I was so impressed with finally meeting an honest mechanic. We were unaware of the fact that the trunk was opening on the Kia sarento because my husband had the other set of keys near the vehicle. He diagnosed the problem and didn't charge for letting us know what we were doing. I have recommended this clinic to multiple people. Love the reception we receive going in. They are very friendly and make you feel so welcomed.

Mr. Todd and his team were exceptional! They diagnosed the problem and repaired within 3 days. Mr. Todd even called the day after we picked up the car to ensure everything was running fine. I have been very pleased with the work Todd and his guys have done for me over the past several years. He is always very prompt, he follows up after his work is done to be sure everything is working correctly, his guys stayed late one evening to ensure I could get my vehicle back the same day which was huge, his repairs routinely cost less than quoted at other service shops. I dropped off an old 85 chevy caprice to get the tail lights rewired 1st off he over charged me 1100 to fix it an he kelp my car for 4 months til this day my tail lights still have a shortage this is the far most worst mechanic I experienced I work on cars so I know it didn't take that long an he definitely over charged for something that's still having issues don't take your car to him I definitely want be returning when a friend told me he only paid a guy 150 to fix his lights on his old school

Imagine this you give a guy 1500 dollars (after he quotes you at around 425), fixes your damaged vehicle, then 3 weeks later you come back with the same issue which HE CHARGES YOU FOR INSPECTING. THE ISSUE THAT HE MESSED UP. Wait, it gets better. Then, after you try to express your frustration about the situation, he begins screaming at you, taking shots about you being p***y whipped and stating I ve never worked for anything in my life (even though I ve worked my entire life). This guy is a joke, his shop is criminal, and he is the by far the worst mechanic I ve ever dealt with. Believe me when I tell you I m not the only one, because the two ladies who were in the shop with me were agreeing with all my frustrations, giving hand gestures and shaking their heads in favor of what I was saying. Please for the love of god go anywhere but here. Please. This guy is the worst.

I took my 1989 Buick LeSabre here because it needed a new steering column and had a great experience! Having such an old car I have a lot of shops just tell me they can't find parts but they found one on eBay for a reasonable price and had it in the day after it got there! Todd seems extremely knowledgeable and has a high standard for his employees "we had a little mixup with the column being crooked but they got it sorted out same day". Wonderful people and very polite over the phone every time I called.

Good so far. I'm having the engine/ turbo charger in my BMW replaced. Todd seems to be very friendly and we agree on the services needed to get my transportation back functioning. I'll be back to give an update once services are rendered and I've driven the car for a while.Update: Work on car is complete. Had to bring it back a second time due to some issues I noticed. Todd was very understanding and immediately fixed the issue. Even volunteer to look at it again in a few days just to be sure all is well. At this point I am very pleased with the work performed.

This was my first time going to this shop. I honestly had never heard of them before. After paying out so much money from a previous shop telling me it was my battery and then another issue, I decided to go online and find another shop. I called Todd s Auto Clinic and spoke with Todd. I explained to him what was going on with my car and he told me I don t think it s what I had been told but bring it by and I will look at it. I took my car to him the next morning. Todd assured me he would run some tests and give me a call before doing any work on my car. In about 2 hours and I received a call and Todd told me what was wrong (which was not what I was told from previous mechanic) and informed me of the price. I gave him permission to proceed and got my car back by the end of the day. Needless to say my car is driving just like when I first bought it. From the phone call until I picked up my car, I received nothing but great customer service. Thank you Todd. Job well done.

They were supposed to replace the value cover gasets. I watched my daughter pay them almost 400 dollars and the car still leacked oil even more then before. We had another mechanic look at the car and the other machanic showed us the gaskets had not been replaced. The same old gaskets were on the car. The gaskets were dry rotted. I called Todds automotive and they told me they had no record of the work that had been done on the car. My daughter lost the receipt so she had no proof. They kept her car for 4 days told her they replaced the value cover gaskets but they did not replace any thing . The same dry rotted gaskets was on the car. Her car ran all the way out of oil before she realized she had been ripped off.

I have a FIXD sensor and it was reading that I needed a catalytic converter replacement for awhile. It gave me two suggestions on where to go but I hesitated and got quotes elsewhere... and those quotes were astronomical! I decided to go with Todd's and I'm so glad I did. Both Todd and Dakota were pleasant and helpful to speak with and I was able to make payments over the phone, left my car with them early in the am and picked it up by close of business that same day. My car sounds and drives amazingly. Thank you Todd's Auto Clinic.

Todd s auto repair is the best. I have been without my car since Tuesday night went to one shop and they was giving me the running and when they finally started to work on my car they said that they had to stop working on my car to work on another car. Left that place and took my car to Todd s and he fixed within two hours!!!! I was so grateful. Thank you Mr. Todd

Todd's Auto Clinic was recommended to us by another business in town, and we decided to give them a try. We needed a variety of repairs on an older model Lincoln Towncar. Services included new actuators for door locks, new washer fluid pump, replacing a broken tail light, and figuring out how to fix a stuck interior door handle. We couldn't be more delighted with the professionalism and completeness of the work. Pricing and timeframe were reasonable. We will continue to use Todd's in the future as needs arise.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the motor replaced in my BMW. The first motor was a lemon since it leaked real bad. I brought the car back to Todd and he was very proactive with ordering another used motor. Went back and forth a few times, but now the car is running great. I definitely look forward to working with Todd in the future.

I was recommended to Todd's Auto Clinic by Bross Tires. Todd is a total rip off. He informed me that he ran a diagnostic test and checked the compression in my valves and stated that basically I had a bad motor. He was going to charge me $4254 or $5200 depending on what motor I wanted. We ended up paying $1100 for the same motor that he was going to purchase from the same salvage yard and I ended up getting another place to put in the motor for $900......far cry from what Todd was going to charge me. The other mechanic didn't even have to do a diagnostic test because he could tell by listening what was wrong with the vehicle. He also stated the valves hadn't even been checked. I'm sure Todd knew what was wrong with the vehicle as well, but just wanted to charge me and overcharged me for the diagnostic at that. I don't know a lot about cars but I absolutely hate when mechanics try and take advantage of women like we are totally incapable of doing our own research. Shame on Todd......stay away from this scammer.

Took it in for radiator replacement, friendly service and depending on part order quick turn around. Only problem is you should double check the work. Radiator wasn t fastened correctly and a cap fell off after a two hour drive.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My horrible experience at Todd s Auto Clinic.I was recommended to Todd s Auto Clinic by Carmax. I was advised that their service was great and to give them a try.. let s just say that was a lie!!! I went on Friday due to my care making a horrible whining noise. After paying my diagnostics fee of $100 I was advised that the bearings were bad in the car and to bring it back Monday so that it can be repaired!! Fast forward to Monday I dropped my car off at 8am and was advised they would give me a call once the repairs were completed.. 6 hours later I was advised that the whining noise was actually coming from my tires and once the tires were replaced the noice would stop. So you know what I did yup I went and got two brand new tires that costed me a little over $200 and guess what!!! THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE !!! How do you go from bad bearings to bad tires to my car is still messed up!! This was the worse service I ever experienced!! If they did not want to work my car that could ve just been said in stead of me being out of over $300 and the problem is still there!! I would never recommend them to work on anyones care!! Their customer service is horrible.

I brought my car up here a week after I got it. For them to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my car, and they kept my car all day. I'll come back the very next week to get my car looked after because it's still not acting right. They did the same thing they kept my car all day, this time they didn't even look at it. I'll call corporate and they told me I had to come back to this place. The last time I brought my car up here they told me I had to pay $230 and it was not covered under the warranty. I was very upset on the way I was treated and my time being wasted. They could have told me all of this the week after I got the car. But they waste my time and my energy and I do not recommend this place. After I made this post the owner called me and was yelling at me for leaving a review! He told me that US Auto Sales was the one that screwed me over and it wasn't him! He is very unprofessional and I still don't recommend this place! Todd needs a better attitude.

I want to share my experience. I have a truck and it was shutting down on me while driving. It was throwing off all kinds of codes. So I do the usual routine. Take it to get the codes read. I change a few sensors and clean the throttle body. Still no luck. I took it to a couple places before I was recommended by Firestone to go to Todd's because they do computer work. I wasn't exactly sure if it was the engine or computer. I took it to Todd's and explained what all I had already done and what Firestone had said. He appeared to listen, but I don't think he really heard me. I mad a bad decision I get that now. He came back with the fact that I needed a new engine. I trusted him because I knew it was one or the other (engine or computer) I assumed he checked both. He had to order the new engine. So fast forward. He gets my new engine and in the process breaks my catalytic converter. I feel he should have been responsible for that, but I pay because it was old. He never once offered to pay since they broke it... i come to pick my truck up and they tell me it's ready, but it's shutting off. Are you serious that's why I brought it in!!!! So they test the PCM. Todd says I need a new one. I said that's not the computer though right? He says no.... Well I come back to pick it up after that and on my receipt it shows a computer charge and PCM charge?! So he's lied to me about this. He also lied when he told me we could keep our old engine. He says let me call my supplier. Yeah because my engine was still good.... After I pick my truck up for a 2nd time. It is shaking very badly. He says oh that may be you're transmission mount. He does replace that at no charge. Only because he has already gotten $7,000 out of me for a $1,000 job. My truck is still shaking and he claims it maybe the motor mounts. I know it is because I have looked and there is a crack in one. Firestone showed me. He allegedly inspected it before giving me my truck back. So how did he not see this??? I have been lied to and taken advantage of. Yes I made a bad decision, one that has cost me so much. Please use caution when you go here or anywhere. I wish I had of at least read the reviews for this place. I don't know how he sleeps well at night as this is still bothering me.

Took truck in for a timing chain replace. On February 17th Was told 3 day job. On the 5th day after being told it may be ready that afternoon. It wasn't even disassembled when I went in. Mechanic was unsure of what he was doing. On March 3rd I picked up truck. Drove 30min front end was soaked in oil. I took it back. The mechanic cracked the valve cover. You could obviously see it. I was told the gasket was just pushed out easy fix. So I left it and was called and told they fixed the gasket. When I went back I looked at cover they had at gasket the cover instead of replacing it. When I confronted him he said that they ordered a new cover but it wasn't in so they patched it so I could drive it. But replacing the cover wasn't mentioned till I asked why it wasn't replaced when they cracked it. So I drove it over weekend oil was still leaking. I took it back Wednesday the following week. Thursday they called and said it was fixed no more oil leaks. I was dropped off to get truck just to drive it 15 min to find that it was still leaking oil. Took it back to find timing chain cover was leaking also. After truck being there another few days I was called again to be told truck was ready there was no oil leaks and no puddles. Just to arrive and see a oil puddle under truck.. so after leaving it again. I'm told that a truck that left no oil puddles before I took it to this shop is gonna leak cause of its high miles. And I will need to pay them to repair something that wasn't leaking before he touched it. I would not take your vehicle here you will not be treated right regardless how many years you known them. Or when you do a service for him and treat him right do not expect the same in return ..i took truck in February 17th its March 15th and I still have a leaking truck I'll be having to pay someone else to fix and finish this job.. lessons learned I'll pay the extra money to have ford work on truck from now on.. .. reply to mr Todds reply. They did not notice a crack upon repair. It was given to me with a cracked valve cover. I had to take it back after front end was covered in oil only 30 min in driving.. he stated that the gasket was only pushed out. After leaving the vehicle 2 days he claimed to have fixed gasket. And no leaks. When I arrived they had silicone the valve cover and had said nothing to I confronted him about it. Then after that the timing chain cover was leaking. And now there is oil leaking from the back .. and he's correct I would not pay him to wash a car little alone work on one that takes 1 month and several oil leaks for a 2 to 3 day job. For fear what else they could break on my truck.. Very unprofessional. Do not do business here. Do your homework.. I have shared on Facebook and several people have commented that they have had similar experiences ..what person in their right mind would pay someone to fix something else after a month of shotty work. Excuses and lies. I can't prove they it. But I'm smart enough to not let them destroy anything elseService: General repairs & maintenance

The owner Todd is very involved in the day to day management. I was great promptly and they listened to my vehicle concerns. I only had minor repairs here, but I will go back if/when my vehicle needs additional maintenance.
