Anthony was amazing! I called the office and they told me a locksmith would be contacting me shortly. About 5 minutes later Anthony called to confirm what I needed and my location and was out here in under 30 minutes! He was pleasant and kind a definitely made a stressful situation a pleasant experience. He was patient with me asking a lot of questions to understand and was able to explain everything without confusion! He even had suggestions as to how to avoid this in the future! He was fast and efficient and I couldn t have experienced customer service this great anywhere else. The price was affordable even! I don t plan to ever need the service again because who wants to lock themselves out of their car, but if I do I definitely have their number on speed dial!! If I could give 10 gold stars I would! Thank you for such an amazing experience as this was my first time ever dealing with something like this.

Horrible, don t waste your time. Had me wait outside of their store for 10 minutes just to tell me they can t make a copy of my key . It s the most basic house key I ve ever seen. Store was listed as open online, but no one is in the shop at time of arrival. Waste of time, not cordial people, rude, stopped responding to me when I asked why they couldn t make a copy of my key. Absolute waste of my time all around, don t bother with them.

Anthony was professional on the phone when he called to verify my location and to provide an accurate estimated time of arrival. He arrived on-site promptly and got me into my vehicle quickly. Pricing was more than fair for the service provided. Thank you Anthony, you are the best!

Recently I had to get three passage keys and three deadbolts re-cored, and I am so glad that I trusted the positive reviews others had given of AM-PM. I called in the evening to schedule an appointment and I was given a time the very next day. That day, I received a timely confirmation call and was in regular contact with the technician, Dagan, who kept me informed of his location and when I could expect him.Dagan arrived exactly on time. He verified my needs, made sure everything was okay to start, and then immediately got to work after giving me an estimation of how long it would take. Dagan finished well within the estimated time and double-checked everything with me to ensure that I was satisfied. He was courteous, competent, and capable.The quality of workmanship was excellent, all of the doors now actually move and lock more smoothly than they did before. The price was extremely fair in consideration of the quality of work done.I highly recommend AM-PM American Locksmith, and Dagan in particular. Thank you!Service: Lock rekeying

I have had a great experience with Am-PM! They are quite prompt and expeditious when my AAA SERVICE has called them! And l have had a young man named Anthony in the last couple of months that l have had to use them and he has been quite courteous, helpful and professional! So far l have been very pleased with their services!!!

I was very impressed with the vehicle lockout service i received from Anthony. The service was quick & easy, he opened my car door in less than 5 minutes. He also helped me to look for my car keys I thought I had locked in my car. I really felt he went above & beyond w| unlocking my car door, making a copy of my key & suggested other car services i may need to get done. Had a great and super helpful experience. Anthony was great he knew exactly what he was doing and did his job quickly and correctly while at the same time having an awesome conversation with me. Great experience. I was down at first about not being able to get into my car, but I must say Anthony definitely made my day better! Best locksmith I ever encountered!

Anthony was so helpful twice for me. I locked my keys in my car along with my groceries, he got to me and had me in the car within 15 minutes of doing it. He then made another service call to me the next day to cut a spare key that I had purchased and programmed the remote for me as well. Really great service.

I couldn t be happier with the service I received! I was connected to AM/PM through AAA; I needed a new ignition key made after losing my car keys. Anthony was the technician dispatched to my house. The company called once to confirm my appointment and Anthony called once to confirm a time window. ALL of this happened within a 3 hour time frame!! Once at my house Anthony explained the process and fees and started as soon as proof of ownership was confirmed. Highly recommend

Rep was very professional. He did a nice job and was in and out very quickly. He explained all my options to me and then listened to me when I explained what I was looking for. I also paid $10.00 less than I was quoted. I would definitely use this company again.

Anthony arrived and knew exactly what needed to be done to program my new key fob. He quickly cut and programmed the new key then programmed the fob and had me test all functionality. Anthony was extremely polite and great to talk to as he performed the work. When needed I will ask for him again in the future.

I spoke to Tiffany today as I was looking for a locksmith in the area, and I was overwhelmed at how outstanding her customer service was. She was extremely attentive and very patient with me as I explained my issue. When all was said and done she walked me through the entire process and ensured that I knew what to expect from the visit, down to the payment process. I definitely recommend any business that takes the time to hire quality customers service minded employees like this!!

I replaced my key fob but couldn't get it to work. It needed to be programmed, so I thought. I must've damaged it while transferring it from its existing case to a replacement case. I could lock and unlock my car with the replacement key fob, but my couldn't start my car. I called AM-PM and scheduled an appointment. Within an hour Anthony came out. He cut me a new key and programmed a new key fob. I enjoyed our conversation during this process. I appreciate Anthony's professionalism and efficiency. He really put me at ease about his ability to complete the job. I'm very thankful and would recommend Anthony and AM-PM.

Wow! This guy Anthony came to my house the time he promised to. He was all over professional about his work. He was very patient in his time and my time also. As soon as all the information was presented as needed. It was in no time, I had my key made and I was back in business. I just wanna say thank you man. God bless you! I called them to unlock my 2016 Ford Fusion . Anthony came within less then 30 minutes and got right into the job. He was very careful with my door opening and ended up having to make my key in a quick manner and got my key out the trunk right away. Amazing service.

Anthony was the best part of a Bad situation. He showed up promptly asking all the right questions. Like, who does the vehicle belong to? And do you have license and registration? I had a great technician in Anthony who came out to me at Six Flags after my keys fell out of pocket on the Goliath roller coaster. He got there really fast and got us taken care of in a timely manner to save our trip!
