Dante and the crew fixed my vehicle at a price $900 cheaper than what the Ford dealer was gonna charge me. 6 months later I had another issue that was gonna take the dealer at least 3 weeks before they could even touch the car. Although it took some time to diagnose the issue which was an electrical problem, they found it, they fixed it, and the price was SPOT ON!! I appreciate what they did at MegaWorx Auto. The Man Dante KNOWS his craft.

This place use to do excellent work in a timely manner but things have slipped majorly. My husband brought his car up there and they told him it would take 48 hrs. To do the diagnostic test to see what's wrong. We have three kids, one with autism and one with hemophilia. It took this shop a week to complete the diagnostic and they never called to give us an update. Once they found out what was wrong, my dad asked how long it would take before paying them. They said one week. It took over two weeks to complete the job and once again, no call to update us. I had to cancel numerous therapy sessions because we were dependent on one car for two working adults and three kids with schedules. I will never do business with this place again. Horrible communication and no respect for people's lives while they have your main source of transportation.

These guys are awesome. Took my car there after looking into some stuff and couldn't figure it out. Called and got an appointment and dropped it off the next day. Kept in contact the whole time and 2 days later was driving better than before. Very professional and saved me money on top of it! A+

The shop went over and beyond diagnosing the problem on our Ford. It took some time, but we were happy with the results.

In 2024 dont help this shop continue to be a big ripoff they tell you 1 price in estimate then want half the money on inflated price as they added all other stuff they need to do for vehicle,then wants half the money before they continue work.They overcharged me for things that weren't even done on my truck!!!Stay away from these rip-offsThey overcharge and then don't even do quality work or don't do the work you were charged for at all!!!Nomore ripping customers off in 2024 Stay away will keep your vehicle for months cause there is no open bay and work is not satisfactory or professional periodThen on top of thar receptionist get mad when you inquire about why you are paying so much customer service is not a priority for this company on ripping you off taking your money for work not done!!!

These people are amazing. I got stranded on the side of the road and hadn't a clue what was wrong with my car. They talked and walked me through isolating the possible issue and even offered to come help thankfully I was only a jump start away to getting the car up and running over to this shop. I make it to the shop and they diagnose my car find out it is a battery and at last minute they made a call and got me a brand new battery within a half hour for my 2019 Kia; smack in the middle of a holiday week and rush hour traffic! Another place would have taken advantage of my distress but they were nice enough to waive the installation. Amazing I never had such attentive customer support and experience. Needless to say they will have my business for life and I will be coming back for body work and more mechanical fixes with my car.Services: Auto maintenance, Battery

They kept the car for a month and said they replaced the radiator and engine for $2000 but never replaced it at all. Car broke down and was still smoking!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS

Very professional and caring. I was stuck up there with my kids and they made sure we were comfortable and they also made sure they finished the job in one day so i wouldn't be stranded. I would recommend getting all your needs met here. Mary and her husband and crew are the best. Car runs like it's brand new. I am a happy woman Thank you Megaworx xoxo

Excellent experience with MegaWorx Auto, Conyers, GA. While driving my check oil service light came on. I immediately thought my car was going to have a problem with the engine if I didn t stop immediately. I just happen to be approaching MegaWorx and I pulled in. However the shop was closed. I stepped out of my vehicle and popped the hood to just inspect. I saw a young man that was inside working on another vehicle. I interrupted him to explain my situation. Surprisingly out of the kindness of his heart he listen intently and explained to me what was going on. Not only did he explain what was happening, he stopped what he was doing and fixed the issue! I WAS SO THANKFUL and it really blessed my heart to know that this young man would stop what he was doing to help me! And guest what he didn t charge me a dime! I m going back there for service on my vehicle in the future and you should too. By the way his name was DANTE C. Kudos and May God richly bless Dante C. and MergaWorx Auto Service: Auto maintenance

I just want to say thank you to the people at Megaworx. Unfortunately my motor started making a really bad sound and I had it tow to the shop. I am very hesitant about mechanic shops because I have been screwed before. After talking to the lady at the front desk I felt a little better. I ended up having to get my engine replaced But when they called me to come pick my car up all I could say was WOW!!! It was a used engine but it s was clean and running absolutely fantastic!! Thank you guys so much for getting my baby back on the road and running so well. This is my forever mechanic shop no matter what vehicle I have I will always bring it here. The staff is phenomenal. As a woman many mechanics have tried to take advantage of me because they figure I don t know anything because I m a young woman but not at mega worx they are very acknowledgeable and informative of the processes and procedures they are preforming.

These people are really amazing and their work ethics are even better. My car had trouble going over 50mph and previous places were charging way beyond what I could afford. I was referred to Dontae and he fixed my car with a more reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with the treatment and vehicle care that I've received. This is now my go to mechanic even though I do live a good distance away. Thank you all very much for all you do.

Mega worksI have to tell you about the superior service I received by MegaWorks. As a small business owner who uses their vehicle to bring home the bacon, I was very hesitant to drop off my vehicle for a timing chain job. Van not running means no money coming in.MegaWorks was able to make my "fleet vehicle" a priority and performed the diagnosis and repair much quicker than the dealer could. AWESOME service! The work they have done on our vehicles are thorough with exceptional maintenance. The customer service is SUPERB & beyond any maintenance and towing service that we have ever experienced! This military owned company is dress right dress and fit for duty.. Outstanding!!!!! I love the guys at this place. They repair and tow at reasonable prices and explain everything that is going on with your car thoroughly. They treat you like family and are veteran owned and operated. Will only do business with these guys from now on! Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Excellent service, quick responses. these guys are amazing, i take both my van and my motorcycle here and have never had a complaint. Stephanie the lady at the front desk is always helpful, D and Josh are great at diagnosing and repairing any type of vehicle in a timely manner at a fair cost.

Spent a fortune there ($2300)...8 weeks.. still having issues with my vehicle. I needed a tow last night after being quoted well over $100 to go 3.6 miles to my house. I tried calling them...donte, Mary, everyone just ignored my call. I called 3 different numbers multiple times. Silly me for thinking that they would help me. Especially when their service was the reason why I was stranded on the side of the road. TO BEGIN WITH.
