The Maintenance Manager Ivan approved a defective vehicle for sale and we bought it. We traded in our old vehicle. He is currently working on the new one because the since the day we bought it and same day we bought it the car shut off twice on the Highway. We were told to text and call Ivan the maintenance manager and that the Sales manager was at an auction. We texted Ivan the maintenance manager a day ago and he didn t respond. When we went in person a day later he still didn t respond and said he d get to it in 3-5 hours didn t tell us he was the maintenance manager until after we waited an hour and asked to speak to the maintenance manager. The car is still in the shop.

I need someone to contact me as soon as possible about the lemon I was sold. Rules were broken when selling me this car and I want to get in contact with somoene to discuss options.

Evolutions has some very nice cars on all of their lots. They work very hard to get you a car that you will be very pleased with. I recommend them highly.

The buying of the vehicle is fine. Its the servicing department that is ran by the service manager Ivan that is the problem. I have had issues with the vehicle since I got it. Initially when I bought the vehicle the only thing it needed was an window panel and the interior lights changed. A week later a check engine light came on and I needed a tune up. A week later they still haven't fixed one of my original problems which was the interior lights and I constantly got no response from the service manager. When you call the service department and press 3, no one answers the phone and you remain on hold. on 2/23/2023, Ivan stated he fixed my problem and gave my car a tune-up. On 3/27/2023 my check engine light comes on and I have a diagnostic done and the mechanic at the Chevy dealership says I need a tune-up. I say impossible because Evolution Cars Service department did a tune-up on 2/23/2023. The mechanic said that its impossible that they did a tune-up because only one coil has been changed and the rest are all old coils. I went in to Evolution's service department and the service manager tells me that I have been driving my car for over a month and its not his job to fix it because of normal wear and tear on the car. Then he says he has fixed all my problems. I reminded him of the tune-up he did on 2/23/2023 and I expressed to him that this is the same issue as before. The service manager is very difficult to deal with especially and is not correctly servicing the vehicles correctly they are selling.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Auto body & trim replacement

Sold a stolen vehicle. Refused to help out the person they sold it to. Said oh well it's now your problem. Anyone buying from them after this will need to have their air checked. I am not talking about the tires either. The air between their ears. Couldn't be much else up there to trust them now.

Young man walks into this business, buys a car, goes home, months later the cops take car and says it was stolen! The Young man goes to the business with answers, but they only say that it's not their problem. Now the Young man still owes the finance company, and has no car. Check the news, true story, shut this place down!

Careful I have family members living California by that area and mostly people are saying that those vehicles are stolen careful with that kind of s***t like trying to. Judge your anything. But it is what it is to make a business.

Did y'all ever give buddy his money back? I mean, y'all did sell him a stolen car. It's not his fault but yours for doing a poor job checking a vehicle's Vin and driver history.

Don't bother; they are extremely overpriced, and they completely ignored us. The salespersons were sitting at their desk and didn't move. This happened at all their lots. Make sure you bring a mechanic and definitely look closely at the vehicles for body damage.
