I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. My oil technician, Ty wasn t overbearing but very informative on what my car needed. He took the necessary steps to make my car was good shape to drive. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to family and friends!

Ty took good care of me while I was here.. Oil change was quick and easy.. Got my car running like new I normally take my car to ford but today they told me it would take 4 hours.. smh. Pulled up here and was gone in less than 10 minutes. They definitely gained a customer.

It's my 4th visit here with 4 different vehicles. Each had AC issues. They have always had great quick and HONEST service. Having been in the AC business before, I know what can be blamed and charged. They only make the repairs and needed. Places like this need to be recognized. Oh, and my mechanic today was DJ. Kudos to him.

Great experience overall!!I came in knowing little to nothing about cars and left with all the information I needed and more! Nessa was extremely knowledgeable and amazing to me during my service. She made sure to show me everything she was doing and I felt very comfortable working with her! I will be back to complete my service recommendations!!

Edwin was far and away the best technician I have ever had change my oil. Very friendly and just an overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend this establishment for any and all of your vehicles needs.

I always come here for my service like literally drive across town. However today was top tier service with Nessa! Her humbling customer service and the way she provided information and the first time ever that someone has given me their name to ask for them when I come back makes me comfortable. Thank you Nessa for your energy and even informative info about a car you don t even drive everyday.

Usually my oil change experience is good but today I mention to the technician that a warning light indicator was on which literally looks like a light bulb. He just pretty much shrugged me off. It's a front headlight that needs to be replaced. Thanks for not letting me know this. Not happy

I want to say thanks to Nessa. She helped me change my car's oil and told me what other fixes it needed. Nessa also gave me good advice on keeping my tires in good shape and when to get a tune-up. Now, my car runs much better and it was done fairly quick. Thank you again!

My daughter got her oil changed about a month ago and recently got an engine code. Her oil percentage never was reset and went negative. She had the code checked. The oil was black like it had never been drained with the previous oil change. We have a picture after getting another oil change. We will come to the store.

Service was great not a long wait and my service person Zakiah was friendly, professional and offered additional maintenance suggestions and checked my tire pressure per my request. I will be back for other services in the future.

I've been to Express Oil Change a few times and honestly I have never been impressed. But yesterday I went to get an oil change and Nessa was probably the most helpful person I have ever met in customer service. She was informative, helpful and polite. She took the time to explain what I needed and offered recommendations. She even gave me a range of estimated for other services I'd need in the future. That black man tried to charge me 141.00 dlls and him not even work on my car. Bad business and bad place for cars. I would like to know who is the head over place so I can let him know what kind of people he got there working for him. Its ridiculous 10 minutes work $140 ha ha ha!
