I use the quick lane service and the customer service is also good and the wait isn't bad. There is always fresh coffee and cold water to drink and I honestly enjoy the TV shows they play on the television

Love my truck from them! My sales guy and the manager were awesome. Went there for something else and found this gem instead and they were willing to work with us unlike many other dealerships I had went to. It was worth the 4 hour drive from Savannah!

Took my van there to have repairs the def system repaired. Turnaround was very efficient, but the bill was high as you will expect of a dealership. Communication was on point which surprised me. Will take my vehicle back again.

Mr.Rivers was A.W.E.S.O.M.E! He sold my father a F150 in 2011 and again last week. I was throughly impressed. I did NOT feel like we were being hustled. He treated us very good, made sure we knew all the options, presented us with all the financing available, and had great patience with us throughout the entire process. He closed the no pressure deal that day. Mr.Rivers went and got a golf cart for me to ride in while my father looked at trucks. This was big for me because I am disabled. He did not have to do however choose going that extra mile and we appreciate him for everything. We will definitely purchase from him again. Three F-150s and counting.

Had auto body repairs. Service exceeds my expectations. They had great high standards. Very professional. Excellent job. I have been to other auto body shops, and I know that Courtesy Ford Collision is far better in all aspects! They even had my car cleaned.! In fact it was 10 Times cleaner than when I took it to a well known " car wash" in Tucker. Thank you Courtesy Ford!

My car has been there for 4 months.. no information.. no follow-up.. no nothing on a less then 30 minute fix. Terrible place, I don't know what to do.. even if and when they fix my car, how do I even trust them... I'll never buy a car from them.

Fixed a problem with Ford security that all the tech at a high dollar outfit could not it was not cheap . But Kenard put the right guy on it no more issues .just go to Ford when security system is involved pay alot once & its fixed

I felt at home with Ford for the first time ever. They were nice and AFFORDABLE! GOD must have been in their souls this day. I really enjoyed my customer service experience too. I'm not sure if I was living in the TWILIGHT ZONE but they did a super impressive job. I was very impressed with them. The best experience I've received from any business that week. I will recommend them for all services and see if I was really in the Twilight Zone or they really on point.

I had a great salesman named Johney Hewett! Well versed in the new and used cars! Also not overbearing and he worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Great and friendly staff during such trying times! I will be returning for my next car purchase!

My husband and I went in today to buy and truck and PETE KOUVAS was wonderful! Wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was so helpful, got us what we wanted without all the back and forth. I was not please with their service. When we pick our car up where the head taking the dash apart it was not put back together the way it should be was about an inch of it sticking out from the glove Department, we had to send it back in to have them fix it which took another day. We had to have repairs done on our air conditioner and took it here and get the car back and it's making a horrible noise something loose in there and not working right so we had to turn it back in again and wait another whole day for them the refix the work that they messed up. Somebody that's in management needs to go back over relook these vehicles over and make sure that they're doing the work that they're supposed to on it so that we don't have to keep going back heaven work redone on things that they have not fixed properly are put together properly. The cost to repair our vehicle is very expensive that they should have done this job the first time right and not where each time we've brought it in having to take it back again because they didn't do something right. so for this reason I think their service is very poor because nobody rechecks to make sure that the work is done properly on the car.

My vehicle was brand new (Zero Miles) After 5,000 I went to Coutesy Ford for a oil change. I took my vehicle here for servicing and the technicians made certain Electronics in my vehicle dysfunctional. My vehicle was operating fine before taking my vehicle here. Two hours prior taking my vehicle to Ford Courtesy for an oil change, I preform a point to point Inspection on my vehicle because I am a mechanic myself. Also I had an Emmsion Test completed before taking it in my an oil change. After driving my vehicle off after the oil change and discover that certain electronics were dysfunctional I was very disappointed. In the process of taking my vehicle back to get it corrected the technician said that it was like that when my vehicle came in. The technician fabricated. Because I know everything was operating perfectly before I went in for servicing. The vehicle only had 5,000 miles on it. I advise everyone to have your vehicle checked before taking your vehicle to Courtesy Ford. Ultimately my vehicle was allegedly fixed After using the warranty for my vehicle. I was out of work for two days. This experience at Courtesy Ford was very disappointing !!!

I drove over 2 hours to see a used 2019 mustang. When I arrived Pete met me with a smile and had the car ready for me to test drive. He made buying a new car easy and fast! Because of a minor chip in the paint I left the car for them to repair and they gave me a loaner car to drive while my new car was being fixed. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new or used car go see Pete, he is a fast, friendly, no pressure salesman!

Got regular oil change but needed heavier cash wash than the free once over. VERY Impressed with the basic wash and detail. Like new. Great job.

This is a family business,,, not only is it ran by the Barksdale's but they always help families out and try to provide what they can where they can. They treat employees with love and appreciation! They are constantly trying to provide customers with the latest and greatest! I'm a part of that courtesy team. Rick PITTMAN is a WONDERFUL sales manager and NICK FISHER is a GREAT service manager! Some of the best technicians around work here!

Terrible. I went to Enterprise Car Rental and they din no have my car even though i called 2 hours earlier to confirm. If you realky need a specific class of vehicle, don't rent from them as they are not reliable. I know 3 other people that had the same issue with them in the last month.

The battery died in my 2017 MKZ and although this dealership no longer has the Lincoln franchise, they were happy to take care of my problem. The service was friendly, personable and incredibly fast! They are conveniently located next to tons of shops and restaurants so if you had to wait, you wouldn't be bored. There is hot coffee,free wifi and multiple waiting areas for their customers. They kept their communication open with me via text and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle! Special thanks to Nick and Jen!

My daughter recently purchased a used car at Courtesy Ford in Conyers, GA, and was told that they inspect the cars before they sell them. we not an inspector, but while looking over the car the next day I discovered all 4 tires were bad and in the process of dry rotting. I called the sales person, Jay Farmer and made him aware and he said to bring the car back and they would inspect it. Upon inspection, my observation was true; the tires were bad. After speaking to the service department they said I was responsible and had to pay them $200 for new tires. When calling the Lenny, sales manager, he told me that they are not responsible to inspect the car and that the service department is. I am very disappointed in the method of the way Courtesy handles inspections and the way they treat their customers. The car was not an AS IS sale, it was supposed to be under warranty. This dealership did not fully inspect the car before the sale and did not fully assume the responsibility of selling a car with bad tires.

After a woman hit my truck in the front left side I had it towed to Courtesy Ford as I had had it repaired there before and they do very excellent work! I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs body work.
