I went to get my battery replaced and Dame was extremely helpful! He walked me through the process, was very informative and got me in and out of there in 20 minutes! I get all my oil changes and tires from this Walmart. I had been calling all day and no one ever answered the phone. I drove there from Westpoint because I needed service. I called as I was walking in the door. Phone was not ringing. Lady at the counter was on her personal cellphone. I asked her what was wrong with the phone? She said nothing and proceeded to put the cord back into the receiver so it can ring. I think that is ridiculous and lazy.

This location was so helpful!:) The woman who answered the phone to the men that helped with our tire. Everyone was incredibly helpful after we were stranded for the night with a bum tire. Thank you for being open Sunday and being so incredibly helpful. :)Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely horrible experience. Asked to talk to the manager, well he was the person working on my car! Was planning on taking my truck, but not now. Will never go back. 2 1/2 hours to change 2 tires after car was already pulled in.

They didn't even check my warranty. I bought a tire because they had to be ordered because they didn't carry them. Bought it from Walmart to replace a tire with belt separation and they didn't even attempt to honor the warranty. No more tires from Walmart for me.

Ugh. There s a reason this place is my last resort when it comes to car care. Incredibly slow customer service. Too busy to handle customers. Expect to wait a long time for anything. Employees are always having issues with something (computers not working, miscommunication, etc). There are better Walmart s to choose from.

The cashier was nice but the time it took to get new tires was unacceptable. They told me a hour and a half my car will be ready. I was there for for a additional hour for 4 tires. I was not happy with my service at all

Went to get an oil change, the vehicle was there for hours, and then they said there was a leak, when asked to show where it was, they pulled up a video that didn t show a leak. Changed the oil ourselves and, no leak

They were a little slow and my oil was very light colored, almost like it wasn't enough or the right kind

I hated the service they had my car for 2 hours and didn't do anything... call me and told me the Machine had broken ..... What machine I'm getting an oil change

They get your oil changed, and they spill it in the process, and leave oily hand prints on the door. Now I get to smell burning oil from my truck until it all burns off because they cannot reach where it all went. All other Walmarts I have been to, they meet you out at your car when you pull in so they can get all your information while you are at the car, here you go in, stand in line, go back out to your car, come back in then choose what you want them to do. Seems like a waste of time. It is sad when you don't ever expect much from a store, then they let you down even more. Not coming back here for anything automotive.

Did not open until after 7am and when i mean open i literally mean just the doors. They were unprepared on everything else. Somehow always manage to take an hour or more. Don't bother with this hassle if you can avoid it.

Charge extra for everything including mounting, balancing & valve stems. Then another fee to get rid of old tires. It all adds up quickly

I was road tripping when the TPMS light came on. They checked my tires put valve stem caps on. In and out with no charge.The only thing I didn't like is the person who was picking up their car and had a cart full of groceries, etc. They should have been told they couldn't check out there. It's an AUTOMOTIVE CENTER!

The staff was very knowledgeable about the product but it took 4 hours to install one tire on my car. I was not a happy girl when I left

We were told it would be a two hour wait to plug a tire when they were backing the only car they had out of the bay. When questioned why it would be so long, they said they only had one person. No other cars were outside. We went down the road to another tire store and were assisted within a few minutes even though they had other cars.

This is the ONLY Walmart Tire Center in Columbus that actually answers their phones! Give them an award!!!!

I went for an oil change and was told they have reached the max number of cars for the day. It was 1130 and they CLOSE AT 6PM.
