First of all this 5 star rating is the reason why I took my blue 2007 Chevrolet Malibu to this place,but was VERY disappointed in their service to me. I have read ALL the reviews on this place,but can't wrap my head around why I didn't get this same great service from them as well. My Malibu has been at this place for over 6 months now and they STILL haven't touched it yet. EVERYTIME I make contact with them which was always in person I get the same story"we been really busy is the reason why we haven't gotten to it yet". My car to this date is STILL sitting in the same spot it was dropped off at when it was first taken to them. Finally I decided to have my car picked up and taken to another repair shop that is very fast,do good word,and very low in cost. This place is the same place I had a transmission put in my GMC Sierra 1500 after my car was taken to Hill's transmission. Taking my car to this place was an lesson learned.

Hill's Transmission replaced the transmission in our truck and were great! They gave us a fair price and even finished it a day earlier than they quoted us. I would recommend them.

The owner or anyone who was a machanic was never there neither of the 6 different days I went. Only a helper which didn't know anything and was sitting every time.
