ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Had to service several of my trucks. Got through the first 2, morning crew doing a pretty good job. That's where it ended. Upon returning to service my 3rd truck I pulled up to the 1st oil change lane to just sit there. No one even acknowledged my presence. There was a small tire fire across the street and EVERYONE including the store manager was out front watching the fire. After 30 min, I began to blow my horn and ask "can I get some help" then someone finally said that everyone is on lunch. They didn't have the decency to even greet me after spending to this point $894 and trying to spend more!. Finally one truck decided to leave and I was not too far behind him. Between the poor customer service from the afternoon crew and Store Mngr and the reefer smoking on the side where the employees park their cars, I can see why this location has the reputation it has. I recorded it all on my phone to substantiate everything I said. Love's you truly need to do something w/your store. When I tried to call and speak to the Manager on my way back to my yard, no answer after repeated attempts.

Warning, do not use this facility to have all changes or work done on your truck. They will cut you up and turn you away for oil change after 5 PM. Also, they do not have the proper training to do service work on your truck. They have left my filter off and cranked my truck up before with the oil filter off. They have left my truck way over Pole oil. They overfill my truck with oil not good.

They DID NOT put NEW FILTERS until l figure and fight for it. Booker was the person made the oil change! Matthew was the one at the desk. He didn t care much either!Then l have realized he didn t even grease the truck! How irresponsible and unprofessional you are!$500 for an oil change and didn t change 3 filters. I cannot believe!

Matt the Manager has bad customer service skills. This place is so dysfunctional I recommend other speedco not this one. I want be back until they get a new Manager Matt is bad for business.

The website states they are open until 10. I arrived at 5 o'clock, was told they close in 1 hour and all the tire techs had left for the day. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Loves is a joke for a company, terrible experience every time I have stopped at there travel centers. Long lines at the pumps , even longer lines at the counter.

Got here at 3pm when the we're closing at 6 was told they're closed and to come back next day at 6am, next day 6am was told they open at 7am, at 7am while 5 mechanics sitting around was told the cashier is not here yet and come back at 8am! The worst speedco I've ever been to

Went to have a oil change around 11 AM . 45 minute wait, 45 minutes to do the service. I read some people had a bad experience but for me it wen very well and the head mechanic Philip was very attentive and noticed that my fuel filter was missing a O ring that was causing me engine trouble and pointed it out and we replaced it and I went on my way.

Pm service full 730$ up charge don t even go there ,rude service specially disgusting guy work at the counter , TA Petro stops are the best they do full oil change for 575$

One bobtail truck to do oil changes 1 hr and 49 min .Loves I m here I thought everything is change but JUST NAME CHANGE SPEEDCO TO LOVES . This will be my final stop to Both speedco and Loves .Now it s 4:00 pm I m pull out with out service because the tells me it s take 2 hr to came to my truck they have to finish the other two bay HA HAHAHA

Bathroom nasty wrong time for closing and I had to run around city for a 2 inch 3/4 standard socket for a wheel seal leak I had to order the tool myself manager was rude for no reason avoid this place at all cost

I m here now at 655pm and was refused service because they close at 8pm. The manager Tim said call anyone they know me. Terrible business

When I came there today,I thought their speed was faster than 3month ago.So I thought that's a little bit strange.When I entered in here's reviews,I realized the re seaon.a lot of drivers left their review for terrible working speed.I lived in NJ until last year.the speed in NJ was 3 times faster than speedco 3month ago.But I wanna say that speedco in Atlanta was twice later than NJ for today.I think the mechanics in speedco get their pay per hour.But the mechanics in Lube shop NJ get their pay for their changing count.That's why their speed is totally different with GA.I think speedco's owner has to think about this issue.I like speedco's large space and professional lube changing and part.But the changing speed was just nightmare until 3month ago.Today was much better.I hope they develope their speed more and more.

Well I can't say it was bad because as soon as I pulled up the person on the cell phone went to hang out with the mechanics and the other employees kept looking over at me but no one asked to see what I needed done. I was looking to spend about 800.00 but I guess at 19:30 on a Friday that my money is not needed.

If there was a no star button I would be leaving that one. These people have had my truck for hours and have lost several bolts down in their oil bay, crushed a filter that they don't have in stock, taken other filters off and thrown them in a bucket of oil only to tell me they don't have those either. Now my truck won't start and they are screaming to move it. I called to speak to the manager and a girl told me she was but couldn't answer some simple questions and denied all the accusations I made. She then hangs up on me. Stay away! I have a nearly $200k truck that is now stuck.

12/5/21 Spent almost $500 on a tire mid September, took off the month of November, tire blew or WHATEVER the case was and the general manager at this location said NOT TO WARRANTY my tire. I'll never do business with this company again

Came in here to get my mudflap fixed that I tried to do myself however the bolts were stripped and I was unable to get them undone and this was the only place I could find that was in the area.CR, the mechanic was great however Tim the supervisor, and the other guy weren't friendly or personable at all as mechanics should be at least a little bit. Seemed like they did not care at all to work there. It's a shame because as a mechanic and truck driver myself, I wouldn't mind at all working in a speedco.They got what I needed done quickly and back up on the road, so 5 stars for that.

Supposedly, it is a professional truck repair shop! Had my air hose trailer attached, but they left a few leaks and loose bolts! Expensive labor but poor mechanical work !

Do not trust these people here, they charged me for grease my truck along with oil change but they never grease my truck. They just put little grease on top to show but in reality they never greased. Speedco needs to take action on the people work here they are the worse. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

I got here at 8pm both gates locked! People sitting in there cars. This Speedco is not 24hrs. I REPEAT THIS SPEEDCO IS NOT 24hrs. They do not want to work.

Most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Took 2 days to fix my truck only for one of the main parts they fixed to break 2 blocks from the shop. I almost lost a $4k load because of this. I doubt I will ever use this location again.

This place is a joke employee are very lazy there is 5 truck waiting for oil change they open only 1 line and if you walk inside they doing nothing 4or 5 employees standing and talk each other I don t think they care for this location .

Took me a few times to visit before I did this review. This place and the Petro across the street from Club Blaze are the only places I trust to do my oil changes. This speedco had me in and out in 5 minutes one time. I couldn't believe it. I double checked my filters, my oil, my grease, my everything. I was the last truck in before they closed. They put 5 guys on my truck and had me feeling like I was in a Nascar race. Other times I have had to wait an hour or so but it'll be 3 trucks in front of me. I've never had an issue with my truck not being able to start because it wasn't primed well here like I had at the speedco at the loves in commerce,GA. The only way it could get better from here my opinion is if I could do my own oil changes or if oil changes only cost $300 lol. Besides that these people do good.

Watch the guys in oil changing bay. They running a scam telling you ur rear-end oil need changing and they want to cut a deal with u by paying them cashapp. But never change the oil.

You suck! We came in at 9:20 pm in need of one tire for the truck. You sight says your open til 12 am. So tell me why we were told they were closed and need to come back tomorrow? One tire thats it.

Went here again on 8/20/23 and was told they would close at 6 and couldn t do our oil change today. Was told this at 1630. Workers do not want to work. Treat their customers like s.h.I.t. I will not waste anymore time on these lazy unprofessional people. I will gladly spend money anywhere else but this location. Not always guaranteed to get new filters either. Gotta watch them to make sure they change filters out. They ll try to be slick and put the old ones back on. Went here for years no problems til about 1.5 years ago or so. They just don t give a damn here.
