The part cost of a radiator for exact model and make of the car I was charged exceeded the retail value by over $100. As a female when I look for a credible mechanic shop it is important that I not be charged extra money for parts and/or labor. Disappointed.

First impressions were outstanding!! From dropping off the car and being treated with courtesy and professionalism. The waiting area was clean and inviting. To the phone call, explaining in detail, work needed to repair my car, I was given two options since cost was an issue for me. I was quoted a price for both repairs and when I picked up my car, the quote was accurate. Owner, Larry Burgess went above and beyond, to show appreciation to me as a customer. I could have chosen any repair shop in town. Automotive Fleet repair was highly recommended to me and after my experience I can certainly see why. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this company and will continue to be a satisfied customer. I would also highly recommend this repair shop.Best Regards,Kim Gravitt

I can give you customer service feedback for now. I have an appointment with them next week.I agree with the other reviewers. Their mood and attitude towards their customers is great!They have a "we do care" sense and feeling about them. Something we don't see a lot of these days unfortunately.Looking forward to my car being serviced next week!!

As for quality of work, there are few who will do a better job. They are transparent with what they are doing & the cost of labor & supplies. They are honest & won t cheat or scam you.However, where they fall short is in their communication. You have to keep calling & stay of top of them to make sure they are working on your car. Otherwise your car may sit for several weeks in the yard without being touched.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Can t say enough good things about this place! They are very honest and reasonably priced. They don t try to sell me unnecessary maintenance items and I ve never had any issues with the repairs they have done. We've had several vehicles repaired here. The most impressive was when we took a vehicle in and the quote was @ $400.00 for the repair. When we went to pick the vehicle up, it turned out that it wasn't as bad as originally thought and we were only charged @ $40.00. We think he is a good honest mechanic because he could have charged us the original quote and we never would have known. We have always been well pleased with his work and turn to him for questions on any vehicle that we have.

I used them for years when one of the best auto mechancis I ever dealt with was there and their prices were fair. The owner, Larry Burgess, made BIG money for himself and did not pay a fair salary to his employees. My mechanic finally asked for a raise & was refused, so he gave a 2 week notice and went elsewhere. AFR is too expensive now. I was going to bring my own oil & filter (like I used too) & have them do the work, and it was going to cost me $50 to $60 (I hung up on the boy at the front desk). I will never go there again. You should take your business elsewhere.

The people that work at this shop are honest and reliable. They do good work. They are a busy shop so it may take a few days before they can get to your car.

Absolutely terrible work. Not only will they not get to your car that day, even if you make an appointment but they will sit on it for a few days. Took my car to get a relay and got it back making a grinding noise it never did before... AFTER JUST GETTING A RELAY PUT IN! Avoid at every cost. Your car will come back worst than you left it.

Disappointed... Had my vehicles for over two months total time with no updates or repair quotes.. Had to remove and find quicker services as my vehicles are used for business. Sorry tried to give local business a shot
