The mechanics were cool and explained the process, before the begin. They showed me other issues that I need to address and what could have waited. Pleasant service and the front desk assistance was welcoming and informative. Would definitely recommend here to friends.

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Highway 20 in Conyers, Georgia, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Greg Smith. Greg assisted me with replacing my tires and addressing a brake issue, and I couldn't have asked for better service.First off, Greg's professionalism and knowledge were impressive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspect my vehicle, and then explained the best options for my situation. I appreciated his transparency and honesty throughout the process, as he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services but instead focused on what was truly needed.Moreover, Greg's efficiency was commendable. Despite a busy day at the shop, he managed to get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. The tire installation and brake repair were done flawlessly, and I felt confident driving away knowing that the work was done right.Beyond his technical skills, Greg's customer service was exceptional. The absolutely worse services ever! I went there to have a tire replaced because I had insured my tires when I bought them. Just happen, they said that I need new brakes, (mind you, my brakes wasn't squeaking before) after I left my brakes was squeaking really bad. Come to find out, they bend the brake pin in to make my brakes squeaking.

Kunal was very helpful and his customer service was above and beyond! If I can give more than 5 stars I would!! Helped me out and answered every question I had without trying to rush me. Took his time and showed me tires and helped me understand rather than just telling me. Love the service, thank you very much!

The lady Linda that works the front desk is so knowledgeable of the products and services which my husband says is rare. Linda is a person who makes the experience of having a issues with your car seem so seamless. I was so happy to have meet her and she could explained the process so effortlessly - Linda is one to Keep and please give her major kudos for being so professional and representing your company with pride.

I had such a great experience! Everybody here at the highway 20 location is so friendly. Brian who worked at the front desk was so patient with checking me in and walking me through everything. Highly recommend.

I had a screw in tire and brought in to have looked at . Front of house was very helpful. Was determined that screw did not cause any damage as was very short screw. Was prepared to buy a new tire ( actually a whole set ) as would have not be repairable in the location . Mavis got me out with no charge.

Came to Mavis on Hwy 20 and needed a tire repaired and Ms. Monica was attentive, VERY pleasant, nice and got my car in the shop and it was completed within the time that she told, my total experience was great at this location. In closing Ms. Monica was outstanding and was very good at what she do.

I have been a Mavis customer for a few years, never had any problems until last Friday. This is my second time going to this location. My first experience was great. This time I went in for the same service, a conventional oil change and tire rotation around 9:30 and didn t leave until 12:30(I saw customers come in after me and leave before me).Jordan E., the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and his customer service was horrible. He stated that the oil change that I wanted was not recommended for my car, which I already knew what they recommend and I still chose conventional because I keep my car well maintained and I haven t had any problems with my car, even with getting a conventional oil change. He also stated that my car was going to lock on me if I got the conventional oil change, just so happen when they pulled my car around front for me to leave it was completely dead when I got in to start it. They checked the battery, starter and alternator. Jordan told me that I needed an alternator since it was reading at 12.5, so I said ok I ll go to a different location and purchase an alternator because I wasn t please with the service and unprofessionalism at this location. As I was driving headed to the Mavis in Covington, my car shut completely off and wouldn t start again as I was traveling down the highway. So there I was sitting in the middle of the highway holding up traffic until someone stopped to give me a jump start. Once I made it to the Covington location and I explained to the guy(I think his name was Lee) what happen and I told him I needed and alternator. He ask me did I see any warning lights on and no I hadn t seen any not even on this day.He said usually you will get some type of warning if your alternator is going out, in which I didn t because I would have had it checked out. I asked him could he recheck and he agreed. Upon checking my car, he showed me where the battery cables and the bracket that goes across the battery were loose causing the battery to shift.Therefore, the alternator s power was being drained since the battery wasn t properly secured or getting the proper connection to power the alternator causing intermittent stopping. He tightened everything back up and I haven t had any issues since then but I will not be returning back to this location for a third time.

The manager, Rodney, at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Conyers, is FANTASTIC! What a professional! I appreciate how he approaches his job and the professionalism that he displays with everything that he does. Also, every time I have gone to Mavis Tires & Brakes for service, I have always left as a very satisfied customer! Their service is efficient, they have great availability, and the quality of their work is TOP NOTCH! They will continue to earn my repeat business! Shout out to mechanic, Leon, as well!

Let me first start off by saying, I should've followed my intuition. I called Mavis on Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment for this past Tuesday. Making the appointment was easy and simple. I was quoted a price & the date/ time was set. I dropped my car off on Tuesday at 4:20pm & was informed that, they were currently running 2 hours behind. Mavis closes at 6 so I asked, since it is now 4:20 & you all close at 6, will I be able to have my car finished & back to me today by 6 or before you all close. The lady at the front desk said yes but wait just a minute & let me confirm with my supervisor. She confirmed with her supervisor, & he agreed that it would be back to me by EOD/ before closing. I said okay perfect. I dropped my car off & left.At around 530, I called Mavis to follow- up on the status of my vehicle since we were approaching closing time. The lady at the front answers the phone, checks, & let's me know that a lug nut on my tir was cross- threaded & had her male supervisor to explain that they'll need to replace but they would need to get the part tomorrow morning & a certain gun to remove it & my vehicle would be ready to go by 10am. I called at 10:17, & the lady at the front said, let me check on your car, she comes back and says, it'll be another 2 hours. I inquired why & said okay that's fine. 2 hours go by, I get a call that the tires I ordered specifically measured for my car don't fit. No one knew this until now? How can a tire that is tailored for my car, & confirmed on you all's website & every other tire website, not fit? I was given an explanation that, really didn't make sense but this is their expertise so I allowed them to continue. They were trying to find the "right tire" & tried they to put a tire brand that I've never even heard of as an alternative. I opted out / declined that brand because I prefer to stick with a certain tire manufacturer & I've never had any issues before at any repair shop & or dealership service center. So I'm trying to help find a resolution rather than complain & I suggested calling Honda at Stonecrest to see if they can tell you the correct tire measurements for my car & what tire is noted in my service records. Linda handled this, got the info, ordered the tire, gave me pricing & said that it would be ready by 6pm today & the tires she just ordered should be there by 2/3pm today. I said perfect, thanked her for taking the extra step to make sure I get the correct tires. Fast forward to 4:47pm I call to check the status since again, they close at 6. I was told by the lady at the front that, my car should be finished within 1 hour. I said great, will head that way. I arrive there a little bit before 6 & waited to check out. It took a minute since there was someone being helped in front of me. It was now my turn. I told the lady who I was & she appeared confused..so then she says your car isn't ready. I'm frustrated & annoyed. So the tires that were ordered this afternoon at 12pm, that were supposed to be there at 2/3pm, didn't arrive until almost 5/530pm this evening! They we're delivered to the wrong location. No one called me, said there was a mishap, NOTHING! Even though I specifically called at 4:47 to check and she assured that my vehicle would be ready at or by closing hours of 6pm. Here we are 6pm.. they begin working on my car after the tire guy comes out and says we have to finish this tomorrow. I said oh no, it's been 24hrs at this point & I need my vehicle. He's frustrated, I'm frustrated so it is what it is. They begin working on my car after he called his boss. They start & these brand new TIRES DON'T FIT. It is then revealed they are not properly equipped to mount Goodyear tires & Honda has a particular machine that allows them to install correctly. Apparently the machine that performs this, has been down for a long time! Who knew?! I'm beyond upset! I wasted 24hrs & missed appts. Why would a company carry a tire that you cannot properly mount?! Horrible experience! 0 out of 10 never recommended!

I experienced great customer service from the front desk and employees here at Mavis. I ordered online, and they worked to solve an online issue promptly and timely. I'd visit them again if tire services are needed again

I had excellent service at location 2171 Highway 20E, Conyers Ga.I did not have an appointment and I called and was told to come in. I was in and out in a hour. My tire was serviced. Everyone was friendly and made me feel good about coming back. Excellent customer service. The ladies at the front desk were smiling and laughing with customers and making us feel appreciated for our business.

Brian is a hard worker and excellent man. I highly recommend him in every facet pertaining to basic vehicle maintenance (breaks, wipers, rotors ect). I ll always come back because of him.

Horrible. They told me they rotated tires and filled them which was not reflected on the invoice. One tire was changed in the span of 7 hours. Like why even schedule an appointment?Honestly, with some Adderall and YouTube tutorial I could have done this myself faster, without the blatant lies and money wasted.
