If you need your car fixed fast, reliably and for an amazing price, you HAVE to come here! They are very kind, respectful and show amazing good southern hospitality! I showed up this morning and got all squared away by lunch time! Would rate 10 stars if I could! 100% recommend this place for auto services!

My engine light was flashing and my car start to shake at 15 mph. Took it Miranda's to get an diagnostic test.it was my ignition coil, mass air sensor and needed new spark plugs. He gave me the best price in town, plus was active with the mechanic to make sure everything was smooth. Miranda and his Crew is Friendly and Honest. Thanks Guys

My family and I were four hours into a 10hour drive when the engine light came on and our engine started running rough. I got error codes at the local auto part store and they directed me to Miranda's for repairs. I called Miranda and he said to bring it on by. I showed up five minutes later and he had it diagnosed, fixed and back on the road in 40 minutes!! What easily could have been a major delay for our family's beach trip turned out to be less than an hour long pit stop. If Miranda plays soccer as well as he fixes cars and takes care of customers then I can see why his file cabinets are full of soccer trophies!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My husband and I bought a sprinter van in North Carolina, we were on our way to TX but broke down late on a Friday afternoon, not too far from the shop. Just want to say that not all heros wear capes. These guys worked after hours to get us back on the road, same day. They knew exactly what was wrong. Very professional and extremely kind!!

I had engine problems on my way to North Carolina, and they made it a high priority to get things working so I could get back on the road. Everyone was very nice and professional, and they took the time to show me exactly what was going wrong and which parts needed to be replaced. If I could, I would make the drive back to Georgia and go to Miranda's every time my car needed some help.

Took my Taurus to have them quote repair. Declined the repair. When the car was returned they had taken the steering wheel pump and replaced it with an old very dirty used one. Also broke the passenger side mirror and fixed it with black electrical tape.

Would NOT recommend. Charged double for an oil change than others I ve been at and then tried to charge another $100 to top off coolant. Wanted almost $300 for oil change and coolant refill. Insane.

I went here for help with my jeep. I walked to the door. Outside was a man I explained my situation to. He said tell the guys in the office. Before I could get the door all the way open, I was told by 2 guys to wait outside and they will be with me . I stood outside for a good 15 minutes. I said something in regards to the pitbull that was tied to a rail in the sun at 4:30 in the afternoon. One of the gentlemen came outside, walked right by me and didn't say a word to me. He moved the dog and left me outside once again. I waited for 40 minutes and was completely ignored. No, I would not recommend no one to this place.Update: that is a hot lie! I sat at that shop for 40 minutes. I went and waited in my vehicle for the remainder of the time, sir! I do these reviews on a regular and I know exactly what I'm talking about. I am a single mother and I needed help. Someone told me to go to your shop. You are full of it but it isn't shocking knowing that you don't want to look bad for business. I recommend keeping your pit bull out of direct sunlight and on hot Pavement. As for me, your sorry staff doesn't have to worry about. I'll make sure the ppl who referred me find another place for business as well. I hope your daughter or wife are treated like I was. I bet you get it corrected then, won't cha?!

Our Chevy Colorado 2006 had a huge problem, started shaking, misfiring, and the engine light came on blinking. We made it home barely. I called Mr. Miranda the next day and told him what was going on. He suggested I bring it in (5 miles down the road) slowly and carefully, and only if possible. I was confident in driving it to his shop, and when I got there they were extremely nice and professional. While they diagnosed it, we went to eat next door at Dos Bros Mexican (DELICIOUS). We got the diagnosis. It was going to take 2 hours, and it needed a new engine coil and spark plugs. We asked him to check the breaks as well. It needed front rotors, and all new break pads. We also asked him to do an oil change with filter. When all was said and done, we paid only $725.00. Very good work, very nice people, super fast, and incredibly well priced. Two women, and we never once felt taken advantage of. Thank you Mr. Miranda and team!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I had my transmission replaced by these folks about a year ago. You can tell it is a family owned business, which is awesome. The folks here are obviously hard working and very personable. The owner is super nice. I brought my car here after an unfortunate situation of buying it and then almost immediately having to get a new trans. They were able to price me a used one for way cheaper than anybody else. Only two negative things I would say is that it took a reaaaally long time and some of the operation seemed a little unorganized. Over all though, I would go back. Sam was great! My AC was blowing hot air in this 100 degrees weather. I called everywhere trying to get it fixed and they all told me it would be weeks before they could look at it. I finally called MirandaAutomotive and Sam said sure we can fix it and told me I could bring it right away and they would get it ready to go! Sure enough they recharged the AC and now I am riding with cold air again! Thank you Sam!Service: Auto A/C recharge

My father was stranded on the side of the road. He called several places and this was the only place that told him to come on over. They worked him in immediately and confirmed it was his alternator. They obtained and installed a new alternator in just a couple of hours and had my dad back on his way. Thursday, July 1st, 2021. My father was 2 hours away from his home in Powder Springs GA. He was able to get home safely and in a timely fashion thanks to the fellas at Miranda's. Check them out for your auto needs! We highly recommend them!

We called Mirandas for a repair. They took us right away. Diagnostic check. They reset the fault and we were back on the road. Honest guys helping people. My vehicle wouldn t start while leaving the hotel on a trip through the area. I called Miranda s. They arrived within 30 minutes and towed me to their garage. 3 hours later I was back on the road.These guys are professional, competent, friendly, and fairly priced. Seriously you can trust these guys. I am so thankful I did.

These guys did an excellent job replacing my motor in a timely fashion. I had excellent service and Sam kept me updated and was very Godly man and we shared some great things together, I would recommend Miranda's to everyone. I hit a curb pretty badly and ended up with some major undercariage issues on an older car. The car was otherwise in decent shape and low mileage, so I was definitely interested in fixing it. I got a few estimates at places in Athens: one told gave me a $7,000 estimate (far more than the car's value) & the other claimed they were not able to find the part they needed in order to even give me an estimate. The repairs were too in-depth for the shop I normally use for things like oil changes. I was nearly ready to junk the car, but I decided to try one more place. I got it to Miranda's & it was fixed within a few weeks for under $1,000. Super-pleased with the service and highly recommend them!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very professional and positive experience. Offered a great rate to replace my condenser after some debris from the highway damaged it. They were able to order the part after our phone conversation and get me in next day to replace it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be going back for any future work needed.

The experience was spectacular. My wife and I broke down on I85 and our vehicle was towed to their shop. They never wavered and got our vehicle fixed. Customer service was great as well.

This shop was awesome! I can not say enough. Leaving this review is the least I could do. Long story semi-short...while in route to GA from NC I ran into some auto issues and my truck broke down. I had the choice of 3 nearby shops to go to and I am sooo thankful I chose to go with Miranda s. I had to tow my truck to an unknown shop on a Sunday when they were closed. I called on Monday to let them know the situation and it was diagnosed and fixed the same day. They were soo accommodating to my situation being out of state. My truck was repaired properly (from the same issue I previously had repaired in NC - they repaired at such a ridiculously fraction of the cost)- to the point where I wanted to pay more just for great service and patience with me being nervous of some one repairing my truck with no in person meet. I could go on about the extra measures they took but this post is already too long. TRUST ME when I say that if I lived in GA or near Commerce this would be my go to shop. They went above and beyond and I could tell this was the norm rather than the exception. I don t typically leave reviews but this was the absolute LEAST I could do. I picked up my truck and got back to NC with not 1 problem. Please give them your service- they deserve it and you do too!Service: Electrical

Came here to have them do a diagnostic of my car they told me the catalytic converters kr sensor was bad and wanted $1400. Took it somewhere else to be told after 5 hrs of diagnostics that wasn't the problem at all. My fuel pump is bad. This place did a half asked job and didn't even tell me what was really wrong. I am Currently awaiting to get my front end fixed for my 2010 Toyota Camry when the parts arrive. These guys are good people and very honest and upfront . They keep you updated and try to be as quick and professional and accurate as possible. Ive used them before and it s always a good experience.

I had a car emergency 30 miles from home traveling on I-85. AAA towed me to Miranda s. They were very fast and professional! They completed the repair in less than an hour and only charged $36. I will be driving the 30 miles to use their services again!

The guy who runs the place is honest...that speaks volumes to me n my husband Tony Martin. We took our '98 Chevy Blazer in on Wednesday and got it back a week later. That being said plenty was broken on her. She needed a spider for fuel flow as well as a tune up including distributor cap and rotor button also a new starter. Parts and labor came to $876 n change. She runs lime a new Blazer. Thanks fellas for your honesty n keeping us informed. We will bring 'The Beast' back anytime she's sick .

I like new auto the owner of this shop is an all-out amazing and incredible all at the same time even if he has to take the motor out of your car and put another one in your car he still give you a affordable price even if he'd have to put a transmission or a differential in your car he still give you an affordable price that makes you feel like it's affordable

Truck overheated as I was passing through on I-85. It was recommended that I go to the first repair shop, but they said they couldn't help me because it was 4:15 and they close at 5. Thankfully, they referred me to Miranda's as they stayed until 6 p.m. to replace my thermostat. Back on the road, I had the same trouble as before and so I called Miranda's...their business card had a shop # as well as a cell. Since it was after hours, they didn't answer either, but when I texted them to tell them I was having issues again, they called back and we talked through it. Turned out it was more about my truck struggling to pull the trailer I had. The RPMs were getting too high when I pushed the truck at 70 MPH and higher. The guy recommended I keep it under 60 MPH so that my RPMs stayed low. I did that and while it added time to my trip, it got me there and acted properly after I unloaded the trailer. While that trick may have worked without a new thermostat, they didn't know my truck was weak and made the repair based on symptoms. Most importantly, they returned my call after hours and worked through a solution with me. Very nice guys!Service: Engine repair

Miranda s auto is family owned business and by miles they beat the competition prices as far as high quality used cars or services go. I have bought 3-4 cars from them and I am, and will continue on bringing my vehicles from Gainesville area to get them serviced there. Friendly environment with great prices and turn around time.
