I needed my new passenger side mirror put on so I called Classic Collision. They got me in the very next day (even offered the same day). They were fast, efficient, and done an excellent job. Everyone there was also super friendly and helpful. They didn't even mind my kids being with me, which is a huge plus. I will definitely be using them for any future body shop needs!!Service: Body & Trim

My truck was rear ended recently and this particular truck holds much sentimental value.It was my father in law s truck and was given to me by the family upon his passing.Steven and the crew at classic collision did a 5 star job on my truck and I couldn t be happier!They kept in constant contact from start to finish and now the back of the truck looks new again!I m sure my father in law would be happy with the job as I am!!Thank you Classic Collision, you have a customer for life!Eddie Lang

Brady and the Collision IQ team are top notch. As a very detail oriented person I pick up on small stuff that some folks miss but everything they did was perfect. I was very happy with the work they did on my car. They were very professional, and friendly. They explained everything they did to me and they called me to keep me updated on the progress. They also handled everything with the insurance company. I was so happy with the whole deal I would definitely go back to them. Great experience with Brady and the rest of the staff. I don t think I ve ever said that about a body shop before. Will definitely be back if we need more paint or body work!

Stephen and the secretary forgive me I'm bad with names but I would recommend this shop to anyone they take great care of their customers not to mention they made my car look better than the day I bought it . I had to wait a month to be able to drop my car off for repairs however they did not disappoint . They are an all around great establishment to do business with

They have been very polite and attentive with me and my car. They've checked in with me to see how insurance was coming along. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about their work as my car is being totaled, but their customer service has been great

Words cannot express how pleased I was when I saw my car. I brought my car right in assessed the damage even found more they could fix repainted, that they even washed my car. My car looked incredible when I pulled in the parking lot I would recommend them to anyone thank you guys so very much!!!!. Internet undefeated bro

These guys are GREAT! Great communication through the whole process when we had our car repaired there after an accident. Also great communication between them and the insurance company. Awesome staff, easy to talk to and glad to answer any questions you have. A++ all the way!

Cory and the staff was by far the BEST body shop I've ever dealt with!!!! Customer service was AMAZING! Was going to use this body shop to fix my car but the insurance company tried to get over on me and him but he was not having that! He treated the situation as if it was someone in his family and did not let them get over on me. There isn't too many people in the world like that any more and I will use them again or refer anyone to them!Service: Body & Trim

I'm from out of town and I had a wreck in Commerce that made my car undriveable. I looked on Google and found Collision IQ and decided to take it there based off of the good reviews. I'm impressed with the job they did, Brian went above and beyond for me. These guys are honest, trustworthy, thorough, and nice to work with! I'd take my vehicles there again and recommend them to anyone without thinking twice!

IQ collision recently fixed my car. I am new to the area. The first night I arrived I had an unfortunate event happen; resulting in my car being damaged. I originally took my car somewhere else to have it quoted, and I was a-little uneasy about the prognosis. At that time I went to get a second opinion from IQ collision. Brian not only did the job for half the money, but they did a fantastic job, and in a timely manner. It is like it never happened! They are definitely professionals at what they do. I would recommend IQ collision to anyone if they asked. Thank you IQ collision.

The owner of Collision IQ has been in the body shop business for a long time. He has fixed several cars of mine over the last 10 years and each time it was done with excellence and most importantly, at a very reasonable price. As a bonus, never waited more than a few days to complete any and all body work. If you live in the Coomerce or Jackson County area, go check them out!

fabulous experience! patiently answered all my questions. even drove me back home free of charge. text me updates on their progress. done in less than 5 days and they had to wait on parts plus additional damage once they took it apart and still less than 5 days to fix. I highly recommend

Staff is eager to help, very good customer service from everyone from Owner to office staff to even the guys doing bodywork in the garage to the young men washing and buffing the new shiney paint job...Every person greeted me warmly and was happy to sit down and answer any questions I had. Oh and the place is spotless....altho busy, everything looks brand new from office to paint booth... if theres any good to come from an incident requiring body work to your vehicle Collision IQ is where to find it. 20 year old cars come out shining like new..
