Referred a friend. Had to have his oil pan repaired. Tapped the oil drain plug. Always pay attention when you get your oil changed. These 10 minute oil change places will damage your car.

I have brought my car to Sammy several times,he holds your car for months,makes excuses for no lhelp,has a helper who's not people friendly, and he has the audacity to get fused up because he said what he didn't do, this shop is a backyard business with no interpersonal skills...the quality of work has decreased. I will never take anything back to this disrespectful owner....Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair

Trusted shop with my vehicle told them what Nissan said was wrong. They did there own diagnostic and supposedly fixed the problem I was so happy. A week later the check engine light came back on .Bought it back to the shop and they looked at it again saying that the cats were bad and needed changing. Meanwhile I gave him a large amount of money to fix whatever was wrong the first time.I bought the 2 cat and the sensor believing that was it. After a day or two later I kept hearing a knocking sound on the left side of the car. I mentioned it to them and they said that was fine. I thought because new parts went in maybe it had to be broken in. .Three months later the same problem happened again with the car. I bought it back and he said it was misfiring and that was what I bought the car in for the first time, paying all that money for. He fixed it again saying that the coil was bad.So the knocking noise I kept hearing after they changed the cats was enginemont was damaged.. Jesus take the wheel.So for me it was disappointment after disappointment. I really trusted them with my vehicle.Now because of all the things they didn't do right the first time.My vehicle is going to cost twice as much to fix again.Not sure it's worth it anymore.

Extremely professional. Everytime I walk in Blackwell Auto I feel like I am walking into a place I know I will be taking care of. Mr. Sammie cares for his customers. I got.the chance to meet his son, and the apples don't fall far from the tree. The mechanics are helpful, professional, understanding and give you that feeling that everything will be okay. I highly recommend this place .God bless this shop and the staff that works under greatness..Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys came through for me yet again on a late afternoon repair after having wasted much of the day waiting for a tow. The managed to work me in and get me mobile in no time. I am so grateful for the professionalism and great service that keeps me coming back.

Installed a motor for me,horrible experience.Took for ever to Install and found out after the starter whent out that they broke the ear on the block where the starter bolts up .now a new starter does not bolt up straight and I have to pull block back out to fix so I can mount a new starter.charged me 2600 to Install motor professionally and now I have to pull all out for a 100 dollar starter! Worst place you can take a vehicleService: Engine repair

Asked if they could switch a few rusty bolts on my cats.... they told me they would charge me $100 per bolt.... went to a nearby muffler shop and paid $25 for everything!
