I met two angels a few nights ago. I had a flat tire coming off the rim, a hungry infant, no more diapers & 2hrs 40 mins from home. I contacted AAA but they were unsure of the wait time. I decided to take my chances to see if Speedco helped with cars. Coming out the door locking up for the night was Blake and Elijah. These heroes helped me by putting on my spare tire on and they even refused any payment. I don t think they know just how much their service meat to me. As a disabled combat veteran, I d serve by side these two guys anytime.

#1, No lube service. Was told the machine was down but the girl in the office said when I called they are doing hand pumps until the machine is fixed. Nothing. Next, according to their paperwork they do a fluid check and fill. They didn't. Third, greasy hand prints ALL OVER MY WHITE TRUCKS HOOD AND FENDERS... 4th, poured oil all over my frame when the tech pulled the fill gun out while it was still pumping oil. In all of my years I have never seen anything like it. Actually charged me for the lube they didn't do until I asked the service writer what EXACTLY they lube.Nice and friendly people but I wasn't there on a social occasion. I was there for a PM that the only thing that was done was an oil change. Although I have a fleet account with Loves I promise I will never use this Speedco again.. The entire ordeal makes me mad.I have photos of the hand prints and the oil all over my frame as well... How can you treat a person's property like that? HOW?...Service: Oil change

I left the truck at the service station. Excellent pm service, up-to-date and professional. I would especially like to praise the guy who did the service for me. Professional, kind, all the best for this guy. I think his name is Elijah Lee. I want the manager of this Speedco to reward guys like this

This has been one of the worst experiences I ve ever had getting a pm done. They got grease and oil all over the truck, forgot to put seals in fuel filters so it wouldn t prime, dd15 s has to be primed, took over and hour and a half before they figured it out, then they broke my oil dipstick and offered to take money off my bill!!! The worst plan to call corporate when I leave.Service: Oil change

I arrived at 10.30 am on sep.25th 2023 and have sat for over 48 hours waiting on a part they where suppose to order on the 26th. The technician named Matt is a total prick and has an ego problem. Treats truck drivers like they are stupid and not worth there time. They order a part for my truck 36 hours after I arrived and now it is wen and I am still sitting in this parking lot because the ignorance from this location is top notch.

It's a good shop had to knock off 2 stars due to not getting my oil sample that I asked for. This is critical to have my oil samples when I change the oil now I'm out that data!

I stopped in to have a mud flap on a trailer replaced. The employees were a little weird although they got the job finished. The man who called me by phone into the bay was giving me hell for screening my phone calls when I asked who was calling. In this time of robocalls and spoofed numbers, the caller ID didn't show up as Speedco or Love's. He worked on my trailer a whole 1.5 minutes before getting pulled away by another trucker. I received my paperwork before he was even really fully started with my mud flap. He was nice enough to ask me if I wanted to keep the torn mud flap as a souvenir. His wife or girlfriend who had me sign the paperwork later accused me of taking her ink pen. I did finally get my brand new mudflap, I just wish I would have gotten away with that sweet ink pen. I'm going to have to remember to buy a 4 pack of those ink pens. Those were some nice pens. Anyhoo, I logged out of my ELD at 12:13 when I pulled into the bay. I logged back in, getting my trailer out at 13:02. I didn't get a picture of the mud flap although I did take some sweet pictures of the battery shelf and the Semi-Synthetic 10w30 oil. Hey, is it called Semi-Synthetic because it is manufactured for Semi Tractors?

This is a great place to get tires repaired or replaced. The guys working there are professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Told me to wait 3 hours after 3 hours i come back to shop every truck that was in shop was still there mechanics just talking and on their phone.. told me it s going to be 4 more hours. No respect to drivers time.. we are humans to and have families at home waiting for us!

If I could give negative I would! Checked in at 9pm been here for 24 hrs and they still can t get a mechanic to do a warranty job!

Slowest shop ever. 3.5 hours to patch a tire. Insane. Ridiculous. Unacceptable. There's not even a crowd! One dude showed up at 7am for a gasket replacement (20 minute job) and left at 2:45pm. They will use up your hours, if you can help it, don't come here.

Company driver i walked in and the people were very nice i got there at 530 pm and was told the mechanic was on road calls for the rest of the night till 11pm that being said there should be more mechanics on site to do other things besides sit around twiddling thumbs was told the next morning they would check my batteries out and replace them if needed!

I'm not impressed with the Love's tire care centers that have been changed to Speedco. The workers always seem to be so unhappy and it shows in their work, or lack thereof. They never have enough people on duty. I know that's probably a problem because of today's workforce... Nobody wanting to work, but you think they would correct that problem either by paying more or interviewing better. I went there yesterday at 11:00 and needed some repair work done on my truck. The person in charge told me he only had one mechanic and he was leaving at 3:00 and there were two people ahead of me. They had two service bays both of which were empty and I didn't see anybody but him. Nobody was doing any kind of work at all. Of course I didn't stick around.

Waited 8 hrs before I got into a bay for an oil change and was told it would be an additional 4 hrs before they completed the oil change. Literally wasted my entire day. I had to leave without any work being done to my truck. Very disappointed. Never again.

Overall experience was great. Clean showers and prompt service. Went to check out and it went down hill fast. Shift leader was running register on diesel side, apparently she was having a bad night. As truck drivers we get enough attitude and hateful people on the roads, don t need it when we re in a truck stop spending our money in your store. Overall 5 stars, but because of this manager, zero stars if I could.

For truckers!!!! This place is definitely not for diagnostics!!!!!!! I asked check my kingpins if it's OK they said OK, it really surprised me because just one person did some checks , im not a mechanic but one person cant check kingpins property, so whatever they did a lot of useless things for $1.2k except MAIN PROBLEM ( KINGPINS),terrible experience! And after that I cqme back home and bring my big rig to real mechanic and they fixed just kingpins and bushings and my problems were gone! So guys if you don't know what exactly need to be fixed think twice before bringing your truck to this place. Good luck

These guys were awesome got everything done for us and a timely manner had no issues and didn't have to worry they took care of everything fantastic very knowledgeable and no issues definitely have no complaints and anytime coming through this area will definitely be stopping in here again they're right behind the Loves in Commerce and take great care of everyone here

Called this morning, told them the services I required, reach to the loves and they executed it with ease and in a timely matter and had me back on the road in no time.

No complaint they pretty much got me in and out got an oil change it was during the Great Blizzard 2022 so there really was no line waited about 30 minutes before they pulled me in took them probably an hour

If you wanna loose ya 14 hours get a repair here. Or better yet, call roadside if you can for tire repair

*0* STARS These guys charged me 60$ to diagnostics the bunk AC (For 2 minutes walking around the truck) and they find out that the blowing motor is not working and said we don t perform that kind of work. (BTW AC was blowing air but was not cold enough Only)

Nice stop, good parking. They have a Godfathers and a Subway. Nice and clean Loves inside. Very nice people.
