I just want to say how wonderful of a dealership/service department this place has they were kind, respectful, prompt, knowledgeable. I believe this five stars does not give Billy Cain Ford enough credit. I believe they deserve 10 stars. I definitely suggest anybody that Is looking for a Ford Or wanting to get their work done at a Ford dealership this is the place hands-down. I brought my Ford F150 in to get recall done. Another dealership told me it would be three months out and this dealership told me to come the next day. I was quite speechless and all I can say is thank you to this dealership.

I had an appt at Athens Ford for 4pm today, 07/21/23. I was turned away and told that Athens Ford couldn't see me despite the fact that I had made a service appt. What they didn't know is that I needed my 2020 Mustang to be in top shape for a trip to Florida because my dad had a massive stroke 7 days ago. On my way home from Athens Ford, my tire suddenly lost pressure on the highway. I just managed to get to the off ramp for Chase Street (exit 13) before I was literally on my rim, something that an inspection at Athens Ford may or may not have caught. I ended up having to tow my vehicle to Billy Cain Ford after waiting 45min on an off ramp, blocking the entire right lane. I was lucky I didn't get hit and even luckier that my amazing tow truck driver scooped me up safely and got me to the dealership. Now, my car will be serviced and the tire will be replaced. The sales staff came out and were super nice and even let me wait for my Uber home, in the sales area. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service, I've never felt so welcomed in my life. I am lucky it wasn't worse as I was literally on the highway. THANK YOU Billy Cain Ford, keep up the fantastic work!!

I have bought several vehicles over the years at Billy Cain. I have always had a good buying experience, I've bought 3 vehicles from salesman Lonnie Poole & every experience has been professional & friendly. I've also used their service dept for all my normal maintenance & warranty work. Extremely professional and excellent work. Today I had an appt for The Works maintenance & a factory recall I was in and out in under 45 mins with everything completed quickly & professional. Highly recommend this dealership & salesman Lonnie Poole!

I came to Billy Cain Ford after a reoccurring issue that Athens Ford couldn t resolve and charged me $255 diagnostic fee where as Billy Cain only charges $140. A $115 difference. I was greeted by my service advisor Giavonni whom after explaining my horrific experience with Athens Ford assured me I would only pay for what I needed and they would provide me pictures of what needed to be done. Since leaving my vehicle with the service dept. Giovanni has contacted me several times to inform me as well as sent us photos of what Justin the technician had uncovered then explained the most cost effective way to solve the problem. Justin was also on the phone to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have found the service team at Billy Cain to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and have a genuine concern for me as a customerThey put people over profit unlike Athens Ford where it is profits over people. Thank you to the entire service team at Billy Cain Ford where they go the extra mile!

5 days ago I went into this establishment to trade my car in for another; the hoops I had to jump through were crazy. My bestie ended up co-signing for and they still wanted everything but the kitchen sink. Finally everything was good, after two days we signed and no other surprises, until yesterday. The salesman, David, texted me to inform me that now they need a copy of my bestie s insurance card because she is on the loan. It didn t make any sense ti either of us because . Why didn t they ask for this before the paperwork was signed and sealed and I drove off, why now, I never received an answer. David proceeded to tell me that I would have to return the car if I do not produce proof of her insurance. Is this even legal?So then David, the sales person who sold the car texted me again and said that there is an easy way around it; I could put my bestie on my insurance and text him the new card. I agreed, this was yesterday .However, my bestie and I are on different shifts, so it s difficult for her and I to get together for anything, David knows this. So he texted me back today and asked if I got it done. I told him it would have to be this Friday because her and I will be off together. David then proceeded to tell me that he doesn t know if the bank that approved the loan will hold off that long.Needless to say this is very stressful; David will not answer my question as to why this now, he is trying to rush me in doing this amd he knows our hours and what we do for a living. Not to mention no one else, Mike the finance guy for example is calling me and giving me any explanation what so ever.Where is the professionalism?

Called 3 months ago and couldn't even get a person to schedule my oul change and tire rotation. Went to Jackson ford they answered the phone! So I tried again this week with cain ford and worked really hard to get someone for an appointment next day. They weren't busy . Went there today and was a disaster from the start and I ended up back in my truck calling Jefferson fird fir a appointment. I will never use Cain ford for anything!!!!!

My driver seatbelt buckle sensor circuit was messed up on my 2021 Ford Bronco, still covered under warranty. I called 4 Ford Dealerships and was told they would need to keep my car for diagnostics for 1 to 4 weeks and no one had a loaner in stock. Tim at Billy Cain Ford told me to bring it in and it would only take an hour or two to diagnose and get the part ordered. He was able to put the part in the next day!

Outstanding Service from Tim Russel, the Internet Sales Manager. I found my new used vehicle via CarGurus.com, and after exhausting a lot of listings I found the exact model and safety features I was hunting for. Tim had the patience, knowledge, and professionalism that any consumer would ever want. I let him know my timeline, let him know we already test drove the car close to home, and all we needed was a drive-out price. I found financing through my credit union, handled all the paperwork between the bank, dealership, and me online so all had to do was drive 50 miles to pick up the car. Tim and I texted each other days leading up to picking up the keys which made our time efficient. The entire process at the dealership might have taken 20 minutes after he gave me a tour of the car to make sure it was cleaned, polished, scratch free, and we knew how to drive it off the lot. I would drive 50 miles out of my way in the future to buy a Ford just to get the service I received from Billy Cain Ford.

They have gained new life long clients. We have been looking for a very long time for a vehicle. This market is insane. A lot of salesman and dealerships we have been too just want to make quick money. They don't care that the person on the other side of that table has a family that needs a reliable vehicle to get around. Thankfully all of that is the opposite at Billy Cain. Chuck, the sales manager, and all the staff at Billy Cain Ford are top notch. I didn't think good, wholesome, HONEST, and family oriented sales teams existed anymore, but they do at Billy Cain Ford. Great vehicles at very fair prices. Highly recommend them!

Had an appointment at 9am fir service. I arrived early at 8:25. I pull3d into the covered service area and waited. Many...and I mean many people walked back and forth but NO ONE, would stop and help me. I even asked one man if there were anyone from service in and he said there all in here. I asked if he could send someone out. I am disable and on oxygen and I waited more. A total of 45 minutes passed when I was able to wave down someone walking by and asked if he would send someone out from service. Anyone can clearly see I'm dusable and ne3d oxygen to even walk to bathroom. He looked at me and told me service is right there through those doors. By this time I was fed up with the POOR service that they were giving me with a previously set up appointment even. I have had it with Billy Cain Commerce and will never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. If you go there to just look at cars, 10 salesman swarm around you trying to get there Commission. Forget about going here if you just want some service. I am not afraid to even sign my name. Wonder if anyone cares enough to even contact me.Roy McHaney

Held onto my car for a week, told me it was ready, and I drove all the way over there to find that they hadn't left the keys out.Additionally, they claimed nothing was broken. it's very obviously not running right. it is clear to me that they have no interest in honoring warranty work, just want cash. So, after I got it back and it wasn't working, I left a voicemail with them which they never returned.Left an honest review with Ford corporate. suddenly, Billy Cain Ford is calling me back...lol

Extremely trustworthy and above board business dealings. Received the 2.0 XLT Maverick for my Father in law, still waiting for the delivery of my hybrid XLT. We were kept informed throughout the order process with regular updates. Buying process very smooth and quick. In and out in less than hour. Best overall car buying experience ever. Highly recommended.

Truly disappointed. I picked up a Dodge journey from them i asked if there was anything wrong with it they say no. Only to take it for a tune up and its about to cost me 3 thousand dollars. Battery not good, oil leaks, check engine lights on...Can you imagine? Now the say i can bring it backI wouldn't recommend them

The employees at this dealership are extremely unprofessional, rude, and even racist at times. I witnessed an extremely negative experience with the staff of the service and parts department that was not properly addressed. The director has multiple allegations against him. The wholesome family business is a facade here.

By far the best dealer in the north GA area, William is a great salesman! We have been doing business with this dealer since 2015 and bought 3 different vehicles since, and are still using the first purchase as a daily (2012 5.0 f150).

I was on my way to visit my dying mother when I hit a deer at 60 mph. Unbelievably, I could still drive the car, but decided I'd better get it checked out before continuing my trip. I pulled into Billy Cane Ford and asked for help, but was told they were booked up (and they were). Just then a man (Sean Smith, Service Manager) walked by my car and did a double-take, and said, "Man, what did you hit?" I told him a deer, and he immediately started pulling out cracked pieces, then called over other techs to check it out. They said I should not drive the car, and they could tell I was flustered, so they called a car rental agency to reserve a car for me. I was stunned by this level of service. I asked to see the manager (Cody Cain) so I could tell him about my experience and why I was anxious to get on the road, and he said "shoot, we'll just give you a car off the lot to drive, because you need to get going." Again, stunned. Mind you, I had never been to this dealer as it is about 50 miles from my home, and yet they offered me anything I could have asked for. The wrecker came, Enterprise picked me up, and I was able to continue. Thanks to the caring people at Billy Cain Ford, I was able to get to see my mother.

Billy Cain Ford In Commerce, GA has been our go to for vehicles many years! We've made I would guess 7-10 vehicle purchases over the years! The manager is not worthy to be called a manager because my dad bought a car from them and my dad asked could they put a tow hitch on it for him later he said yeah so my dad went back up there to get them to put it on for him the manager was apparently not in a good mood and took it out on my dad. He called him names and just kept on touching my dad s chin with his finger..my dad it s speaking up I be dammed I am No one should be treated that way I m not scared and especially knowing this happened to my dad no sir it isn t happening

Billy Cain Ford is the only place near Athens that I would trust with a 7.3 Powerstroke. There is a young man in the service department named Dustin who us terrific with those trucks. Great, trustworthy service. Five stars all the way!

John in service is a pleasure to work with. He answers all questions and goes out of his way to help you. He always has a friendly smile and made me feel like I was the most important customer there. I have recommend Billy Cain Ford to others. However, while the mechanics did a great job at repairing my vehicle, they left my vehicle with grease inside and out. It was all over everything. :(

This place is a joke.I'm 900 miles away, but wanted to purchase a used vehicle on their lot. Fly down and driving home. Cash in hand, no games.Called Monday morning and spoke with a gentleman about an older used vehicle. He was very short and didn't want to be bothered. Told him my situation and all I asked for is detailed pictures of any imperfections. I was told to fly down and look for myself. Really? He then said someone else will call me back to help. Three days go by, no call.I send them an email on Friday night telling them the situation and stating I just want some pictures before I get on a plane. I was told to check the website, which I already did. I again ask for high resolution photos of any scratches, dings, dents, stains, rips, etc. I'm told "don't have no scratches". I find it hard to believe a 14 year old car) vehicle with 150,000 miles has zero scratches or imperfections.On Saturday I again ask nicely for photos and I get no response. Again on Monday, no response. Today I thank them for there time and tell them I'm not pleased how things went. I get a response 'it is already sold".Bunch of lazy people occupying this dealership. Speaks volumes that they straight up refused to take a hand full of photos for an out of state buyer. Stay away!

I cant speak for sales but the service dept is a joke. They had my truck for a month and NEVER touched it. It had an obvious water pump leak and I was told that they couldnt find the problem. Excuse after excuse is all you will get. Finally went and picked it up because I needed the truck back and the service dept told me "Its ok. You'll be back." I will never return to this dealership for anything.
