I drive past this place at least four times a week. It's a tire shop that seems to cater to heavy trucks like semi's, semi trailers, dump trucks, concrete trucks, and such.It's kinda limited in ability to get a lot of business because the section lot it's on is small and oddly laid out. It resembles and gas/service station that dates from the late 40's or 50's in general style. But has changed hands a few times. Lost its storage tanks probably to corrosion in the 80's. But couldn't get permits for new tanks because of setback rules in local ordinances. So now it services truck tires.It's not a bad place overall, just the roads around it have really let it down.

Really glad I came here! They were nice and didn t try to rip me off. There was a bit of a wait it s first come first served and they were pretty busy so be prepared. His wife is nice and will offer you water while you wait.

This is my favorite tire place. Joe and his Wife are always friendly and helpful. They're not in the business to get over on people. They look out for your best interest. I send everybody to Joe for their tire needs.

I came here to get tires for my car after Firestone on Jonesboro. Firestone told me that I needed 4 new tires when I really only needed one: one that was going to blow out: 4 tires for $1000. Mr. Joe didn't have my size tire but it was suggested that they could put my spare on for me. They got to me quickly, were very nice and even showed me how I had the wrong size tire on the rear. I asked who I should pay when they were done and they said "we don't charge to put a spare on". I could cry. You just don't have people like this anymore. Integrity and good service is what's missing!

Always known Joe since the early 80's. He's 100% like his father Mr. Charlie. They are "hands down" the most friendly, professional and reasonable people beyond compare, you will every meet.

I haven't exactly used the service here, but I would definitely encourage you to use it based on my experience meeting Joe and his lovely wife. My car broke down in a two lane road at a spot that just happened to be conveniently directly across the street from Joe's New and Used Tires. After speaking with him briefly and explaining the situation he was kind enough to let me leave my car there when I told her I would return later that day. However when I was unable to return to the next day he was not at all irritated and never implied that he expected me to compensate him for the time my car was on his lot as so many others would certainly do. In fact, he and his wife expressed concern over leaving the car the night before as they left work as a result of the surrounding neighborhood and it's frequent incidences of crime such as car break-ins. His wife spoke with me at length about the community and about their shop while we waited for a tow to come and all the while I could not have been more grateful to have broken down at that very spot and to have left my car in the hands of strangers who turned out to be wonderful kind-hearted people. It appears now that we do need new tires and I have no doubt about it that we will be going to see Joe to have him help us with this. I hope my positive experience with this small local business will encourage someone to support these two as they most certainly deserve it for offering such hospitality and compassion to those around them. Again, Joe I thank you and your wife both very much for your kindness that day and we are keeping you in mind always. Will be seeing you soon for some tires! God bless.

Honest and friendly people. I got 4 brand new tires for only $324 including tax and installation! Joe was quick and very helpful. His wife is very pleasant. Definitely the kind of people who wouldn't sell you something you don't need. Couldn't be happier with my d decision.

Gotta love Joe and his wife. Always as nice and polite as they can. I visit them anytime I need tires patched/mounted/balanced because they know what they are doing. He knows what the yellow and white spot on the sidewall is for and if your tire is directional he gets it right.

I love Joe's Tire Shop. So convenient and Joe treats every customer with kindness and respect. I've been there multiple times and I will continue to go there even if I move. I will drive out if my way to go to Joe's New and Used Tires. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does.

This is my new guy. Nobody has any business being this nice, this reasonably priced, or this fast. If Firestone tires last one day in business longer than Joe we messed up somewhere.

I looked up this place on Google Maps seem pretty decent based on the way the person answered the phone when I got there I was sort of worried about the plays cause the building is a little run-down and the prices of the tires were dirt cheap. I tell you what the tires are great the person who install the tires done a great job. I WILL go back to this place don't let the way it looks to you make you worry. this is a great place to go for tires will go there much more

Just bought 4 brand new tires there balanced and mounted for less than $400.dlrs. that's a great deal.Friendly and courteous people been there for yrs.Easy access four roads and right at a red light junction.Stop in and see them you won't be disappointed.

The little Mom and Pop shop for your tire needs or whatever is a great place and with just the 2 of them working they get you in and out quickly!! Also they're very friendly and nice people and the prices are good.

Joe is great! I was just passing through Atlanta when when my tire monitor indicated sudden loss of pressure on both inside tires of my motor home. A local referred me to Joe s. He spent several hours checking the tires and diagnosing the problem. Turned out the valve extensions were the culprits. He fixed one and changed out the other. He then equalized the pressure in all my tires which the previous servicer (a Mercedes dealer) had left with as much as 20psi discrepancies. When finished he only charged for the one valve he changed! Joe is an honest, hard-working, knowledgeable service provider. If I ever need tire service around Atlanta again, I ll be heading to Joe s!

I want go anywhere else but Joe's new & used Tires place He's very warm and friendly when you pull up to this tire place Joe's place is the place for your tires and a wonderful person to go to when you need tires I've been going to Joe's for some years now I ask questions and he let you know what you need and he will let you know if you need it or not and His Staff is wonderful to smiling faces all around make you feel like you a part of the family Joe's Business is the best place for your tires and wonderful people place

very honest guy. I thought my tire needed rebalancing but he told me I need frontend work. after I dropped my head in sadness, he jokingly told me that " he don't charge for bad news" gotta love him and his wife

Nice people good prices. Only reason not a 5 is I had to wait 40 minutes because it's a 1 man operation and he was busy that day. Uthrwise great and I would recommend Joe's to anyone.

Joe and his wife were the nicest people. After I talked to his wife on the phone I didnt need to call anyone else. Her ability to assess the needs was greatly appreciated.
