The staff here is amazing. No long wait time for repair they get you in and out. I was actually referred from Certifit. The prices are very reasonable, and if you opt in for labor, it's also worth the price

Dam and Nick are amazing! I had a rock smash my windshield driving in South Ga I had to be in Atlanta for one day so I called Sam who does all my windows and he has Nick contact me. Nick had the windshield picked up that evening and instated the very next morning!Great price but even better customer service!To me, they re the Clear choice!Highly recommend!Justin

The thing I like about low price auto glass is there transparency. My car got broken into on a Saturday. They put a temporary mesh on Sunday. Unfortunately, my car was unable to source an aftermarket glass but I got a call at 8 AM on Monday saying that they could go to the dealer to pick up the window and install the same day. The process was seamless, and the pricing was fair. They even went a step further to fix a trim piece that would have simply been another headache to manage. I'm appreciative of how quick they were able to get my car done so I am able to drive out of town for the holidays without worrying about rain or weather. The staff is super friendly, they have Wi-Fi for you to work while you wait, and they have an indoor or outdoor waiting area. Highly recommended from me.

My daughter and I were victims of car break-ins onTuesday early morning. Because of the rain and the next 2 days of cold and ice I was unable to have the windows on the passenger side replaced until Thursday. I called a little after 4 in the afternoon. They didn't have our glass in stock but said they could order it and have it first thing in the morning. I was told to be there @ 9am. It took 45 minutes to replace my glass. I returned with my daughter's car it took about an 1:15 minutes only because several cars were ahead of me. Also the price was great a little over 400 for both replacement windows and install! John was great and so professional. They were truly a blessing!

I ve used them twice. Getting your window broken is painful and insurance would have been more money out of pocket. LPAG was quick and you can sit and wait for them to be done. I highly recommend

Excellent customer service. I was in and out in less than an hour. They ordered the window for my Cadillac Escalade and it was ready same day. Price very affordable. I highly recommend this company for auto glass.

These people are very professional! They work at a very fast pace but they are accurate. I got a windshield put in my 2018 Mercedes GLC300 and all the sensors work perfectly. And my husband got a windshield put in his Honda Pilot. They didn t waste any time. We were in and out within no time. Thanks

My husband s truck window was broken into at a downtown parking lot on Thursday. It was repaired on Friday by low price auto glass. The service was great and the staff was very pleasant. Amazing customer service. The staff was also patient and very helpful to me.The waiting area was clean and warm.I will definitely recommend this place.Oh yeah, the prices are great as well.

Order my glass on Wednesday they replace it on Friday afternoon... I then noticed a scratch/crack in the shield.... took it back the next day and they told me it was a scratch but they would replace it for FREE.... JT Sam and Austin are the best....I'll b back within the time period to get it replaced.... Thanks guys for taking care of your girl....

LPAG is simply the best. This is the second time I had to get my windshield replaced. John and his team today had the job completed in less than an hour, no wait.The staff is extremely courteous and friendly, I highly recommend LPAG to anyone before they call another company.The before and after is amazing

This shop is great. Discovered a smashed window on my truck on a Sunday morning, called this place based on my neighbor s recommendation, and had the replacement window installed by lunch time. Nick made sure I had the right window and got me in and out in a timely manner. Couldn t recommend them highly enough.

I had to have my full windshield replaced due to a large crack going across the middle. Nick was super polite and professional! He gave me a quote, ordered my glass, took my deposit, and scheduled my install all w/in 5 mins over the phone. I was able to be serviced same day! Once I arrived, John got me checked in and my car was immediately taken back. The process was super quick and VERY affordable. The techs didn t leave any glass in my vehicle. Everything was clean! Amazing staff. I will definitely refer anyone that needs glass repair to them!

The guys up front are very fast, efficient and courteous. I came here to replaced my front windshield due to unexpected commercial vehicles on highway. They were able to fit me in without any appointments; however, when they returned my vehicle I went straight home to pick up my kids and inspected the windshield. That s when I realized there were some areas near the passenger front window shield and fender that had a haze of silver. Almost as if they used some chemicals to remove my black car paint. I didn t have this before and I have videos and photos to show proof. I know my car is old but it s not that old and doesn t have any other missing paint except that area (besides minor scratches). I was very upset and called them to tell them about it. The gentleman told me they don t use harsh chemicals but why is my paint color faded for no reason and there were some circular motion with chemical in those areas as if they were trying to wipe it away? I have not had the chance to come back because of my work schedule and it s an hour away! I will eventually come back next week and depending on how they handle this situation will determine my final google review.

Great experience across the board. I had my driver side window regulator replaced after the window got stuck. Nick diagnosed the issue quickly and the techs replaced it faster than I expected. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my glass needs. Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

After the driver side, break in to my car window, I need to replace the glass quickly. I had called a few other places, but the earliest appointment was the next day. When I called low price auto glass, The scheduler acted quickly and let me know that the specific window glass needed for my car was available at the warehouse, and one of his colleagues was on the way there. He could get it for me right then, and service the car same day!! I paid a deposit for the service and headed over to their work shop. Once I arrived, someone immediately took my information, and within a few minutes, they got busy with my car. In under an hour, the window was repaired. It works great, and it s way cleaner than my other door windows. One caveat, the tech didn t vacuum my car, as well as I would ve wanted. He invited me to inspect the work and was more than willing to continue to vacuum the areas that I pointed out. He even let me vacuum for myself.I would absolutely recommend checking out low price auto. The cost for window replacement was cheaper than Safelite and on par with the other places that I called. Great experience, I called in after trying to set appointments today. All of folks were giving me the run around. It was freezing today, who knew someone would break in my car on a cold day. I am thankful a gym bud recommended this Auto Glass. I called. They had my replacement glass, I made an appointment same day and it s fixed! Thank you guys, you made my day! The fix was clean, there was no glass left in my door. It works great.
