I am always very skeptical of going to any mechanic so I do my research. When I found Conyers Car Care Center, I called and spoke to Marco. I needed a diagnostic test because my check engine light was on. When I spoke to Marco, he seemed to be knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and patient. I was given a printout of the possible problems before and after the diagnostic was completed. He also arranged an Uber driver for drop off and pick up to and from work. The printout that he provided was very detailed, explaining items that needed attention, some that could wait awhile, and some that were fine. The issues that they specifically looked at were listed along with photos. I asked him to explain everything that was listed. Since I had a great experience there, I will go back and I will recommend this place.

I thought my transmission went out. It was either pay $6000 for a replacement or get a new car, which I realistically couldn t do either. Mark and the crew took a look at my vehicle and found out it was a leak in the transmission. They revived it and brought it back to life. I end up spending $250 instead of $6000. They are not only fixing cars, they out here saving lives. I highly recommend them, especially in a time of need.Service: Transmission repair

Been coming here first from Lithonia and now from Snellville. Tried all the others and know I can trust Mark. Read the other reviews and never had a bad experience like some of these people. Prices are fair and know I won t have to pay for something I don t need. Been bringing all my cars and trucks for close to 10 years for ,tires, engine, air conditioning, transmission whatever was needed as whell as, dealer only. He has connections to make it happen. As a building maintenance guy for 40 years it true sometimes you get it right on the first call and sometimes you have to go back. Same with mechanics sometimes you have to go back. Mark is fair reasonable honest dependable guy. If you have have to take it back he will take care of you. i think in 10 years i only had to take a car back 3 or 4 times. Take it to a dealer and see if you get those kinds of odds. If in doubt ask for Vince to take a look at it if he is available.

They always take good care of me. Everyone here is friendly, honest, and hard working. I know I can trust their assessment of my vehicle and will get great service for the best price in town. Highly recommended.

My car began to overheat and I m frantically looking for places to take my car. I m extremely afraid to go to mechanic shops I m not used to because I m afraid they may over charge me or make my issues worse. I call this place and on first ring they answer, a friendly voice asks my eta and lets me know to come on in, right before closing mind you. I go in and I m freaking out because one, I m extremely low on funds (struggling single mom for being behind for Covid 19 reasons) and afraid I won t have it to even pay but it s my only means of transportation, two I have my daughter with me, and lastly this is my only means of transportation to get back and forth to a job I just got and don t want to lose because I m already behind on so much. I get there and I m greeted by a gentleman who warmly welcomes me and immediately takes my car and looks at it. No wait at all!!! They tell me it may be overnight that they may keep the car and all I m thinking is, great I can t take anymore stress of struggling to make ends meet. I hit my breaking point right in the lobby in front of my daughter which I ve hid so much from so she won t take on my stress. Immediately he engages me in a conversation where we relate about our military experiences completely taking my mind off of the negativity that was building up in my head. Without him saying it s ok or anything, this man gave me peace in the worst moments of my life and had me back up in running in no time! I was so shocked, he gave me pointers and helped me beyond measure. This veteran is such a blessing and I can tell a pro at what he does!!! All while talking to me, they fixed my car and had me gone in 45 mins tops!!!! You are a God send!! This place is a definite choice to go with trust me!!! I will never go anywhere else for car service this place gained my loyalty in 45 mins. If your looking and hesitant like me, trust me you ve found the place! Call them and let go your worries they will definitely take care of you!! Thanks Guys!!! To the vet, thank you for your service while serving our country and our vehicles!!!

My fianc�s Toyota Corolla started stalling whenever she would yield or hit the break. When we brought it back to the house we could not cut it back on. We checked the battery and it was at 100%. Immediately I thought it was the alternator or the fuel pump. We had her car towed over to this shop and paid $75 for a diagnosis. It took them two days to find out what was wrong. They ended up saying it was the engine and that she needed it replaced and would cost over $3,000. This didn t sound right to us so she had a close friend come by and check out the car. He had it running in 10 minutes. He had it fixed in 30min. It basically needed two sensors replaced. The spark plugs also needed replacing because this shop damaged them when trying to get the car started. It ended up being an under $200 fix as opposed to the well over $3000 job this shop claimed it needed. All I can say is if you have a foreign vehicle, to take it to a shop that specializes in foreign vehicles.

They're good for oil changes. However, I will no longer go back to them for any work needing to be done on my car. I took a 2008 Mini Cooper for some repairs under the hood and they left a few things unhooked or whatever. They also were giving me incorrect information on what could be wrong with the car, so I stopped going to them. I went back on that side of town to rinse my car off and the owner stops by and we chatted for a little bit. I brought my car over for an oil change because it was time again and when I did that, I was told that my radiator had two leaking holes. Before I let them work on my 2000 Infiniti Q45, the car was running PERFECTLY fine. After I let them change the radiator, my car had started running hot which it had never done. I brought it back to them and they claimed they fixed it. A couple of days later my car ran hot again. Mind you, my car wasn't having any issues before they touched it. So, i bring it back again to get it fixed then it ran hot again. When I brought my car back, they told me my water pump busted. They replaced my radiator (as they claimed) and my water pump. When they replaced my water pump, my car started to leak on the right side a big puddle, which it had NEVER done before they touched my car. I understand that small drippings will appear when AC is running, but not to the point where I could have two full glasses of it. I will never bring my car back to this place.

These guys did a great job on my old beater. Passenger-side CV axle was stuck in the transmission, and they were relentless, staying open late to get the job done. Then when it was all over they only charged for an hour of labor, even though it took 2 hours just to get the old CV out. I will be using these guys again for my auto maintenance needs. Just awesome.

Everyone was nice, but... false promises were made, the owner told me what I wanted to hear (not what was really going on or the scope of what was going to have to happen to fix my car) and because of it, I lost a car. Not worth pretty words.

I have been coming to this establishment for about 5 years now, just randomly thought to do this but this shop is one of the best shops I ve been to. The level of professionalism and integrity that is offered is impeccable. They offer honest and reliable information also inform you on the other alternative. They re prices are also very good.

Called asking for a smoke test to find a leak in one of my hoses, and the man who answered the phone gave me such care and knowledgeable answers to all my questions I was able to fix it myself with a part I already had. Saved me big money and I passed my emissions. Thank you!!! I'll definitely use yall in the future!

Too expensive. An oil change was cheaper at the Honda Dealership.
