Took my 99 LS400 to Doug with starter problems as well I told him to look over the car as it s new to me. He took care of my car with speed and expertise telling me what all to look for in the future. I m definitely a returning customer, thanks once again Doug!!!

Had a coil pack broken off causing a check engine light, didn t wanna mess with it bc my spark plug was brand new and I didn t wanna break it, I called and told her the situation and that I already had the new coil pack. She gave me a price up front and had even put in the new coil pack and cleared the code for me. It was fast and great service. Everyone else wanted to charge me for a diagnostics test like I was dumb and didn t know wha was wrong, she s the only one who listened and my car is now running better then it ever has. We ll definitely be back!
