BEST BODY SHOP! Other places were making my life so difficult when trying to get my car fixed but Sheffield's had incredible customer service, they got my car in and out super fast! They also did an amazing job on the repairs. My baby looks brand new! Hopefully I will not need another body shop any time soon lol but if I do I will be coming back here!Service: Body & Trim

Sheffield's has always done excellent work on our cars. Having a car in a collision shop is a stressful time and it's so much better when you are treated well and kept updated throughout the process. I hit something in the road heading north on I-75 in July 2020. I finally got the damage fixed this year at Sheffields Collision Center. I used Sheffields Collision today after a deer hit my car. The service experience was awesome. Their waiting area is so nice. I was able to work with my laptop while sitting and waiting for them to complete my car. Everyone was so nice and they did a fantastic job on my repair. I was in and out in just over an hour and my car looked brand new where the repair was made. The inside was spotless when they returned my car to me. Great price too. Two thumbs up!

Super-Super friendly and helpful 100%. Took me in right away and helped me immediately without an appointment. I wish I knew of them long before now. They are on point with getting things done and done right. Will definitely return for all car repair needs.

I visited Sheffield back in September of this year so this is a late review, however I waited this long to see if I would really be satisfied with the overall results of the work done to my car & I must say that this is by far the best Collision Center in Columbus Ga. I ended up coming to them as my last option since I didn t know much about them at the time & I must say that I am happy that the other collision centers in the surrounding areas did not service me because I am so satisfied with the results that I received at Sheffields Collision Center. The first day that I walked in I was able to receive a price estimate maybe 10-15 mins after request & there is a nice clean waiting area to sit while you wait. The staff are very professional, and they have very great customer service. I came to get only my fender and small dents on the sides of my car removed it took longer than expected but while they were working on my car they noticed other damages and since my car was not ready when they said it would be there was an additional service added which was at the expenses of the company so that was just a plus added to my experience!!

We have used Sheffields Collision Center for several opportunities . Each time they did excellent work and it was completed on schedule. After picking up the vehicle it was like nothing ever happened! Thanks to the folks at Sheffields - A+ experience every time.

I took me vehicle here after an accident for an estimate. They completed an estimate while I waited and I brought it in the following day for repair. The repair actually cost a little less than the estimate and the owner gave me the savings! Not many places are this honest!They drive me to the rental place to get and drop off my rental. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and there is coffee.Thurston went above and beyond in terms of being helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for any automotive needs! They not only fixed my car but they cleaned it and buffed out some other areas I had banged up!!I ve never written a review but feel so strongly about the service here that I wanted to. I d give them 10 stars!

I was tired of getting the run around with all these big chain box stores in Columbus. I decided to take my vehicle to Sheffield Collision Center. I described the noises I have been noticing with the car. Thurston and his team were very honest with me from the start and they figured out the problem within minutes. His team did a wonderful job keeping me posted with the progress of the repairs! They fixed everything in a very timely manner. I trust Sheffield Collision Center with all my car needs. Sheffield s Collision Center was very professional and awesome to work with. They were able to get me in and out the same day my A/C went out. It was fixed right away and I ve had no issues since. They kept me updated on the progress and process throughout the day. If you ever need mechanical work, I highly recommend this company! They are great!

Quality, professional and knowledgeable staff and owner.I took my moms car in thinking it maybe a major issue, however they diagnosed, fixed and i picked up shortly after. Honest local service on point!

When you need car help, you can feel pretty helpless. The folks at Sheffields seem to understand that and do everything they can to make a tough situation a pleasant experience. The integrity and honesty are evident, and the service makes you feel as though you might be the most important customer they have. While these are some beautiful extras, the precision and excellence of their work will take us back for all of our car needs, big and small.

Great experience with Sheffield Collision, our car looks as good as it did when we drove it off the lot a few months ago. Thurston and his staff handled everything with the insurance companies, kept us updated on progress, even got us back and forth from the rental car agency. Hopefully won't need his services in the near future, but if we do, will definitely use Sheffield Collision again.

If you have Auto body work in the twin cities, take it to Thurston over at Sheffields Collision Center. They take their time to ensure that everything is taken care of and the work looks great. While, no offense, I hope that I don't have to get my truck fixed again. Rest assured that when I do, I'm going to Sheffield's.

I have been to take 5 several times and the collision center recently. I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service Thurston's entire staff puts into every visit. I am in the service business and I know how hard it is to instill that service culture. They have clearly gotten it right. I highly recommend both Take 5 and Sheffield's collision center to anyone wanting to be treated like they are the only customer in the world.

I got my car detailed from there, the job was poor and un professional. I asked the manager were did they learn how to detail because they had no idea what they were doing. I paid $90 for nothing. I detailed cars for two years and our work was hands down better by 150%. What a rip off

I own a 1999 MX-5 Mazda Miata which was involved in collision damaging the driver's side door & rear quarter panel on same side! The vehicle ended up on their premises for over two months. At one time during this period they remarked they found all parts & would have car ready . They said this on more then one occasion during this time period. August 13, this called & told me no parts were found & to pick up vehicle & they will refund money already given to them for repairs ! I was devastated since they left me to believe they were repairing my car. They said a savage yard was the only option. I could not find parts myself but my son found parts & now owns the car! A sad experience is what I had with these people & will never be back! I am without any car & saving money to buy another Miata !
