Unprofessional!! This guy should be ashamed of himself for calling himself a professional he kept my car over a month well after the insurance company stopped paying. I should have learned my lesson the first time I went to him and ended up paying over 100 for a rental because he kept my car to long he did the same thing this time. He doesn t answer the phone and never responds to messages, he doesn t keep you updated on your vehicle. He kept giving my dates to pick up my car and when I called he would pick up. He returned my car filthy!! Parts from the car on the back seat and trunk, broken glass inside my car, white dust everywhere, writing from wrecking yard on the window.. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop!

I must say, Tina was awesome!!! It was only a couple minutes on the phone with her and she will make a believer out of me!!! I love our "BO" businesses!!! Keep it real, my Numian Queen!!! A++ on the Customer Service Scale!!!

I had an insurance claim and took my truck there. I could write a book , but long story short, don't waste your time, money, or energy going here. Let's just say they had my car over 2 months and it's still not fixed correctly. Lesson learned.

Dishonest owner, stay away from this place,. Horrible service, no follow up, and holds your car hostage while he increase the cost of service.
