Parts here are too high. My advice is to check Amazon and EBay for Semi Tractor parts if you can wait a few days my trucker brothers and sisters. I went to Global Parts for a LED Headlight assembly with blanker and they charge over $800. And they won t sale you the Daylight marker unit separate from the headlight assembly which fixes your headlights so that it will work. Therefore I went to Freightliner to get the Daylight marker unit instead of buying the headlight since I was in a rush to get my DOT inspection. I m all good now.

Great group of employees always fun and laughter in this spot.. Almost like cheers.. pretty good prices and if they don t have it they don t mind giving the info or where you can find it..

I've been parts shopping here for years. You'll be surprised what you can find here for cheaper when you can't even get it other places that should have it

I stopped in for batteries. The counter clerk pointed out the house batteries with 900 cold cranking amps. He said that they sell a lot of the batteries and he was not aware of any issues related to the batteries. It was a quick visit. I got what I needed.

I buy parts from slot of places but Global is the most down home and most importantly the staff is one any business minded person would love to have as a team I pray as I build I may have a set of guys on my side that works so good and make my customer enjoy the time as they wait now that is southern respect Thanks you guys

Always had great service here but this one time gave me a bitter feeling. Got a water pump for my Volvo and not even 2 months it goes bad. I don't feel I should have to pay for this Labor cost to have it replaced again. Maybe it's 1 in a thousand but yet I'm stuck paying the bill... Oh well...

Bought brand new batteries for my truck from Global. I didn't need 2 of the batteries so I returned with my cores and the 2 new batteries and they wouldn't refund my money for the new still in the box batteries I bought from them. Awful policy!! That's why I don't mind spending a few Xtra pennies with the Major guys. The small guys are always crabbing!! B

Great amount of stock. Affordable parts and awesome staff. Well the 3 guys on the left anyway I like Mike the best but newsflash some things don't have to be made public. I can't tell if he's a hunting dog or a police K9 but he can smell a cigarette from the door at his desk and I swear in spring his fishing vests reel in bass while you're waiting on him to find ur parts. If they can't find it ask Mike and his huntin jackets they'll sniff out what ur looking for

Returned a non working trailer light as per their return policy, never heard back from them, finally contacted customer service a month later and they said ok we will credit the purchase amount but not the return shipping cost because I should have contacted them first, clearly not stated on the returns policy. maybe they should read their own policy!
