Great work. Turn around was fast. My car looked new again and the staff was great. I will recommend caliber collision because they keep me in the loop of what's going on. The quality of work they did on my 2014 chevy impala is top notch. Thanks guys!

Professional and friendly workers.Great Service. Kept me updated daily on my vehicle. Vehicle was complete before the estimated time. I mostly dealt with Travis. He was awesome and welcoming. I will highly recommend Caliber Collision repair center.

Caliber Collision in Covington is amazing! First the claims department with my insurance did an great job of calling all the shops to see which one was available to get my repair done quickly.The vehicle was picked up. I received an update regularly. Marshall was my care POC. When came to pick up it was a unique situation. We only had one day off to pick up our vehicle. We are an hour and a half away at 5:00 on Friday. and it was also the end of the month.With this situation the repair shop offered to deliver our vehicle. This type of customer service just was so unexpected. I would highly recommend them. It was Faith.

Caliber Collision is an excellent place to have your car repaired if you been in a car accident. The customer service is stellar and my car looks brand new after the repairs were completed. They keep you updated of the progress of repairs via text message. You must give them a try you will not be disappointed. Marshall was great in communicating with me about the repairs.

I really want to share my thoughts about the excellent and amazing service I received from Candice Lay at the Conyers location. She went above and beyond her job description to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my service. She answered all my question's graciously and there were many. I felt with her my car was in great hands.

If you are in need of collision repair, I strongly recommend you give this location ,Caliber Collision, Old Covington Rd., a try. I'm sure everyone provides great service, however Mr Travis was my contact and I am very pleased with the service/communication and just the overall manner in which he managed the service provided. I received excellent customer service and repairs to my vehicle. Marshall was assigned to complete the repairs on my car and he did an excellent job as well as provided timely updates. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends should they require this type of service in the future.

Travis is truly an asset to this company. He has a way of making you feel like you have known him your whole life. Even though my car was a total loss he made it a pleasant experience. Always available to answer my questions and even let me vent about my accident. If it were up to me, he would get an AWESOME pay increase.

I, unmitigatedly, do not recommend this shop.I was rear-ended and went with a place recommended by my insurance company, thinking that would be easier. Dropped the car off and was given a completion date of 10/26. Completion was delayed not fewer than 10 times. What s more, each delay was in 1 or 2 day increments. So, 10/26 became 10/29 then 11/1..11/3 11/5 11/6 and so on until finally the car was ready 11/29. It was ready two weeks before that, but they wanted to redo the bumper. Then it was ready two days later, but there was a problem with the tint (not speciality tint, regular rear-window tint). When the car was finally picked up, the open door light wouldn t turn off so they had to redo the rear hatch while my sister waited. How in the world did you have the car for an extra month and still not have it ready to go?Absolutely appalling. If this wasn t through insurance I would not pay a single dime. I should have pulled it after the second delay and brought it to another shop. I have to believe this location is only in business due to relationships with insurance companies and the goodwill garnered by other locations.Avoid it, full stop.

2nd time I have taken my car for repairs at this location. Logan was very helpful in keeping me updated on my car and provided great customer service. She even came out to my rental when I was having trouble with it & helped me clean out my car! Also appreciated Matt Morris going over the damage and letting me know what to expect. Great service, good people! Highly recommend

The entire team at Caliber Collision was professional, friendly, approachable and easy to talk too. The level of skill that it took from all involved, to have my car looking like it did the day I drove it off the lot had to be astounding. Pride in workmanship is something that stands out, its easy to see. And my car looks impeccable. I am beyond pleased. They also offer concierge services that I have not experienced before, which was refreshing, oh so helpful and very pleasant. And Candice L. my consultant was a gem. Not only was she understanding, she was also compassionate and empathetic, which is a huge deal when you are going through rough moments. She was upfront, honest and knowledgeable. She was very proactive and attentive. I appreciated her thoroughness and her professionalism. She has a compassionate soul. If I had to do it all over again, I would request her.

They originally told us the repairs would take three weeks. They sent the vehicle to another one of their locations, and it only took 8 days!! Also, they got the new red parts to match the older red parts perfectly

My experience is on going from February 2024 until present with Caliber Collision is a nightmare!! I took my car to get damaged repaired and they messed up other things In my vehicle and don't want to fix the damages they made and keep lying on top of lie's and still not owning up to their mistakes and I still can't get them to correct the botched up job they did on my vehicle, and it costing more damage to my vehicle at this time!! Nightmare!!

Had my Highlander in for some bodywork and repairs. The whole experience was very user friendly and my representative Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. He kept me abreast of the progress of repairs and personally notified me when repairs were completed. I highly recommend this collision repair shop. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Which is exactly what you want when you get your car repaired.

Caliber had my truck for 5 months. 3 months of it was because of the poor workmanship of this place. Installed parts on wrong and assured me that it was personally inspected by the manager himself. I was lied too to my face by the general manager when he said he personally inspected it. If he did and missed what I have pictured here then it must be pure incompetence. I found and took these pictures in less than 10 minutes of inspecting my truck myself. Had to have my truck sent to gm twice. Once to fix the brake lines that Caliber messed up putting In. Then I find the support bars for the front bumper installed wrong and the bolt holes don t even line up. And it was left like this and returned to me like this. The pictures don t lie. This is directly from work performed at the body shop. They tried to blame it on outside contractors but they did the bumper and left it that way. That s solely on them. Just look at my new bed . Had to take it back and insist that they at least respray it. To give it back like that and think that is acceptable is just unbelievable. The second time it went to gm (because I insisted to the insurance company that someone else look at my truck) I found out I indeed still had an oil leak after I reported it to the manager at caliber that oil was on the side of my engine compartment. He said it wasn t leaking that it was just spilled oil. So they are saying that they were just messy. But I find out that ONCE again improperly installed parts. The oil coolant line wasn t properly installed. I will never again ever use Caliber Collision. The pictures speak more than I could ever say.

So the guy who worked on my car was super amazing. Great communication, friendly, knowledgeable overall wonderful. If it was just based on him I'd give 5 stars. But whoever the liaison between the insurance company and caliber is absolutely sucks at their job. My rental was cancelled 4 times because even though they were actively working on my vehicle,and had already received payment, caliber kept telling my insurance company they didn't know where my vehicle was. Then after I got my car back I got a call asking when I was going to bring it in. Do better!

I had amazing customer service with Johnathan. He is kind and quite personable. He assured I had professional service each time he encountered me. I had a rough experience and he even took the time to attentively listen with compassion.I m really big on quality customer interaction; and he has indeed & in deed exceeded my expectations. Got into a fender bender and Statefarm referred me to them I called and asked if someone could give me a ride home they told me no so you going to miss out on thousands of dollars over giving a paying customer a ride home with is the next town over ok Thks will take my business elsewhere good day
