If your car is damaged, trust me this is the place to take it. The staff is professional,kind and true to their word. This business stands by what they say and do. You get quotes for the work before hand. Mr Paul and Mr Charles are so awesome and helpful..

Thank you all for restoring my vehicle. I don t know any of their names , but they were extremely nice and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They were also able to help me decide the best way to go about painting the vehicle. Sorry I don t have any before and after pictures, but Maaco has made me very proud of their work. Thanks again.

As my first experience here, this will definitely be my last. I came in to get small dents taken out and a new paint job but when I got my car back, things were broken and didn t add up. My mileage was up by 100 from when I dropped it off, the button to push down my windows was snapped in half, my AC was on blasting when I started my car after they gave me my keys back, and the bottom of my fender was scratched underneath. Also after one day the paint on my fender started to chip and peel up. But after bringing up the window button as my main concern to the manger, he stated that they aren t responsible for breaking the button simply because they aren t suppose to put windows down . None the less I explained regardless that you re not suppose to do it, it was clearly done and now is broken but he still claimed that they won t fix it or compensate for it and further went onto say that everything wrong was not their fault. Aside from the poor customer service addressing our problem the paint job was good but I wouldn't come again.

Went thinking I would be getting the $1300 paint job and took 2000 with me for a bunch of tiny dings and minor dent on one door. Well they didn't even bother quoting the 1300$ option. They quoted me the $800 dollar one which is 1 stage with a base clearcoat all in one coat and the quote was a mere 3400 for the 800 paint job. It was going to be another 1250 for doorjams. There's all kinds of fees built in. 100 for sealing, 300 for large car (toyata 4 runner) 700 for sanding faded paint on hood and top, and 50$ per ding no matter how tiny they were as most were super tiny.Felt like I was being rail roaded so I would never recommend them, because of all the add on fees. Instead I went to a paint shop ownsed by a former employee of Maaco, called Outback paint and body, and got a similar quote without all the nit picking. He is going to strip the old paint to bare metal and fix all the dings and do a base coat clear coat for the same price but with a lot better preparation technique. Unlike MAACO, he said if there were any flaws or runs he would fix them for free. MAACO said "every paint job is going to have flaws if you look close enough". I have owned several cars that have been repainted and never saw any flaws like the cars I was shown at maaco that they had painted, (as soon as I looked at them, and without even trying to find flaws).I recommend getting a 2nd quote because it's likely to be a better quality and multiple coats for the same price or less. The other place only charges 100 per door jam vs 250 at maaco.Look at the pics and see if you think there's over 2600$ worth of body work on the vehicle I took. No thanks MAACO

Price was more expensive that I expected, but they had previously done work for me that I was satisfied with, so I went ahead with the current order. Clutch in ordering supplies, but I am well pleased with my results and would recommend them.

I wish I could give this location s supervisor a negative 10 stars plus a good old fashioned beating! The initial call he told my husband bring it in so the quote can be done in person, made sense; 1st quote $900, second call once home oh this is broken it ll be $1999, then of you stole my wallet I have no cameras $2300! THE WHOLE FUUUU!!! My husband being the great man he is said baby don t worry I m getting my truck! He even called and texted after we got the truck to discuss the money he took back that he had no proof of my husband taking and we have a new born plus additional children! The nerve! He straight up scammed my husband and right before Christmas and we have the receipts to prove it where my husband paid an amount came back the next week and the amount was lessened, paper trails do not lie scammer! PLUS the work done was extremely jigga-rigged (EVEN WORSE)! CHARLES PLEASE KNOW THAT THE ALMIGHTY SITS HIGH AND LOOKS EVEN AT THE EXTRA LOW SUCH AS YOURSELF! To steal from an honest man is utterly ridiculous and someone of your own community is even more sad! Corporate will see a copy of these receipts and know what you did, they will hear the details and as an owner myself I would deal with you accordingly so I m sure they will do the same! You give the company a horrible name degenerate! I said what I said! Shop here at your own risk!

I feel like they rushed through fixing my truck. They only replaced and fixed part of my bumper not the whole thing you can still see where the other car hit me. They left tape on part of my headlights. They just popped my fender back in after I brought it to their attention. It looked rushed and messy. Customer service was ok. I was very disappointed. I'm going to take it somewhere else to get it redone.

Maaco of Conyers GA! These guys did an amazing paint job on my vehicle. I was completely floored with the end results! Customer service by Charles, A+, the finest!! I can't thank you guys enough. I recommend this place to anyone needing body work on their vehicle or just want to beautify their vehicle. They will make you proud of their work!

Well on the body trim. I paid what they said the price would be. When I pick the car, I found that my trim was cut to size and not the actual trim. We needed a whole car paint job. None of the other shops would do it, they were too busy with insurance claims. Charles gave us his recommendations, we agreed and left the car. 4 days later, it was ready and looked great! No overspray or thin areas found. Assuming it lasts through the warranty (4 years), it will be well worth it - good value!We liked it so much, we took our vintage VW there too. Charles and crew did another excellent job!

Just purchased a new used car and wanted some deep chips and deep scratch removed. Spoke with Charles who gave me a fair estimate and educated me on what it takes to realize my dreams of a chip free used car.
