I recently had to have my radiator replaced this past week. I decided on this place and I m sure glad I did. The service here was phenomenal! Everyone here is so down to earth and real easy to talk to. I ve got nothing but compliments to say about the service and personal here. I will certainly be bringing my ride to this place moving forward. Don t get me wrong it sucks to drop money on your ride that you didn t intend on doing but when you do you need to bring it here.

Horrible. I came there two weeks ago with my Chrysler Sebring and paid $1200 to get fuel injectors replaced. Two weeks later I am getting the same error code and car malfunction.

Tire pro was awesome! The representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful to determine exactly what I needed for my truck. They did an amazing job.

Honest and trustworthy! I had a box cutter blade get caught in my tire and noticed it while near their shop. So I pulled in almost at closing. They were very professional and helped me immediately. They also held onto my tire while they waited for me to order the new tire! I really appreciate these guys.

Service starts with the owner to every employee. All were extra helpful and very friendly. Amazing environment while your waiting. I go to tire pro for my work truck and personal vehicles. Never have a complaint.

To begin with a price quote was requested and was different than what was paid. Wanting to get things done showed up early, heard the mechanics griping about can't even get the doors open before people showed, up it was 5 minutes after opening. Was told some true things double checked to verify. Was told some false things also. Was very annoyed how someone's lack of knowledge was joked about, because someone with the knowledge called them prior to her arrival. As a customer whose mechanical inclined you don't expect to be questioned about your purchase. That was in very poor taste, and very unprofessional. I have worked with several mechanics several years ago and currently in a different area. I have worked in mechanic shops also. You do not talk down to your customers or about the people surrounding the customer. I will do whatever possible to avoid this business in the future. I will likely make sure everyone I speak too also avoids this business.Service: Tires

I'm not sure what the deal was today but they're are usually very respectful and helpful people. I sent my brother to them because I know they always give good customer service but he said he wasn't pleased. He wanted to ask the guy a question to see if they did inspections. He said the guy acted like he didnt want anything to do with him. It's just disappointing when you feel good enough about a place to send your loved ones and friends there just to get kicked in the face like that. High stress situations is understandable but it was just a question.

This is a great place to have your car serviced. WALMART has changed the oil in my daughter's Honda since 2015. When I carried it there this time they said they couldn't do it cause the bolt on my oil was rounded off. Well, they are the only one that has changed it. But this morning I took it to Tire Pro on Milgen Road, and they changed my oil and I had them replace the bolt without any problems. Roy treats everyone with respect and honesty. Try them out and you won't be sorry! 10/27/22 Well today my SUV was sick, so I took it to the Tire Pro doctor on Milgen Rd. They diagnosed my problem. After I somewhat recovered from the repair estimate, I agreed to let them fix the problem. Our economy is terrible cause everything is much higher than a couple of years ago, so be prepared to take a hit on your savings account. I believe that Tom did the work on my vehicle and he seems to have done a great job. It drove like a new car and I do love my car, so thanks for getting me on the road again. I always trust this repair facility to do a good job. 3/20/23 My truck died on Friday. I had it towed to Tire Pro and they allowed me to lock it up, leave it in their front lot over night under the watchful eyes of their security cameras. They repaired it Saturday and I picked it up this morning. They did a great job as usual, and my truck runs good . If you are looking for a dependable garage to have your car serviced or repaired, Tire Pro is the place to go... try them and you'll be glad you did!

While I was in Columbus in the process of moving from central NC I had a real bad shimmy I d noticed on my drive down and decided to get it checked out before my drive back up. Happened upon Tire Pro Inc and oh man what a fantastic experience! George and the team went above and beyond getting the balance issue fixed and then some! I told them they had a new regular customer and I am grateful to have found a reliable and hardworking crew to handle my auto needs before I m even officially down there!! Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of me and getting me on the road safely!!

I bought tires here less 3 months later they went bad. I went back to tire pro. They were rude and did not solve my problem

All I can say is Goodyear, I m not fond of the location. I switch over to Mavis. They take Goodyear Credit card, and they will drive you to pick up the credit card. I like them, the prices are way cheaper and they didn t turn me down because I didn t have the card in hand, instead, they drove me right around the corner, understanding my blowout. Also, they put on tires for $25 (even if you don t buy theirs) and they do oil, tire rotations, and all that good stuff. I felt like family at Mavis Midland location.I can t argue with Goodyear, I felt uncomfortable returning to that location. Yet, I do feel comfort expressing differences in other companies and how they made me feel and how they took care of me. I understand Goodyear had a change is policy with the credit cards, making it harder for a person who doesn t keep them on hand during tire emergencies. Yet, I m grateful too, for explore and experience different companies.

Great experience with having my oil changed. The price was half of what I've paid to have my oil changed at other places, and I didn't have to wait half the day for the job to be done. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - I really enjoy chatting with them. I was so impressed, I sent my mom to have her oil changed here, too. Good thing I did! Her car had stalled the day before, and another shop she took it to said they couldn't find any reason why it would have stalled. The guys at Tire Pro found a rat's nest in the air filter box! No wonder the car stalled! They cleaned it all out, sanitized it, and made sure there were no other problems, then changed her oil. WE will definitely be back!

Price jackets! I called to ask around about a specific tire. Five stores quotes the tire ranging 170-194. They stated $374 out the door! Are you crazy or just greedy? DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THEM. I'll wait the two days for a different store. THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY OVERCHARGING!!!! NEED TO BE REPORTED!

Took my truck to get alignment and told Employee exactly what it was doing which the front tires were wearing on the inside and truck was drifting to the right. When they were done doing only toe adjustments. They said Mechanic told them there were not any specs on other adjustments. I did not receive a print out of the alignment. So when they were thru I got in my truck and drove home thinking that all was good. And nothing changed much on driving truck still drifting to the right. And worse now than when I took it in. They also told me they done all they could do.

I was having issues with my air not cooling. I was charged over $250 for the repairs by Tire Pro. I paid and left. I took my car back to advise the air was still not cooling. They assured if was fine and it was just a hot day. So, I left. Few days later, my check engine light came on. I took it back and they wouldn't assist. I didn't drive the car much. But I finally took it to another shop. It was diagnosed I needed a compressor for my air conditioner. I went back to Tire Pro to let them I know what transpired. Roy wasn't hearing it with his 40 years of being a master mechanic. He advised me that an air compressor would not cause a check engine light to come on. He was very rude and would not listen. His customer service skills could use a refresher. I filed a complaint with GoodYear. Our name should not be represented that way. He's unaware that I'm a GoodYear stockholder. The other representives I dealt with were very helpful.

I priced tires all over town before coming here. Not only did they beat everyone's prices but their customer service skills are amazing! They welcomed my dog inside, which is not common given that he's a 75# lab. When my new tires had a manufacturer defect, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue that, in all honesty, is not really their fault. Other businesses need to follow in the footsteps of this kind hearted and honest company.

Very disappointing.An air pressure sensor needed replacement. Since I was getting new tires it was a good time to replace the old. I mentioned in every conversation that I wanted the sensor serviced or replaced. Well they only had three of the four tires that I needed, so I had to go back for the fourth tire. I was at the store on the following Monday and no tire. I mentioned again about the tire pressure sensor. So I gave them a couple more days to get the tire, I expected a phone call that it was in and never got. So when I finally went back and got my fourth tire, and while it was off the rim, I asked again to replace the sensor on the very rim they were working on. I was told that they didn't have time to do it. That is shabby customer service, and I won't go back except to get my tires rotated, and I'm sure that will take a day for them to do at best.

Great service and highly recommend. They helped me when I had a big job that needed to be done ASAP. The fact that I was financially struggling at the time, they were very accommodating and gave me helpful details about the Goodyear Credit Card. Just be sure to pay off the payments within the 6 months of usage.

My husband called & talked to George. We got information we needed and went in the next day. Received 4 new tires, a computerized 4 wheel alignment. Runs like a smooth sportage now. The $ 50.00 mail in rebate was nice also. We will be back!

I went here regarding two nails in my tire. Can t lie, the customer service upon arrival was good. They got my information and pulled my car in to check. They came back and told me that the tire couldn t be patched. Therefore, I had to replace. I expressed with the owner that my tires were under warranty with Walmart Road-hazard (a warranty they offer for their tires). However, they re not open due to COVID-19. Therefore, I purchased a tire for my vehicle at Tire Pro. The tire would take a day and a half to come in, 12pm the next day. Long story short, I was able to get Walmart to fix my tire through an emergency appointment the next morning before the tire was scheduled to arrive to Tire Pro, INC. I immediately went to Tire Pro, INC to stop the order and ask for a refund. I was asked to come back tomorrow because the guy who does buy-backs wasn t in. I come in the next day asking for a refund and was met with an extremely negative tone, a different one, from two days before. Long story short, he didn t give me a refund for the tire, but for the service charges. I understand they don t hold the tire in stock, but I tried to stop the order. He wasn t there! However, what made me upset the most was the fact that he made me feel like a liar about getting my tire fixed. When I simply asked for my service fees back so I could leave, his tone immediately changed back to the positive one I encountered two days before. I understand people might have messed him over in the past, but that was not this case. However, I was treated like it was.

Horrible customer service. Went get simple tire rotation. They said they couldn't do it even though there only three cars up on racks and mechanics sitting chairs doing nothing. Don't waste your time going here. First I came in at 4 o'clock so there where two hours left and secondly, I do not have a dually. So apparently you guys can't count tires. Let me educate you a dually truck had 6 tires not 4.

Went in for an oil change and all of a sudden when driving off my oil pressure light is on. Didn't even get out of their parking lot. They tried to fix the problem but says it's my sensor but when I dropped it off nothing was wrong with my car. Someone did something to my car and owning up to it between the time I dropped it off and came to pick it back up. They state how did they know I didn't come up with that issue already. I'm like really, u would have seen it when the tech drove my car to maintenance it and would have obviously said something to me so I can spend more money. Just know they will never touch any of my cars anymore. Been going there off and on but this topped the cake. Have to spend more money and it will be somewhere else cause their hands will not touch this car AGAIN.

Unfortunately I had a problem with my Avalanche where it indicated service stability on the dash readout. My steering wheel was not aligned straight to drive straight. I'm from out of state and was a little nervous about possibly getting ripped off. Upon checking it out they showed me exactly what the problem was, a bolt had broken off on the steering gearbox and the others were a little loose. They gave me the estimate and we made arrangements for the repair. I'm happy to say it drives great now and the steering wheel is in the aligned position again. Thanks for the great work!

it took them three and a half hours to change 4 tires and do an alignment while i was in store waiting. note that i was the only waiter in store. good costumer service but very poor time management. definitely recommend dropping it off and forgetting it until they give you a call.

The team at Tire Pro are true professionals, and provide excellent service. Not only were they helpful at the time I had my vehicle repaired at the shop, when I called back a year later to get details on that repair, they took the time to look up the records and discuss them with me.If you are a military family new to the area, I highly recommend Tire Pro as a great place to start if you are looking for a new garage to service your vehicle.

When your bill comes back a hundred dollars over the original quote and I took windshield wipers off and added a $10 coupon and it was still $100 over the original quote it can ruin any experience even if the work was good or not.Response: I don't see how that would be true if I took $25 wipers off of the original quote there would be more difference than just taxes. The quote I saw was for something like $480 before I declined the wipers and I wound up paying almost $550. Either way I suppose it's dust in the wind now.

Honest, reliable and fast service! John, Roy and George are always on it anytime I get my oil changed or tires fixed at Tire Pro. They give great advice and I feel like I'm always in great hands!
