I brought my car here after talking with Miss Sandra. I had took it somewhere else and noone would listen to me. I even had a list of things to check. I did some research. The technician found one thing on my list. I was grateful he took the time to check. I told him so too. We do know our car better than anyone. Thanks Automotive Team!

Don t buy or have your car repaired at Willie, Harold.Two months after I paid cash for a car you couldn t put more than 60 cents in the fuel tank. Went back for repairs and they were wrong twice. Why didn t they go try to fill it up after they thought they fixed it to check their work. My daughter drives for a living, not only did we waste 300.00 dollars but lost another 200.00 dollars a day income. What a mess! Four days in the shop and nothing was accomplished.

Willy Herold Automotive is probably the first car dealership I've been to where I didn't feel like they were trying to get both hands in my pocket. The vehicle I purchased was clean and fairly priced and they didn't try to sneak anything like mandatory arbitration in with the paperwork.

I like the fact that they dont pressure you to buy. They came out and asked if I wanted a price list of autos and I could look at what they had to offer with out a salesman followering me around.

I would not recommend this dealership especially if you appear to be/look like a young driver. These people will look at you like you are crazy and automaticaly think you can't afford anything they have to offer they seem to forget they sale USED CARS. The car that I had my eye on had a reaking smell in the car so I politely asked the salesman that if there was anything they could do to extract the smell. He then goes on with trying to argue with me and tell me that's how "lexus leather smells" as if I'm ignorant. Typically I try to avoid big dealerships but if any thing Willy Herold Automotive had me going straight back to a huge dealership to make my newest purchase. I'm hoping race didn't play a part but as a minority I shouldn't of even stepped foot into their dealership. This dealership isn't worth spending your money on and I would definitely consider going else where. Especially if you dont fit the status of white.

Bought my last two cars from the Veterans Pkwy location and I can t speak enough praise about how super nice and helpful they all are :) Cars are priced reasonably and are in good shape.

Do NOT use this shady company!! I let the salesman Andy Garcia talk me into coming to view a car at their Veterans location first and if I didn t like it to drive to the other location to get the ORIGINAL car that I wanted! He made the call over to the Warm Springs location and said I was headed over (was supposed to swap cars) Well, I didn t like the Burgundy 2010 Honda Civic he tried to sell me. 7 MINUTES later to only drive up and someone is driving off to test drive the car I drove 5 hours to buy. Not even 5 mins later, they return and say they re buying the car. The other salesman was EXCITED to tell me, they re buying it too said it with a smile on his face.I offered to put a deposit down on Friday morning to secure this purchase before I drove 5hours. Again, Andy said I didn t need it. This was GOD telling me to not use them. If they re this shady, then I would probably not be getting a good car. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!Trust was lost all in the 7 MINUTES it took to drive from one location to the next .

My parents been buying cars from them for years. I Bought my 2005 Toyota Camry from there about 5-6 years ago and I had a dead end job at the time was having hard times making payments but Ms. Janet worked with me and I've since gotten a WAY better job making WAY more money and she was still working with me despite how hard it was. Highly recommend.

Oh I love going Willy Herold to get of my problems fixed. Been going there for like 12 years ever since I've purchased my 1st car from them. The service team is super friendly n helpful. Thank you Sandra n Brian for always fixing my car problems. And of course, Mr. Long helping finance my 1st car years ago

Andy got me in an excellent vehicle for a great price. The best part of shopping with Willy Herold is that they won t pressure you to try to buy something above your price range. They are happy to get you into something you can actually afford. We ll always buy our used cars from these folks!

I like looking at cars, getting an idea for what I want. They have a good selection of cars and the price is up front. They never hound you or pressure you about buying, just let us look and answer questions about the cars. I feel comfortable going back and looking at their new cars. I have not heard any bad experience about the dealership.

We had a wonderful experience! I found the vehicle i wanted to look at on their website and when we got to the dealership it looked exactly how it looked in the pictures. Stephan was super Laid back and easy to work with. I feel in love with the vehicle and we decided to buy right then. The process was pretty quick and easy! We even had our 3 year old twins with us and they even enjoyed being there! We will absolutely go there again!

Was recommended for their services on my 2010 Honda Accord. I just popped in on a Saturday to get a service menu price list. They're very professional very friendly. The tech was in and was able to give me an oil change on a Saturday. The prices for their services are very reasonable. I look forward to doing future business with them. I will be getting a rotation and balance and a front end alignment. I will leave another review and let you know how it goes. So far I am very impressed with their professionalism and their prices

2 weeks ago my gf and I went here to check out a car we saw online. When we arrived, someone was test driving the car so we just looked around the lot. It didn't take long before a gentleman came out to greet us who just happened to be the owner himself. He was very pleasant and wanted to help us find a vehicle that fits our budget. He wasn't pushy at all but informative by letting us know what was available on this lot and his other location we might be interested in. I appreciate that because car shopping can be a drag and I like getting to the point. Luckily, the test drivers didn't want to buy the car we were interested in so we test drove it. We liked it and we bought it. What sets Willy Herold Automotive apart from other used car lots is that he puts a dealers warranty on ALL vehicles that don't have a manufactures warranty. The warranty wasn't much but it let me know that he is confident he isn't selling junk cars to people because he is willing to pay if something were to happen to it. The car is running great and we are very pleased with our purchase!

Bought a car there at the veterans blvd location. Andy garcia was very helpful and professional. There cars are at a good price with low mileage. I would definitely recommend them .

Although I did not end up buying a car I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Willy Herold. The salesman John who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything he could to get me in my dream car. I would highly recommend anybody checking this place out , they have a wide selection of different vehicles with a very hometown feel. John if you're reading this, hopefully I'll see you this year!

I called asked some very basic details about a vehicle for sale. (How many keys, owners manual). He said I could get them off ebay myself. I asked if smoked in, he didn't know. I asked if he could check first since I live very far away. He said ok, i asked if he could call back if he was busy he said ok and hung up, didn't ask my name or number.

Bought a car from them that came with a bunch of issues, some of which were simple that should have been fixed before I bought it but they said there was no way of knowing if it was their fault or my fault so I was responsible for them all. Purchased their warranty which the salesman kept pushing because it supposedly covered so many things, but after paying over $1000 into it, it never covered any of the issues I had.The service department is incredibly incompetent - on two separate occasions I took my car there for an issue, and had to take it back a week later because they didn't fix it. I called in about an issue on a Saturday and one of the techs told me it was a common issue with a different model and he could fix it for me. He poked around for less than 10 minutes and said my model didn't have the same set up and would have to bring it by the following Monday, and he charged me $100 for that. After complaining about it, they were only willing to refund $50 of it.The following week after that, the problem started happening again (because the tech forgot to take a tab off a replacement part, according to the receptionist) so I took it back in on a day the service department was closed, and spoke with one of their salesmen about it. When he found out I wasn't there to buy a car he seemed really uninterest in my problem and basically shrugged his shoulders and said I could just take my car elsewhere to get it fixed if I wasn't happy.I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company and can't recommend them to anyone.

Car was financed here and never had any problem with the car at all. The car is still working very well only general maintenance. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car from here.Service: FinancingService: Financing

I absolutely love these guys. Great customer service. Listened to my situation and helped my find a car in my budget with my type credit. If looking for a car please shop here. I've been to plenty of places and they dont listen when i explain what i need. These guys are not pushy and want to get you in the car that will best fit you and your life.

First off they don't wear mask.So they don't care about customer safety at both locations. When I was with Andy (the veteran location) he quoted my 2011 Mitsubishi Glant for $4000. But the other location has more options so I drove to the other location where the guy quoted a different amount of $2000 for my car. When I asked why the guy told me that's his quote note the other guys. So both locations clearly run business differently. Also most the cars that was being shown were used. The location at Warm Stringers refuses to negotiate on price but Andy at the Veteran location will. Which is funny because the 2016 Kia optima he showed me follows under the year that needs to be recalled. I would think that a car sales man would lower the price if a car would come in that state and not be 19k. Also, I bought my car 2011 Mitsubishi Glant from them 3 years ago. Within the second month of having it I had engine problems and I had to pay $3000.00 for a hold brand new engine for the car. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVICE NOBODY TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO SEE ANDY AND NOT THE LOCATION ON WARMS SPRINGS I WILL BE BUYING MY VECHICLE FROM A ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY JUST LOSE A CUSTOMER.

I bought a used vehicle from them this summer. Paid cash, things were great. UntilIt rained and my car stopped working. (Engine sensors getting wet) Then I had to replace the battery within two months of purchasing the vehicle, and now the heater won t work the first time I ve gone to use it. They claim it was working when it was sold, but to now have to pay almost $2,000 to replace clogged and broken parts, from their 101 point inspection... you should stop and probably rethink. Immediately after driving it off the lot a German cockroach was in the vehicle, I suppose that was the sign of horrible things to come. But now I know and y all should too. Other than that I do love my vehicle. I just don t think I ll ever go there, or allow family and friends to go to Willy Harold automotive.

I went there today looking to buy a car. I test drove one and we worked out the price and everything. I told the salesman that I would be back on Monday to pick the car up because I needed to go to the bank. Andy Garcia told me that he would put a sold sign on the car. I took a nap and woke up to 3 missed calls, and he left a message telling me that he sold it. If you want someone who will lie to you, someone who will make empty promises to you, and someone who is just after the dollar Andy Garcia is your man. His handshake and his word me nothing. He'll lie through his teeth straight in your face. 10/10 do not recommend.

Saw a Ram truck on autotrader that I wanted to look at. I went in with pre-approval from my credit union took look at the truck. Test drove it for 15 minutes by myself, and the next morning came in with a check and bought it. The truck was priced below bluebook and NADA and they were incredibly friendly every step of the way. They stayed late the first day to fax information over to my bank and everything! I would 100% recommend Willy Herold.

They have some really good vehicles here, but if your credit under 600, don't even think about it.. they won't finance you.

Very good experience, the gentleman who helped us was very informative and give us different options on how to buy the vehicle, mainly was not pushing to make a sell, talk to us like a normal person.
