Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they give discounts to Veterans as well. They have ALWAYS done quality work on my car ! I won't go to another mechanic shop !

Lets first start with Tires first not being an equal opportunity employer. I have witnessed black employees working to the best of their ability while white employees pace back and forward strolling their phones and chatting with one another! First clue things were going down hill! Then I started doing price checks on a quote I was given! Tires first was damn near double!Wouldn't recommend this company if the owner paid me!!!

I used to always take my vehicles to Tires First. Over the years, their service has gone downhill, just like so many others. They were once a great value, now they're just another tire store. Now that they've put Dave Platta on the payroll, after he was fired by WTVM for refusing to get vaccinated against Covid-19, they'll never get another dime from me.

Outstanding service. I used to take my car straight to the dealership for service, overpaying for simple services each time. Came to tires 1st out of convenience and I've never gone anywhere else since!! Staff is incredibly friendly and HONEST. They give you honest pricing and opinions. Teddy is the absolute best and anyone else I've dealt with were great as well! It so refreshing to have a small business that doesn't make profiting off of customers the #1 priority.

I am behind of of their trucks and it's swerving all over 2 lanes. He has almost hit over 15 vehicles. He has ran off the road multiple times. The he sped up to an insane speed and started cutting people off. I tried calling the owner to no.avail. and figured this would get in touch with them. Truck #1697 tag#ofm7599

Couldn't do the required repair do to model of vehicle and then damaged my supplied part didn't give me my remaining parts back very unprofessional. And also got grease on interior and exterior.

Left my van with them for brakes, tire rotation, oil change, and 150000 mile tune up. Took 3 days to get my van back and recently my air starting spitting water meaning it was freezing up. Took the cabin air filter out and it was never changed. Now I question what else they took short cuts with. Guess I need to check my spark plugs

For tires they're great but I don't understand being charged $171 for lug nuts when they retail in many stores for under $50 for the whole set. Received a follow-up call from tires plus explaining the accidental overcharge on the lug nuts and was issued a credit for it. It was an honest mistake and I am editing this review to reflect it. I will definitely be using and recommending them.

Spent $800 on new brakes and rotors and got the warranty on everything. When my wife picked up the vehicle and got on the highway the brake pedal went to the floor and she almost rear ended another car. Took it back and and they re-worked it, but it still didn't brake like it was supposed to. After this a clicking noise started in the front wheel and then it started pulling to the left when braking hard. Took it back and they told me "Now it needs calipers, (not covered under the warranty), and that will be another $750". I've been going here for 20 years, but never again.

Tires first used to be fantastic. I took the wheels off my trailer and took them over there to make it easy on them and it took 3 trips some calls and failed promises to finally get them mounted over 24hrs later. I finally went in and requested either my money back or my tires I had paid for that I know they had in stock because they took me to the warehouse to see them and they FINALLY mounted them while I was standing there. Then proceeded to give more excuses and My wife and I had to throw them in my truck after all that. I don t know what happened to this place but it isn t what it used to be and it s time to try somewhere else next time I need something tire related. I literally just needed 2 simple trailer tires and it turned into 2 days of drama.

Great service, while on our way home I noticed the rear tires were wearing bad so I called tires first and thy came right out and put a new one on my 38ft trailer.The gentleman that did the work was excellent, thanks again.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tire s First for over 15 years and have never left disappointed. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly and make it less stressful to deal with any issues. I have always experienced great customer service and reasonable prices. I never hesitate and always recommend Tire s First to everyone that needs tires or work done on their vehicles.

Outstanding service, I take all of my vehicles, personnel and business there to get not only tires, but also mechanical work done. They have never let me down as far as great price, work and in a timely manner. There is no place that I would take my vehicles to.

The customer service was good, but unfortunately the workmanship was not. Had to go back twice because the wrong valve stems were installed and leaking. When the third stem went bad I took my business elsewhere. This happened with in 2 weeks of install. 2 stars because only 2/5 wheels were done correctly.

Came pretty early (845) to have ONE tire put on. It s after 10, STILL waiting, not crowded, won t be back.

I was told this place was first come first serve so I got here early this morning as I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. When the front desk person arrived he started taking in customers ahead of me like I wasn t even standing in front of his desk. I have had horrible experiences here with work on my truck and often times bringing it back for them to work on the same things over and over again . The rudeness today made me wonder why I even bother. I will pay extra for my tires and service somewhere else.

We were looking for someone that had nitrogen because our tires were low. Tires 1st we were told had what we needed. When we arrived there was no place to park. We had to drive around for a while before we got a parking space. When we finally got inside a man told us that we just needed to drive around back and someone would fill us up. We drove around back and this nice girl filled our tires. She wasn t even going to charge us but I gave her $5. which she refused but I insisted that she take it. Nice place but very busy which stands to reason. They must be really good at what they do.

My husband and I spent nearly $500 for 2 tires, a rotation and an alignment. 1st they called before I even brought my vehicle in talking about a jeep I don't own because another person with the same first name came in. This had me nervous because checking a name should be easy. My husband didn't have any other issues after getting up there and having the work performed. This morning I get in my car to go to work and check tire pressures. My tires should be at 35 psi per the door panel. I had 4 different tire pressures one was at 44 psi and another at 29. How do I have 4 different pressures immediately after tire services. This should be the easiest thing to get right. So I call this morning and spoke with I believe JD. He seemed really annoyed that I even called to bring this to his attention at all. I'm sorry but if I can't trust a tire shop to put the correct tire pressure in my tires how will I have any trust for them to repair something significant should the need arise. I wasn't asked my name or anything. He had every opportunity to be courteous and apologetic but I perceived attitude and for that reason my family will not be back.

Great customer service. Dealt with Allen on a brake issue. Everything was covered under the warranty. They stand by their work.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING SPECIFIC. Twice I have bought a specific set of tires from Geary with exactly what I want on the ticket and then the wrong tire shows up and they will mount it anyway. Each time I complain it s the wrong set and they re like sorry not much we can do about it unless you want to buy the other ones WITHOUT EVEN EATING THE COST OF THEIR OWN MESS UP. Will not be receiving any of my business any longer.

Want to express a huge THANK YOU to Teddy Bibbs for his exemplary customer service to me this week. Unfortunately, I ran over a very large screw that punctured my tire - but, I was able to drive my vehicle to Tires First in hopes of getting it repaired quickly. This is where Teddy comes into play. He was extremely courteous and professional - and assured me he would get me take care of. In what seemed like no time, my tire had been repaired and I was able to get back out to completing the errands that I had lined up for the day! THANKS AGAIN TEDDY!!!

I noticed a flat tire when I went to use my car. I do not have a spare so I called Tires First and they sent a mobile repair truck to my house. I was told to expect them in the hour and they arrived on time. Devon was the service tech, he was courteous, efficient and thorough. I had a new tire and a functioning auto and a no hassle experience! Great job Tires First!

Take forever with your vehicle no matter what the job is or how early you get there, try to sell you additional stuff you don't need, super over priced. Had thermostat replaced that went bad after only a few months, had it replaced somewhere else trustworthy for a fraction of the cost and did not take two days to replace. Shop around before taking your vehicle to this place.

Tires First has been great to me. I have purchased two full sets of tires from them and have had multiple oil changes from them. The prices are hard to beat. The customer service has been great. Tom always responds to any issue I have right away even late in the evening after closing. I would recommend Tires First to anyone looking for a good tire shop in the Columbus area.

Had a slow leaking tire. These guys ordered the tire and got it in quickly. Saturday's are a short day and when I arrived there was quite the line... however my car was taken back quickly and new tire placed on in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and polite and though busy they did not let you see them sweat. I will be going back to these guys for all my tire needs!

Tires First is by far, one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. The people are courteous, helpful, and friendly, anyone that posts a bad review about them are the type of people that can't be pleased, no matter what you do for them. Yes, they may be a little pricey than other places in town, but the work is quality, one thing you can't put a price on is "Quality." Keep up the great work Tires First.

Highly recommend coming here. We were fortunate to break down where we did. Brian the road service tech was out within a hour to fix our tire. He went above and beyond to do a check over of our RV and noticed the other tires were probably going to cause issues for us down the road. Jim at the store kindly recommended a nice RV park right up the road for us to stay at so we could come back today. We called and spoke with Tom this morning, who got us in and out. They were so accommodating and helpful. Very flexible and easy to work with. All staff we encountered were extremely knowledgeable and kind.
