That was after taking two days and a weekend to even look at it. Total cost over a 1000 fine good work should be paid for in my book. Ten days later the oil light comes on with no oil on dipstick. When I call and ask Brad " the mechanic" for an explanation he says 3.7 quarts of oil burned away. That's never happened before and we saw no major leakage or white smoke. He's response was to say "YOU HEARD MY EXPLANATION" and sit quietly on the phone. IN MY OPINION SOME PEOPLE WILL NOT RECEIVE PROPER SERVICE HERE!Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I was sent by Top Shelf Auto to have 2 bolts drilled out then install 2nd rear shock.Never got a call, no estimate. At 4:45 a call to say it s done. From 11:30. They did a good job but cost outrageous! We ve used them a couple of times, seems they always cost outrageous amounts. Won t be back!!

Great Shop!!! They are very honest and do not make you come out of pocket by making you pay for services you do not need. I came to them for a 2nd opinion after the dealership service department recommended that I get a number of items serviced which equated to an enormous bill. After consulting Brad and his team at MotoMaxx, I was in fact advised that I did not need many of the services the dealership service department recommend that I should have done. I was very happy to know that I did not have to get unnecessary work done to my car; I saved a lot of money. I am very thankful I stopped there for a 2nd opinion. I will definitely visit MotoMaxx in the future. 5 Star Company!!!

If I could give them less than one star I would they can't fix a bowl of cereal much less your vehicle when you bring it in with a problem$1,400 the problem wasn't fixed and not one return phone call after four calls to complain about

Long term customer faithful and never questioned any pricing or approach to the work. Felt I d finally found an honest mechanic. Sadly, I was wrong. Who performs a complete brake job including rotors and doesn t bleed line, then proceeds to accuse some phantom mechanic for doing something to the car when they were only shop I used? And wants to charge for fix when vehicle was repaired by them less than 30d ago? MotoMaxx that s who. I regret putting my faith in Brad and this team. No valid explanations or resolution attempted. No loyalty nor the honoring of my patronage or his commitments. Meth-mentality - There was simply no willingness to do the right thing. Sent me home bc I would not pay an additional $500 to resolve issue. Be warned...

I went to this place to do the emissions test. They told me that the car did not pass and that they needed to charge me $ 80 for an evaluation to know exactly why. Then they gave me an estimated of $ 1,600 for the repair. I decided to look for a second opinion. The other place told me that an evaluation was not necessary because emissions test already gave you a code of what had to be repaired. The new place only charged me $ 600 for the repair. $ 1,000 less than the estimated by Moto Maxx. Very angry. I feel cheated.
