We have been on a long search for a new mechanic since our trusted mechanic moved to Florida. It s hard to find a honest, trustworthy mechanic but I think we just found our guys. They were friendly and professional from the start. The lady that runs the office is very knowledgeable. They are Excellent communicators, they kept us updated and sent us a break down of cost and once the job was done they texted us pictures. They left a wonderful first impression. We will no doubt be using them from now on.

I appreciate the professionalism and customer service. I got my brakes and oil change done today and I am beyond impressed with the attention and knowledge I received. I highly recommend there services and prefer them over a Toyota service shop.

Super customer service. Very knowledgeable group from front desk to technicians.I was informed about the process and a price quoted for the repair prior to the diagnosis. Once diagnosis confirmed, an update was given based on other needed part.Also gave part warranty info and where I could redeem if part failed. Since I was traveling, they worked me right in as an emergency service.If I lived in the area, I would definitely give them all my service. Thank you JP Automotive.

All of the people here are top notch. This is the second time they have worked on my vehicle. (Different reasons) and they go above and beyond during each time. I love JP Automotive! My favorite mechanic hands down. Always honest with pricing and gets the job done. A family business that remembers there customers names when they walk through the door. Juan and Stella are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. As a woman it can be difficult to navigate mechanics without feeling taken advantage of but I felt the complete opposite. The pricing is great, and they keep you up to date on everything from parts to labor. As an older car owner, good mechanics are very hard to find; and a GOOD-RELIABLE-HONEST-REASONABLE one is even harder to find. When you encounter one...there's no looking back. I have been going here for about 3 months to replace and update a worn out parts on my vehicle. I am VERY pleased with their professionalism, reliability, knowledge and customer service. They by far have the best customer service I've witnessed. Sitting waiting on my car I witnessed them greeting customers with all smiles. I used JP Automotive to perform a pre purchase inspection for a Mazda miata that I was considering. This was a long distance virtual purchase I was considering. Estella and her team were awesome. Post inspection she did a zoom visual review that revealed A number of items that may have been misrepresented by the seller. Particularly there were serious issues with scratches and dents on the exterior of the car. Sellers pictures cleverly his these items.JP Automotive lived up to their reviews. I contacted the store last month for a pre-purchase inspection and they killed it! Not only did they walk me through what was going on with the car and it s condition but they did it all virtually as I was in a different state. Estela helped me out along with the mechanics there. They are efficient, thorough and I would highly recommend. I got the car and that was largely due to their work!

My brother met Juan and Stella when we first moved to Covington 2 years ago via a recommendation from someone in Walmart. From day 1 they have been nothing but accommodating and extremely professional with me and all of my family and friends. Juan & Stella are VERY PASSIONATE about their work. I have a 2001 GMC Yukon XL and I've had an engine put in along with a transmission and a fuel pump . Juan work is QUALITY ONE and ON TIME. Stella communication with me on what's going with the process of each time he works on my vehicle IS AWESOME!!!!. They also provide photos of each step with the process of taking my engine out and putting it back in as well as my transmission the same process. My alternator quit on my way to work & I dropped my car off here, as I work @ a studio on Sigman Rd.They replaced my alternator & belt the same day & had my car ready before I got off work. Awesome service, reasonably priced, no bs!!!
